The innovation of the supply mode of national fitness service plays a vital role in promoting the coordinated development of competitive sports and mass sports and realizing China's progress from a big sports country to a sports power *** on the innovation of the supply mode of the national fitness service,this paper studies the current situation,problems and obstacles of the supply mode of the national fitness service in China by using the service product theory,public economics theory,government and market theory,literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical analysis method,and finally puts forward Chinese National fitness service supply *** the end this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation of the supply mode of national fitness service of China.

The education of engineering talents is an important project to which is paid much attention by the scholars in China. From the questionnaire survey of engineering talents on 500 undergraduates in Tarim university, some enlightened conclusions are drawn. Combining the results with the actuality of those students , the way on how to promote undergraduate’ teaching quality of engineering and well guide university graduates’ job-hunting is discussed, which will provide a foundation beneficial to the training of engineering students’ mind and administration of students in university.

Freight traffic of waterways is an important indicator for evaluating freight volume and the basis for decision-making management of freight traffic of ***,the forecast of freight traffic of waterways has important research *** system theory can make better predictions for small sample data and has a wide range of applications in the fields of economics and industrial ***,this paper intends to use the GM（1,1） model in the grey model to predict the freight traffic of ***,because a single grey prediction model has a single change rule about exponent,it is difficult to use the grey model alone to make more accurate predictions of fluctuating data such freight *** order to improve the prediction accuracy,the paper makes a residual correction to the ***,the data of freight traffic of waterways from 2007 to 2016 is used as a sample to predict the data of 2017 and 2018 for case analysis and model *** research results show that the GM（1,1） model based on the residual error correction is a suitable model and can better forecast the freight volume of water transportation.

The development and exploration mode of coal resource activities in China result in tremendous waste of resources and ecological environment pollution problems. This article analyzed the use of economic theory of externalities of coal mining activities from the point of environmental economics principles, proposed the ecological compensation connotation of coal mining activities, and analyzed the feasibility of the implementation of ecological compensation from economic viewpoint.

In this paper,we consider the initial-boundary value problem for the large scale three-dimensional(3D)viscous primitive equations under random *** that the random force and the heat source satisfy the some assumptions,we firstly establish rigorous a priori bounds with coefficients which depend only on boundary data,initial data and the geometry of the problem,and then with the aid of these a priori bounds,the continuous dependence of the solution on changes in the heat source is obtained.

Air pollution is a serious problem brought by the rapid urbanization and economic development in China, imposing great challenges and threats to population health and the sustainability of the society. Based on the real-time air quality monitoring data obtained for each Chinese city from 2013 to 2014, the spatiotemporal characteristics of air pollution are analyzed using various exploratory spatial data analysis tools. With spatial econometric models, this paper further quantifies the influences of socioeconomic factors on air quality at both the national and regional scales. The results are as follows：（1） From 2013 to 2014, the percentage of days compliance of urban air quality increased but air pollution deteriorated and the worsening situation in regions with poor air quality became more obvious. （2） Changes of air quality show a clear temporal coupling with regional socioeconomic activities, basically ＂relatively poor at daytime and relatively good at night＂. （3） Urban air pollution shows a spatial pattern of ＂heavy in the east and light in the west, and heavy in the north and light in the south＂. （4） The overall extent and distribution of regional urban air pollution have clearly different characteristics. The formation and evolution of regional air pollution can be basically induced as ＂the pollution of key cities is aggravated--pollution of those cities spreads-- regional overall pollution is aggravated--the key cities lead in pollution governance--regional pollution joint prevention and control is implemented--regional overall pollution is reduced＂. （5） At the national level, energy consumption, industrialization and technological progress are the major factors in the worsening of urban air quality, economic development is a significant driver for the improvement of that quality. （6） Influenced by resources, environment and the development stage, the socioeconomic factors had strongly variable impacts on air quality, in both direction and intensity in diffe

Foreign direct investment (FDI) and foreign remittance have been the main sources of external capital inflows for many developing *** has been credited as the main driver of rapid economic growth in many Asian countries/regions in recent ***,this effect of FDI on long-run economic growth has not been observed in Latin American ***,the question is whether FDI and an increase in foreign remittances in the past two decades have achieved expected positive results in terms of economic growth for emerging *** study uses a generalized method of moments (GMM) dynamic panel model to quantify the impacts of FDI and foreign remittances as sources of foreign capital for Asia and Latin *** findings suggest that FDI and remittances perform differently in different regions in terms of their impacts on GDP *** that have specific policies (i.e.,industrial policy,domestic content requirement,and export production targets) for FDI are likely to derive more significant benefits from FDI and *** countries that are emerging or lagging should learn from the countries with positive outcomes and implement similar policies.
