Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combined electroacupuncture, tuina. and traction treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method： Depending on the orders of the patient＇s first visit, 120 cases were randomized into a treatment group （60 cases）, receiving electroacupuncture, tuina and traction treatment, and a control group （60 cases）, receiving electroacupuncture and tuina treatment. The treatment was done once a day, and 5 times constitute one course of treatment. A 2-day interval is set between the courses. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 6 courses of treatment. Result： The total effective rate and recovery rate in the treatment group were 93.3% and 61.7%, respectively, whereas that of the control group were 78.3% and 31.7%, respectively, showing a significant statistical difference. Conclusion： Combined acupuncture, tuina and traction worked well for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.

We employed a multiplex polymerase chain reaction （PCR） coupled with capillary electrophoresis （mPCR-CE） targeting six Clostridium difficile genes, including tPi, tcdA, tcdB, cdtA, cdtB, and a deletion in tcdC for simultaneous detection and characterization of toxigenic C. difficile directly from fecal specimens. The mPCR-CE had a limit of detection of 10 colony-forming units per reaction with no cross-reactions with other related bacterial genes. Clinical validation was performed on 354 consecutively collected stool specimens from patients with suspected C. difficile infection and 45 isolates. The results were compared with a reference standard combined with BD MAX Cdiff, real-time cell analysis assay （RTCA）, and mPCR-CE. The toxigenic C. difficile species were detected in 36 isolates and 45 stool specimens by the mPCR-CE, which provided a positive rate of 20.3% （81/399）. The mPCR-CE had a specificity of 97,2% and a sensitivity of 96.0%, which was higher than RTCA （χ^2 = 5.67, P = 0.017） but lower than BD MAX Cdiff （P = 0.245）. Among the 45 strains, 44 （97.8%） were determined as non- ribotype 027 by the mPCR-CE, which was fully agreed with PCR ribotyping. Even though ribotypes 017 （n = 8, 17.8%）, 001 （n = 6, 13.3%）, and 012 （n = 7, 15.6%） were predominant in this region, ribotype 027 was an important genotype monitored routinely. The mPCR-CE provided an alternative diagnosis tool for the simultaneous detection of toxigenic C. difficile in stool and potentially differentiated between RT027 and non-RT027.

Objective： To investigate the correlation of typies of gastric intestinal metaplasia（IM）, expression of p53, bcl-2 and the proliferating cell nuclear antigen（PCNA）, with the lesion＇s evolution. Methods： A total of 80 patients with IM（53 male and 27 female, 35-64 years old） from an area with high-risk of gastric cancer（GC） in China were enrolled into this prospective study, including 28 cases of type Ⅰ （complete）, 25 cases of type Ⅱ （incomplete） , and 27 cases of type Ⅲ （incomplete）. Of the 80 cases, 62 cases including 19 cases of type Ⅰ, 22 type Ⅱ and 21 type Ⅲ, were followed up for 5-14 years（49 cases for 14 years, 6 for 10 years, and 7 for 5 years）. All of the 80 cases were studied immunohistochemically for the expression of p53, bcl-2 and PCNA. Results： The rate of p53-expressing cases was higher in type Ⅲ（25.9%） than in type Ⅰ（10.7%） and type Ⅱ （12.0%）, but without statistical significance（P=0.3070）. The positive rate of bcl-2 was obviously lower in type Ⅰ （21.4%） and type Ⅱ （24.0%） than in type Ⅲ（37.0%）, but not statistically significant（P=0.4223）. We observed difference in PCNA labelling index （LI） between type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ（P=0.0037）, and the difference was particularly significant in type Ⅰ as compared with type Ⅲ（P〈0.0001）. There was no statistical significance between type I and type II （P=0.0616）. Evolution into GC was detected in 0%, 4.5%, and 14.3% of type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ, and type Ⅲ IM cases, respectively. Progression to dysplasia was detected in 31.6%, 18.2%, and 14.3% of type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ, and type Ⅲ IM cases, respectively. Persistence of IM was documented in 31.6%, 45.5%, and 42.9% of type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ, and type Ⅲ IM cases, respectively. Regression of IM was documented in 36.8%, 31.8%, and 28.6% of type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ, and type ⅢIM cases, respectively. Background:After the scale-up of antiretroviral therapy(ART)for HIV infected people,increasing numbers of patients have pretreatment drug resistance(PDR).In this study,the prevalence of PDR was evaluated in adults initiating antiretroviral therapy in ***:Blood samples were obtained from 1943 patients who initiated antiretroviral therapy(ART)in 2017 from 13 provinces or cities in *** sequences were used to analyze drug resistance and construct transmission *** regression model was used to estimate the potential factors associated with ***:In total,1711 eligible patients(76.0%male;87.8%aged≥25 years)were included,of which 117(6.8%)had *** highest rates of PDR were 12.2%in Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan and 9.3 and 8.9%in Dehong and Lincang Prefecture of Yunnan.A multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that PDR was significantly higher among intravenous drug users(adjusted Odds Ratio(aOR)=2.64,95%CI:1.57–4.44)and individuals from Liangshan,Dehong,and Lincang(aOR=2.04,95%CI:1.26–3.30).In total,754 sequences were used to generate 164 transmission *** transmission networks had two or three sequences containing the same mutations,two networks contained subjects from Liangshan,and one network contained subjects from ***:Overall,the PDR prevalence was moderate,with a particularly high prevalence in areas with severe HIV *** results indicate the importance of continuous PDR monitoring in patients initiating antiretroviral therapy.

目的分析2013—2022年北京市朝阳区流行性感冒(流感)病原学特点及流行趋势，为流感防控提供科学参考。方法对2013—2022年间送检朝阳区疾病预防控制中心的流感样病例咽拭子进行核酸检测，并用统计学方法分析朝阳区流感监测数据。结果在此监测期间共收集哨点医院送检的流感样病例咽拭子27928份，检测出流感病毒核酸阳性标本4415份，总核酸阳性率为15.81%；流感病毒核酸阳性高峰以冬春季为主，不同亚型交替流行。不同季节流感病毒核酸检测阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=3698.274，P＜0.001)，甲型流感冬季阳性率最高(H1N1χ2=1238.712，H3N2χ2=1317.144，P＜0.001)，乙型流感冬春季阳性率明显高于夏秋季(χ2=1526.712，P＜0. 001)。各年龄段阳性率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001)，其中25～岁年龄段病例阳性率最高(21.13%)；不同性别流感样病例病毒核酸检测阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.455，P=0.228)。结论朝阳区流感流行期以冬春季为主，不同流感监测年度各流感亚型交替流行，应进一步加强对流感的监测与预警，注意流感优势流行株的变化情况，继续推广流感疫苗接种策略，探索各项防控措施，降低新冠对流感的叠加影响。
