Analysis on Variation Characteristics of Agro-Climatic Resources in Weixian County, China in Recent 54 Years

Based on the daily temperature, precipitation and sunshine data of the National Weather Station of Weixian County, Hebei, China from 1961 to 2014, the average temperature, accumulated temperature, precipitation and sunshine trends of the year and four seasons were analyzed. The results showed an upward trend of the average annual temperature, average annual maximum temperature and average annual minimum temperature and the minimum temperature increase is the largest. The average temperature in summer is decreasing, while the average temperature, maximum temperature and minimum temperature in spring, autumn and winter showed an upward trend. ≥0°C accumulated temperature increased by 193.82°C for 54 years, and ≥10°C accumulated temperature increased 54.59°C for 54 years. Weixian County sunshine hours were 119.121 h/10 years to reduce the rate of adverse effects on crop growth;annual precipitation decreased by 116.4 mm for 54 years, the maximum precipitation decreased by 8.2 mm, and the number of annual precipitation decreased 18.6 d, which caused great pressure on groundwater recharge

[ Objective] The aim was to analyze the ground and shallow ground temperature trend in Sanhe in recent 40 years. [ Method] According to the annual and seasonal average ground temperature in 2010, by dint of line charts and trend diagram, the ground temperature in Sanhe City in recent 40 years was discussed. [ Result] The annual ground temperature, annual ground highest and lowest temperature in Sanhe City in recent 40 years was increasing. The lowest temperature in annual and seasonal surface temperature increased at fastest speed. The annual changes of the 5, 10, 15 and 20 cm ground temperature was decreasing and the 20 cm ground temperature decreased most significantly. In spring, the 5 -15 cm ground temperature increased and the 20 cm reduced. In summer, the 20 cm temperature decreased significantly. In autumn, the 10 cm ground temperature enhanced fastest. In winter, the 10 cm and 15 cm temperature increase rate was large and the 15 cm temperature increased fastest. [ Conclusion] The study provided reference for the influence of global warming on the ground and shallow ground temperature.

Through the analysis of durative high-temperature weather process occurred in xingtai area in June of 2010,and the statistics on relative humidity and 850 hPa of temperature on high temperature day in xingtai area during 2001- 2010,it was concluded that 500 h Pa of stable warm high-pressure ridge situation and 850 hPa of strong warm air mass control were favorable circulation situations for the formation of high temperature;sinking and adiabatic warming of high-altitude air mass was an important cause of high temperature weather generation; ground humidity at 14： 00 was small,that is,the atmosphere was very dry,and it was sunny-cloudy（ high cirrus） weather,which was a necessary condition for the high temperature weather; westerly at some time was favorable condition for high temperature; 850 h Pa of temperature prediction at the station was the *** the forecasted 850 h Pa of station temperature was 21 ℃ and above,it was reminded the forecasters in the high-temperature forecast process.

[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the variation trend of rainfall in xingtai area of Hebei Province in recent 48 years. [Method] According to the annual and seasonal rainfall data in xingtai, Nangong, Shahe and Neiqiu during 1963-2010, by using the interannual variation rainfall line chart, trend chart and climatic variability, the variation trend of rainfall in xingtai area in recent 48 years was analyzed. [Result] The annual rainfall in xingtai area during 1963-2010 presented yearly decrease trend, and the decrease velocity was 18.0 mm/10 a. The annual rainfall in xingtai, Nangong, Shahe and Neiqiu roughly presented same trend (linear decrease). Except spring rainfall in xingtai area in recent 48 years slightly increased, the rainfall in summer, autumn and winter all presented linear decrease trend. The decrease velocity of summer rainfall was the maximum. The decrease of summer rainfall played decisive role in rainfall decrease of the whole year. The decrease trend of winter rainfall wasn’t as significant as that of autumn rainfall. [Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for studying climatic variation characteristics in xingtai area under the climatic warming background.

[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the variation trend of temperature in xingtai area in recent 48 years.[Method] According to the yearly and monthly average temperature data during 1963-2010 in xingtai,Nangong,Shahe and Neiqiu,the change trend of temperature in xingtai area in recent 48 years was analyzed by using the line chart and trend chart of interannual variation average temperature,climate variability.[Result] The variation trends of annual average temperature,annual average maximum temperature,annual average minimum temperature and average temperatures in spring,summer,autumn,winter in xingtai area in recent 48 years all presented the roughly same characteristics,which yearly *** embodied the climatic characteristics of global *** rise of annual mean temperature was because that the minimum temperature and winter average temperature *** continuous warm winter played the decisive role for the rise of annual average temperature.[Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical basis for understanding the variation characteristics of climate in xingtai area under the climate warming background.

