The core of managing web information is technology,along with rules and other responsibilities. The paper points out that,monitoring bad information on the internet requires law and relevant technology. The technology can be realized by enhancing the network information dissemination,improving the network monitoring and filtering technology,and speeding up the development of the network information classification system; besides,incentive mechanism,technological monitoring mechanism and online information ecological governance mechanism can be used as supporting ways. Finally,based on the optimization of regulatory technology,the network information security platform is extracted and constructed to build a comprehensive network information management system ultimately.

The yolk–shell structure has a unique advantage in lithium-ion batteries applications due to its ability to effectively buffer the volume expansion of the lithiation/delithiation ***,its development is limited by the low contact point between the core and ***,we propose a general strategy of simultaneous construction of sufficient reserved space and multicontinuous active channels by pyrolysis of two carbon substrates.A double-shell structure consisting of Co_(3)O_(4) anchored to hollow carbon sphere and external self-supporting zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)layer was constructed by spray pyrolysis and additional carbon coating in-situ *** the process of high-temperature calcination,the carbon and nitrogen layers between the shells separate,creating additional space,while the Co_(3)O_(4) particles between the shells remain are still in close contact to form continuous and fast electron conduction channels,which can realize better charge *** to the synergy of these design principles,the material has ultra-high initial discharge capacities of 2,183.1 mAh·g^(−1) at 0.2 A·g^(−1) with capacity of 1,121.36 mAh·g^(−1) after 250 cycles,the long-term capacities retention rate is about 92.4%after 700 cycles at 1 A·g^(−1).This unique channel-type double-shell structure fights a way out to prepare novel electrode materials with high performance.

La-Y-Ni alloys exhibit high discharge capacity due to the formation of AB_(3-3.8)-type(A=La,Y;B=Ni)intermetallic ***,the stable composition and temperature range for this type of phase are rarely reported,which restrains the development of La-Y-Ni hydrogen storage alloys with stable structure and high *** paper focuses on the phase equilibria of the La-Y-Ni ternary system in Ni-rich *** phase constitution,microstructure,and equilibrated composition were experimentally determined at 1273 and 1148 K using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The solubilities of La and Y in the binary compounds were *** ternary compounds,3R-LaY_(2)Ni_(9)with the structure of PuNi3 type and La_(0.5)Y_(0.5)Ni_(5)with the structure of CaCu5 type,existed at both *** on the experimental data,the thermodynamic description of LaY-Ni system was assessed by Calculation of Phase Diagram *** calculated isothermal sections agree with the experimental *** thermodynamic database is helpful for the design of La-Y-Ni hydrogen storage alloys.
