With the decision of the Ministry of Education to fully implement the“Six Excellence and One Top-notch”plan 2.0 and launch the“Double Ten-thousand Plan”for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors,colleges and universities across the country have fully launched the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.The architecture major of xi’an university of science and technology has achieved certain results in deepening the comprehensive reform of the major,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and grass-roots teaching organizations,and enhancing the construction of the professional teaching quality assurance system.The quality of graduate training and external evaluation have achieved good results by integrating into the teaching system of special courses,improving the high-level talent training system,taking the construction of“new engineering”as an opportunity,promoting education and teaching reform,relying on the platform of discipline advantages,and building a multi-level practical teaching system.

A hydrotalcite(layered double hydroxide, LDH) inhibitor which is suitable for the whole process of coal spontaneous combustion and a LDH inhibitor containing rare earth lanthanum elements were prepared. The inhibition effect and mechanism were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermal performance analysis, in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared spectroscopy and temperature-programmed experiment. The results have shown that the inhibitor containing lanthanum can play a good inhibitory role in every stage of coal oxidation. During the slow oxidation of coal samples, the inhibitor containing lanthanum ions can slow down the oxidation process of coal and increase the initial temperature of coal spontaneous combustion. At the same time, because the hydroxyl groups in LDHs are connected with-COO-groups on the coal surface through hydrogen bonds, the stability of coal is improved. With the increase of temperature, LDHs can remove interlayer water molecules and reduce the surface temperature of coal. CO release rate of coal samples decreases significantly after adding inhibitor containing lanthanum element, and the maximum inhibition rate of the inhibitor is 58.1%.

The hot electron transfer resulting in fluorescence enhancement is significantly meaningful for theory and experiment of the study on photoelectric devices.However,the laser emission based on direct hot electron transfer is difficult to realize because of the low transfer efficiency.To achieve a laser with a new-generation mechanism based on hot electron transfer,the photoelectric co-excitation is proposed for improving the efficiency of hot electron transfer.The lasing behavior at 532 nm is realized with a threshold of 5 kw cm^(-2)and 1μA,which can be considered as the hot electron transfer resulting in population inversion enhancement.Meanwhile,the lasing output power is 0.3 mW.The hot electrons transfer process was described via the transient absorption spectrum according to the improved ground-state bleaching and excited-state absorption signal in device ON.Through comparison with the optical pump only,the quantum efficiencies of hot electron generation(HEG)and hot electron transfer(HET)were increased~31%and 31%,respectively.Most importantly,a triple gain mode coupling device including local surface plasmon,hot electron transfer,and array oscillation was presented.Two modes of population inversion enhancement are proposed.This study can provide theoretical and experimental reference for the research of hot electron lasers and devices.

A Video Captioning Method by Semantic Topic-Guided Generation

In the video captioning methods based on an encoder-decoder,limited visual features are extracted by an encoder,and a natural sentence of the video content is generated using a decoder.However,this kind ofmethod is dependent on a single video input source and few visual labels,and there is a problem with semantic alignment between video contents and generated natural sentences,which are not suitable for accurately comprehending and describing the video contents.To address this issue,this paper proposes a video captioning method by semantic topic-guided generation.First,a 3D convolutional neural network is utilized to extract the spatiotemporal features of videos during the encoding.Then,the semantic topics of video data are extracted using the visual labels retrieved from similar video data.In the decoding,a decoder is constructed by combining a novel Enhance-TopK sampling algorithm with a Generative Pre-trained Transformer-2 deep neural network,which decreases the influence of“deviation”in the semantic mapping process between videos and texts by jointly decoding a baseline and semantic topics of video contents.During this process,the designed Enhance-TopK sampling algorithm can alleviate a long-tail problem by dynamically adjusting the probability distribution of the predicted words.Finally,the experiments are conducted on two publicly used Microsoft Research Video Description andMicrosoft Research-Video to Text datasets.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms several state-of-art approaches.Specifically,the performance indicators Bilingual Evaluation Understudy,Metric for Evaluation of Translation with Explicit Ordering,Recall Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation-longest common subsequence,and Consensus-based Image Description Evaluation of the proposed method are improved by 1.2%,0.1%,0.3%,and 2.4% on the Microsoft Research Video Description dataset,and 0.1%,1.0%,0.1%,and 2.8% on the Microsoft Research-Video to Text dataset,respectively,compared with the existing video c