[ Objective] The research aimed to study climatic change trend in xingtai City in recent 57 years. [ Method ] Based on climate data （ rain- fall, temperature, sunshine, relative humidity and ground temperature, etc. ） in xingtai City during 1954 -2010, the climatic change trend in xingtai City in recent 57 years was analyzed by using line chart, trend chart and climate variability. Moreover, the concrete characteristics of climatic change trend were discussed. [ Result] The annual rainfall in xingtai City in recent 57 years presented obvious decrease trend, and the decrease velocity was 20.952 mrn/10 a. The annual average temperature, annual average maximum temperature and annual average minimum temperature all presented rise trends. The rise speed of minimum temperature was the fastest, and was followed by average temperature. The rise speed of maximum temperature was the slowest. The annual relative humidity decreased at the velocity of 1.460 %/10 a. The ground temperature of 0 cm presented rise trend, but the shallow-layer ground temperatures of 5 -20 cm all presented decline trends. The deep-layer ground temperatures of 0. 8 and 1.6 m both presented weak decline trends. The ground temperature of 3.2 m presented obvious rise trend. The annual total cloud amount in- creased at the velocity of 1.673 into/10 a. The annual sunshine hours decreased at the velocity of 100.600 h/10 a. The annual average and annual minimum atmospheric pressures both presented decline trends. The decline trend of annual minimum atmospheric pressure was very obvious, while the annual maximum atmospheric pressure presented obvious rise trend. [ Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for development and utilization of agricultural production resources in xingtai City.

Analysis of Characteristics of the Forecast Jump in the NCEP Ensemble Forecast Products

The limit of numerical prediction and ensemble prediction can be further understood by the study of the forecast jump. By using the ensemble average forecast and control forecast product output data for the United States National Environmental Prediction Center (NCEP) global ensemble forecast system (GEFS), and the concept of Jumpiness index from Zsoter et al., we analyzed the statistical characteristics of forecast jump. Results show that, on average, in the NCEP ensemble forecast product, the time average prediction jump index increases with the increase of the forecast aging, and the actual forecast experience can reflect this phenomenon. The consistency of ensemble average forecast is better than the corresponding control forecast. Also, in summer, the frequency of “forecast jump” phenomenon is fluctuating by 17.5%.

The most significant strategic development in information technology over the past years has been ＂trusted computing＂ and trusted computers have been produced. In this paper trusted mechanisms adopted by PC is imported into distributed system, such as chain of trust, trusted root and so on. Based on distributed database server system （DDSS）, a novel model of trusted distributed database server system （TDDSS） is presented ultimately. In TDDSS role-based access control, two-level of logs and other technologies are adopted to ensure the trustworthiness of the system.

Research on Characteristics of Atmospheric Pollution and meteorological Condition in South of Northern China

Taking Handan City (the south of Northern China) as an example, and making use of the environmentally friendly materials of Handan Environmental Monitor Station in 2013-2014, the surface observational data of Handan meteorological Station and the sounding data of xingtai station, combined with the integrated analysis of numerical prediction and simulation, this paper shows that, in 2014, the air quality improved;the emission-reduction effect was significant;the days of heavy pollution decreased;and the days up to the standard increased;the annual average concentration of pollutants PM2.5 and PM10 in the whole city showed a decreasing tendency compared to the same period of last year. In 2014, there were a total of 9 weather processes of heavy pollution lasting more than 3 days and the duration was significantly shorter than that in 2013, which indicated that effective emission-reduction measures significantly shortened the duration of weather processes of heavy pollution. The comprehensive analysis of meteorological conditions, such as the days of light wind, wind speed, wind frequency, PM2.5 concentration at different wind directions, the thickness and intensity of the inversion layer, and the height of the mixed layer, showed that, compared with the same period in 2013, the general meteorological conditions of air pollutant dispersion were basically flat and slightly disadvantageous in 2014. Handan municipal government increased the intensity of the prevention and control of air pollution in 2014, promulgated and adopted a series of air pollution control policies and emission-reduction control measures, and achieved some results, especially the emission-reduction measures during the APEC meeting which were obviously effective.
