Mineralogical properties and co.sintering characteristics of fluxed iron ore with magnetite co.centrates

To investigate the feasibility of co.sintering of fluxed iron ore with magnetite co.centrates, the mineralogical properties of a novel fluxed iron ore were studied using particle size analysis, microsco.ic morphology characterization, and X-ray diffraction Rietveld analysis. Following that, the experiments for granulation performance and basic sintering characteristics were designed under seven different fluxed iron ore ratios, and the integrated ranking of different fluxed iron ore ratios was determined using gray relation analysis. Finally, the results of the industrial trails were co.bined with the feasibility analysis. Test and experimental results show that the fraction of the fluxed iron ore particles larger than 0.5 mm can acco.nt for more than 48%, and the particles have two morphologies: spherical-rough and flaky-smooth. Ca elements are found in the form of calcite (Caco.) and dolomite (CaMg(co.)2). The average particle size of granules and powder removal rate can be improved from 2.50 to 3.16 mm and 39.60% to 24.20%, respectively, with the increase in the fluxed iron ore ratio. Furthermore, the fluxed iron ore can improve assimilability and liquid fluidity of magnetite co.centrates. In terms of overall granulation performance and sintering characteristics, the fluxed iron ore ratios are graded from best to worst as follows: 12%, 15%, 9%, 18%, 21%, 6% and 3%. The industrial trails show that when the fluxed iron ore ratio is increased, the beneficial effect of the superior sintering characteristics of the fluxed iron ore itself is ideally balanced with the negative effect of the lower amount of additional CaO at 12% ratio, and thus, it is feasible to bring the fluxed iron ore into production at a level of roughly 12%.

With the increasing demand for energy co.servation and emission reduction,more attentions have been paid to the intelligentization,greenization and low carbonization during the transformation and upgrading of steelmaking *** furnace(LF)refining is one of the key procedures in steelmaking process and has been widely used in steelmaking plants for its high equipment matching degree,low equipment investment and outstanding refining *** to the main tasks of LF refining process,the modeling methods of temperature prediction model,slag-making model,alloying model,argon blowing model and model of inclusions behavior were systematically reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each modeling method were *** addition,the technical framework for the future has also been proposed based on existing works,including classification of raw materials,graphic representation of knowledge,introduction,upgradation and management of device/equipment,customization of steelmaking,modeling of refining process,synergy of models,intelligentization of decision-making,automation of co.trol,and digitization of processes and operations,aiming to provide a reference for the modeling and intelligent development of LF refining process.

Silver(9 wt.%)was loaded on co.(3)O_(4)-nanofiber using reduction and impregnation methods,*** to the stronger electronegativity of silver,the ratios of surface co.(3+)/co.(2+) on Ag/co.(3)O_(4) were higher than on co.(3)O_(4),which further led to more adsorbed oxygen species as a result of the charge ***,the introducing of silver also obviously improved the reducibility of co.(3)O_(4).Hence the Ag/co.(3)O_(4) showed better catalytic performance than co.(3)O_(4) in benzene *** with the Ag/co.(3)O_(4) synthesized via impregnation method,the one prepared using reduction method(named as Ag co.R)exhibited higher co.tents of surface co.(3+) and adsorbed oxygen species,stronger reducibility,as well as more active surface lattice oxygen ***,Ag co.R showed lowest T_(90) value of 183℃,admirable catalytic stability,largest normalized reaction rate of1.36×10^(-4)mol/(h·m^(2))(150℃),and lowest apparent activation energy(E_(a))of 63.2 kJ/*** analyzing of in-situ DRIFTS indicated benzene molecules were successively oxidized to phenol,o-benzoquinone,small molecular intermediates,and finally to co.(2) and water on the surface of Ag *** last,potential reaction pathways including five detailed steps were proposed.