Optical molecular tomography(OMT)is a potential pre-clinical molecular imaging technique with applications in a variety of biomedical areas,which can provide non-invasive quantitative three-dimensional(3D)information regarding tumor distribution in living animals.The construction of optical transmission models and the application of reconstruction algorithms in traditional model-based reconstruction processes have affected the reconstruction results,resulting in problems such as low accuracy,poor robustness,and long-time consumption.Here,a gates joint locally connected network(GLCN)method is proposed by establishing the mapping relationship between the inside source distribution and the photon density on surface directly,thus avoiding the extra time consumption caused by iteration and the reconstruction errors caused by model inaccuracy.Moreover,gates module was composed of the concatenation and multiplication operators of three different gates.It was embedded into the network aiming at remembering input surface photon density over a period and allowing the network to capture neurons connected to the true source selectively by controlling three different gates.To evaluate the performance of the proposed method,numerical simulations were conducted,whose results demonstrated good performance in terms of reconstruction positioning accuracy and robustness.

Super absorbent resin(SAR)is prepared by aqueous high temperature polymerization using hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)as monomer backbone material,acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM)as the graft copolymer monomer,potassium persulfate(KPS)as the initiator to generate free radicals,and N,N`-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as cross-linking agent for cross-linking reaction.Simutaneously,the influence of individual factors on the water absorption is investigated,and these factors are mainly AA,AM,KPS,MBA,HPMC,and reaction temperature.The optimized conditions are obtained by the experiment repeating for several times.The water absorption multiplicity and salt absorption multiplicity under the conditions are 782.4 and 132.5 g/g,respectivity.Furthermore,the effects of different temperatures and salt concentrations on its water absorption,as well as the swelling kinetics of SAR are studied.It is indicated the water-absorbing swelling process is mainly caused by the difference in water osmotic pressure and Na+concentration inside and outside the cross-linked molecular structure of the resin,which is not only consistent with the quasi-secondary kinetic model,but also with the Fick diffusion model.

Winter Wheat Yield Estimation Based on Sparrow Search Algorithm Combined with Random Forest:A Case Study in Henan Province,China

Precise and timely prediction of crop yields is crucial for food security and the development of agricultural policies.However,crop yield is influenced by multiple factors within complex growth environments.Previous research has paid relatively little attention to the interference of environmental factors and drought on the growth of winter wheat.Therefore,there is an urgent need for more effective methods to explore the inherent relationship between these factors and crop yield,making precise yield prediction increasingly important.This study was based on four type of indicators including meteorological,crop growth status,environmental,and drought index,from October 2003 to June 2019 in Henan Province as the basic data for predicting winter wheat yield.Using the sparrow search al-gorithm combined with random forest(SSA-RF)under different input indicators,accuracy of winter wheat yield estimation was calcu-lated.The estimation accuracy of SSA-RF was compared with partial least squares regression(PLSR),extreme gradient boosting(XG-Boost),and random forest(RF)models.Finally,the determined optimal yield estimation method was used to predict winter wheat yield in three typical years.Following are the findings:1)the SSA-RF demonstrates superior performance in estimating winter wheat yield compared to other algorithms.The best yield estimation method is achieved by four types indicators’composition with SSA-RF)(R^(2)=0.805,RRMSE=9.9%.2)Crops growth status and environmental indicators play significant roles in wheat yield estimation,accounting for 46%and 22%of the yield importance among all indicators,respectively.3)Selecting indicators from October to April of the follow-ing year yielded the highest accuracy in winter wheat yield estimation,with an R^(2)of 0.826 and an RMSE of 9.0%.Yield estimates can be completed two months before the winter wheat harvest in June.4)The predicted performance will be slightly affected by severe drought.Compared with severe drought year(2011)(R^(2)=0.680)and normal year(2017)(R^(2)=0.790

