To solve the Flash-based FPGA in the manufacturing process,the ion implantation process will bring electrons into the floating gate of the P-channel Flash cell so that the Flash switch is in a weak conduction state,resulting in the Flash-based FPGA eigenstate current *** this paper,the mechanism of its generation is analyzed,and four methods are used includ-ing ultraviolet light erasing,high-temperature baking,X-ray irradiation,and circuit logic control.A comparison of these four methods can identify the circuit design by using circuit logic to control the path of the power supply that is the most suitable and reliable method to solve the Flash-based FPGA eigenstate current *** this method,the power-on current of 3.5 mil-lion Flash-based FPGA can be reduced to less than 0.3 A,and the chip can start *** function and performance of the chip can then be further tested and evaluated,which is one of the key technologies for developing Flash-based FPGA.

The 25 years＇ production and application have proved that vermicular graphite iron cylinder heads with vermicularity ≥50% satisfy the machinability and performance demand of diesel engine. The method, in which using cupola-induction furnace duplex melting and pour-over process with rare earth-ferrosilicon or rare earthsilicon compound as vermJcularizing alloy plus rare earth-magnesium-ferrosilicon as stirring alloy, is an optimal vermicularizing process for obtaining satisfied vermicularity. Using top kiss risers, enlarging kissing areas and expanding covering width and making ingates to freeze earlier are the effective measures to eliminate shrinkage, blowhole and oxide inclusions in the vermicular graphite iron cylinder heads.

The degradation mechanisms of enhancement-mode p-GaN gate AlGaN/GaN high-electron mobility transistor was analyzed extensively,by means of drain voltage stress and gate bias *** results indicate that:(ⅰ) High constant drain voltage stress has only a negligible impact on the device electrical parameters,with a slightly first increase and then decrease in output current;(ⅱ) A negative shift of threshold voltage and increased output current were observed in the device subjected to forward gate bias stress,which is mainly ascribed to the hole-trapping induced by high electric field across the p-GaN/AlGaN interface;(ⅲ) The analyzed device showed an excellent behavior at reverse gate bias stress,with almost unaltered threshold voltage,output current,and gate leakage current,exhibiting a large gate swing in the negative *** results are meaningful and valuable in directing the process optimization towards a high voltage and high reliable enhanced AlGaN/GaN high-electron mobility transistor.

The combined effects of cycling endurance and radiation on floating gate memory cell are investigated in detail,and the obtained results are listed below.(i)The programmed flash cells with a prior appropriate number of program and easing cycling stress exhibit much smaller threshold voltage shift than without those in response to radiation,which is ascribed mainly to the recombination of trapped electrons(introduced by cycling stress)and trapped holes(introduced by irradiation)in the oxide surrounding the floating gate.(ii)The radiation induced transconductance degradation in prior cycled flash cell is more severe than those without cycling stress in the programmed state or erased state.(iii)Radiation is more likely to set up the interface generation in programmed state than in erased *** paper will be useful in understanding the issues involved in cycling endurance and radiation effects as well as in designing radiation hardened floating gate memory cells.

This study aims to propose a multi-point integrated real-time control method based on discrete dynamic water level variations,which can be realized only based on the programmable logic controller(PLC)system without using a complex mathematical model.A discretized water level control model was developed to conduct the real-time control based on *** combines the upstream pumping stations and the downstream influent pumping systems of wastewater treatment plant(WWTP).The discretized water level control method can regulate dynamic wastewater pumping flow of pumps following the dynamic water level variation in the sewer *** control method has been successfully applied in practical integrated operations of sewer-WWTP following the sensitive flow disturbances of the sewer *** operational results showed that the control method could provide a more stabilized regulate pumping flow for treatment process;it can also reduce the occurrence risk of combined sewer overflow(CSO)during heavy rainfall events by increasing transport capacity of pumping station and influent flow in WWTP,which takes full advantage of storage space in the sewer system.