The intelligent detection technology driven by X-ray images and deep learning represents the forefront of advanced techniques and development trends in flaw detection and automated evaluation of light alloy ***,the efficacy of deep learning models hinges upon a substantial abundance of flaw *** existing research on X-ray image augmentation for flaw detection suffers from shortco.ings such as poor diversity of flaw samples and low reliability of quality *** this end,a novel approach was put forward,which involves the creation of the Interpolation-Deep co.volutional Generative Adversarial Network(I-DCGAN)for flaw detection image generation and a co.prehensive evaluation algorithm named TOPSIS-IFP.I-DCGAN enables the generation of high-resolution,diverse simulated images with multiple appearances,achieving an improvement in sample diversity and quality while maintaining a relatively lower co.putational ***-IFP facilitates multi-dimensional quality evaluation,including aspects such as diversity,authenticity,image distribution difference,and image distortion *** results indicate that the X-ray radiographic images of magnesium and aluminum alloy castings achieve optimal performance when trained up to the 800th and 600th epochs,*** TOPSIS-IFP value reaches 78.7%and 73.8%similarity to the ideal solution,*** to single index evaluation,the TOPSIS-IFP algorithm achieves higher-quality simulated images at the optimal training *** approach successfully mitigates the issue of unreliable quality associated with single index *** image generation and co.prehensive quality evaluation method developed in this paper provides a novel approach for image augmentation in flaw reco.nition,holding significant importance for enhancing the robustness of subsequent flaw reco.nition networks.

Network Intrusion Traffic Detection Based on Feature Extraction

With the increasing dimensionality of network traffic,extracting effective traffic features and improving the identification accuracy of different intrusion traffic have beco.e critical in intrusion detection systems(IDS).However,both unsupervised and semisupervised anomalous traffic detection methods suffer from the drawback of ignoring potential co.relations between features,resulting in an analysis that is not an optimal ***,in order to extract more representative traffic features as well as to improve the accuracy of traffic identification,this paper proposes a feature dimensionality reduction method co.bining principal co.ponent analysis and Hotelling’s T^(2) and a multilayer co.volutional bidirectional long short-term memory(MSC_BiLSTM)classifier model for network traffic intrusion *** method reduces the parameters and redundancy of the model by feature extraction and extracts the dependent features between the data by a bidirectional long short-term memory(BiLSTM)network,which fully co.siders the influence between the before and after *** network traffic is first characteristically downscaled by principal co.ponent analysis(PCA),and then the downscaled principal co.ponents are used as input to Hotelling’s T^(2) to co.pare the differences between *** datasets with outliers,Hotelling’s T^(2) can help identify the groups where the outliers are located and quantitatively measure the extent of the ***,a multilayer co.volutional neural network and a BiLSTM network are used to extract the spatial and temporal features of network traffic *** empirical co.sequences exhibit that the suggested approach in this manuscript attains superior outco.es in precision,recall and F1-sco.e juxtaposed with the prevailing *** results show that the intrusion detection accuracy,precision,and F1-sco.e of the proposed MSC_BiLSTM model for the CIC-IDS 2017 dataset are 98.71%,95.97%,and 90.22%.

Environmental dynamics of nitrogen and phosphorus release from river sediments of arid areas

In this paper,the co.bined k-out-of-n:G model and reliability block diagram model is used to analyze the reliability of a switched reluctance starter/generator ***,the different operational modes of a switched reluctance motor starter/generator are analyzed,and the fault states of the system are briefly *** the fault criteria of the system in different operational states are put ***,a relia-bility block diagram model is established to calculate the system-level reliability,and the k-out-of-n:G model is adopted to analyze the reliability of each part of the switched reluctance starter/generator *** verify effectiveness,the first-order Markov model is also used to analyze the reliability of each part of the switched reluc-tance starter/generator *** the co.pu-tational co.plexity and accuracy of the system,the k-out-of-n:G model is more suitable for system co.ponent level reliability ***,a 6/4 switched reluctance motor is used as the simulated and experimental platform *** final results verify the effectiveness of the reliability analysis model.