Hybrid effect on mechanical properties and high-temperature performance of copper matrix composite reinforced with micro-nano dual-scale particles

A dual-scale hybrid HfB_(2)/Cu-Hf composite with HfB_(2) microparticles and Cu_(5) Hf nanoprecipitates was designed and prepared.The contribution of the hybrid effect to the mechanical properties and high-temperature performances was studied from macro and micro perspectives,respectively.The hybrid of dual-scale particles can make the strain distribution of the composite at the early deformation stage more uniform and delay the strain concentration caused by the HfB_(2) particle.The dislocation pinning of HfB_(2) particles and the coherent strengthening of Cu_(5) Hf nanoprecipitates simultaneously play a strengthening role,but the strength of the hybrid composite is not a simple superposition of two strengthening mod-els.In addition,both Cu_(5) Hf nanoprecipitates and HfB_(2) microparticles contribute to the high-temperature performance of the composite,the growth and phase transition of nanoprecipitates at high temperature will reduce their contribution to strength,while the stable HfB_(2) particles can inhibit the coarsening of matrix grains and maintain the high-density geometrically necessary dislocations(GNDs)in the matrix,which ensures more excellent high-temperature resistance of the hybrid composite.As a result,the hy-brid structure can simultaneously possess the advantages of multiple reinforcements and make up for the shortcomings of each other.Finally,a copper matrix composite with high strength,high conductivity,and excellent high-temperature performance is displayed.

The energy consumption of heating,ventilation,and air conditioning(HVAC)systems holds a significant position in building energy usage,accounting for about 65%of the total energy consumption.Moreover,with the advancement of building automation,the energy consumption of ventilation systems continues to grow.This study focuses on improving the performance of spherical tuyeres in HVAC systems.It primarily utilizes neural networks and multi-island genetic algorithms(MIGA)for multi-parameter optimization.By employing methods such as structural parameterization,accurate and fast computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations,a minimized sample space,and a rational optimization strategy,the time cycle of the optimization process is shortened.Additionally,a new comprehensive evaluation index is proposed in this research to describe the performance of spherical tuyeres,which can be used to more accurately assess spherical tuyeres with different structures.The results show that by establishing a neural network prediction model and combining it with the multi-island genetic algorithm,a novel spherical tuyere design was successfully achieved.The optimized novel spherical tuyeres achieved a 27.05%reduction in the spherical tuyeres effective index(STEI)compared to the traditional spherical tuyeres.Moreover,the resistance decreased by 15.68%,and the jet length increased by 7.57%.The experimental results demonstrate that our proposed optimization method exhibits high accuracy,good generalization capability,and excellent agreement at different Reynolds numbers.

To improve drug utilization,reduce the drug administration frequency,increase the release time,and reduce the drug side effects in the human body,we prepared(KHA/CMC-Fe^(3+))@CS hydrogel spheres using green and natural potassium humate(KHA),carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),and chitosan(CS)as raw materials and Fe3+as a crosslinking agent,and loaded them with riboflavin for drug sustainedrelease study using the drop ball method.The tests with FTIR,SEM,TG,and X-ray diffractometer showed that the coordination among KHA,CMC,and Fe^(3+)formed a three-dimensional network structure,where cs was encapsulated on the surface of the hydrogel spheres via noncovalent bonding,resulting in good thermal stability.The stability,drug loading,swelling,and in vitro release of the(KHA/CMC-Fe^(3+))@CS hydrogel spheres were investigated.The results showed that the hydrogel spheres were significantly pH-sensitive,with 11.16 g/g higher swelling in an alkaline environment(pH=7.4)than that in an acidic environment(pH=1.2).The swelling and drug release process of the hydrogel spheres were analyzed using mathematical models,concluding that the hydrogel swelling follows Schott second-order swelling kinetics,and the drug release mechanism was Fickian delivery mode.