An increase in the cache capacity is usually accompanied by a decrease in access *** balance the capacity and performance of caches,this paper proposes an instruction cache(ICache)architecture based on divide-by-2 memory banks(D2MB-ICache).The control circuit and memory banks of D2MB-ICache work at the central processing unit(CPU)frequency and the divide-by-2 CPU frequency,respectively,so that the capacity of D2MB-ICache can be expanded without lowering its *** sequential access,D2MB-ICache can output the required instruction from memory banks per CPU cycle by dividing the memory banks with a partition mechanism and employing an inversed clock *** non-sequential access,D2MB-ICache will fetch certain jump instructions one or two more times,so that it can catch the jump of the request address in time and send the correct instruction to the *** results show that,compared with conventional ICache,D2MB-ICaches with the same and double capacities show a maximum frequency increase by an average of 14.6%and 6.8%,and a performance improvement by an average of 10.3%and 3.8%,***,energy efficiency of 64-kB D2MB-ICache is improved by 24.3%.

Association of cardiac disease with the risk of post-lung transplantation mortality in Chinese recipients aged over 65 years

The current organ allocation rules prioritize elderly and urgent patients on the lung transplantation(LT)waiting list.A steady increase in the threshold at which age is taken into consideration for LT has been *** retrospective cohort study recruited 166 lung transplant recipients aged≥65 years between January 2016 and October 2020 in the largest LT center in *** the cohort,subgroups of patients aged 65–70 years(111 recipients,group 65–70)and≥70 years(55 recipients,group≥70)were *** D restrictive lung disease was the main indication of a lung transplant in recipients over 65 years.A significantly higher percentage of coronary artery stenosis was observed in the group≥70(30.9%vs.14.4%in group 65–70,P=0.014).ECMO bridging to LT was performed in 5.4%(group 65–70)and 7.3%(group≥70)of ***–Meier estimates showed that recipients with cardiac abnormalities had a significantly increased risk of *** adjusting for potential confounders,cardiac abnormality was shown to be independently associated with the increased risk of post-LT mortality(HR 6.37,P=0.0060).Our result showed that LT can be performed in candidates with an advanced age and can provide life-extending benefits.

The rapid detection of pathogenic bacteria is vital for the prevention of outbreaks of infectious diseases, including infections by the common foodborne bacteria *** and Salmonella Carbohydrate microarrays have been developed as a powerful method to investigate carbohydrate-protein interaction with only very small amounts of glycans, which show great potential for detect the carbohydrate mediated interaction with pathogens. Here, different mannose-coated microarrays were constructed and tested with ***(K-12 and BL-21) and Salmonella enterica strains(ATCC9184 and ATCC31685) exhibiting different mannose binding affinities. The optimized carbohydrate microarray was then applied to test the binding of 12 Salmonella enterica and 9 *** isolates from local patients for the first time and showed strong binding with certain serovars or subtypes. The results showed that microarray probed with the single mannose structure is not enough for the detection of bacteria with various serovars or subtypes, which contain a high degree of allelic variation in adhesin. We suggest that a complex carbohydrate microarray containing different glycan conformation may be needed for detection of different bacteria isolates.

For achieving a higher compression ratio(CR)in compression sensing,the time-sparse bio-signals,such as electrocardiograph(ECG),are generally directly filtered via a dynamic or fixed threshold,however,inevitably leading to the loss of critical diagnostic *** propose a compression scheme to reduce the transmitting *** of the directly utilizing the original ECG data,the residuals between original and synthetic ECG signals are applied as the input *** employ the dynamic model to guarantee the consistency between the synthetic ECG signals waves(P,Q,R,S,and T)and the *** feasibility of the proposed method is tested through operating on the recorded ECG signals from a healthy *** the process of building simulation platform,the sparsity,percentage root mean difference(PRD)versus sampling frequency,and signals reconstruction algorithm are fully taken into *** compression,we set the threshold to filter the residual waves,in which utilizing the residuals as input data by setting the thresold as 0.01 mV and 0.08 mV resulted the amount reduction of the transmitting data by 18%and 81.2%,*** the simulation results show that CR can reach 2.75 when the PRD value is less than 9%.
