The endoplasmic reticulum,a key cellular organelle,regulates a wide variety of cellular *** reticulum autophagy,one of the quality control systems of the endoplasmic reticulum,plays a pivotal role in maintaining endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis by controlling endoplasmic reticulum turnover,remodeling,and *** this review,we briefly describe the endoplasmic reticulum quality control system,and subsequently focus on the role of endoplasmic reticulum autophagy,emphasizing the spatial and temporal mechanisms underlying the regulation of endoplasmic reticulum autophagy according to cellular *** also summarize the evidence relating to how defective or abnormal endoplasmic reticulum autophagy contributes to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative *** summary,this review highlights the mechanisms associated with the regulation of endoplasmic reticulum autophagy and how they influence the pathophysiology of degenerative nerve *** review would help researchers to understand the roles and regulatory mechanisms of endoplasmic reticulum-phagy in neurodegenerative disorders.

BACKGROUND An increasing number of studies have focused on the role of cellular metabolism in the development of colorectal cancer(CRC).However,no work is currently available to synthesize the field through *** To analyze the development in the field of“glucose metabolism”(GM),“amino acid metabolism”(AM),“lipid metabolism”(LM),and“nucleotide metabolism”(NM)in CRC by *** Articles within the abovementioned areas of GM,AM,LM and NM in CRC,which were published from January 1,1991,to December 31,2022,are retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection and analyzed by CiteSpace 6.2.R4 and VOSviewer *** The field of LM in CRC presented the largest number of annual publications and the fastest increase in the last decade compared with the other three ***,China and the United States were two of the most prominent contri-butors in these four *** addition,Gang Wang,Wei Jia,Maria Notar-nicola,and Cornelia Ulrich ranked first in publication numbers,while Jing-Yuan Fang,Senji Hirasawa,Wei Jia,and Charles Fuchs were the most cited authors on average in these four fields,respectively.“Gut microbiota”and“epithelial-mesenchymal transition”emerged as the newest burst words in GM,“gut microbiota”was the latest outburst word in AM,“metastasis”,“tumor microenvironment”,“fatty acid metabolism”,and“metabolic reprogramming”were the up-to-date outbreaking words in LM,while“epithelial-mesenchymal transition”and“apoptosis”were the most recently occurring words in *** Research in“cellular metabolism in CRC”is all the rage at the moment,and researchers are particularly interested in exploring the mechanism to explain the metabolic alterations in *** metabolic vulnerability appears to be a promising direction in CRC therapy.

In 2010, wuxi institute of Technology begun to build the pilot classes of innovation and entrepreneurship aiming at training and educate comprehensive talents with certain sense of innovation and entrepreneurship. The pilot classes combine the innovation and entrepreneurship education with the talent cultivation targets highly, while taking the form of small classes and mentoring. Taking the venture pilot classes of the marketing professional as an example, this paper gives a comprehensive review of the construction of entrepreneurship classes in the last three years from aspects of formation, development and achievement. Moreover, the success factors of entrepreneurship education are also summarized.

A class of two-degree-of-freedom systems in resonance with an external, parametric excitation is investigated, the existence of the periodic solutions locked to Omega is proved by the use of the method of multiple scales. This systems can be transformed into the systems of Wiggins under some conditions. A calculating formula which determines the existence of homoclinic orbits of the systems is given.

Based on a conceptual model of hydrocarbon microseepage, a macro-sized experimental equipment used the matched mixtures of cement and quartz sand as simulated caprock and its overlying strata is first set up to simulate the processes of hydrocarbon microseepage and its nearsurface expressions. The results of the simulation experiments suggest that simulated caprock and its overlying strata have a certain sealed capability; hydrocarbon microseepage is dominated by the pressure of point gas source, and temperature plays only a subordinate role; on the path of hydrocarbon microseepage, the distribution of hydrocarbon concentration is fan-shaped; differential adsorption of aikanes by the simulated caprock and its overlying strata results in the occurrence of a chromatographic effect. Different migrating patterns within simulated caprock are shown by the ratio of i-butane to n-butane. The concentration of hydrocarbon in the surface soil has good correspondence with the pressure of point gas source. These simulation results are significant to further study of the mechanism of anomalies recovered in surface geochemistry exploration.

By means of the vitrinite reflectance and U-Th/He dating of apatite and zircon in cut- ting samples from the T3x-K1j formations in the Yuanba （元坝） area of Northeast Sichuan （四川） Basin, a correlation has been established between the He-derived age and depth/temperature in this area assuming helium closure temperature of apatite in this area being 95 ℃. Mesozoic strata （T3x-Kd＇） experienced helium closure temperature of apatite approaching 95 ℃, but didn＇t reach the helium closure temperature of zircon （ca. 170-190 ℃） although some reached the highest pa- laeogeothermal temperature of about 170 ℃. The Mesozoic strata in the Yuanba area experienced an important uplift and denudation during Paleogene-Neogene periods （0.2-36.4 Ma）, the erosion rate being about 109.9 m/Ma. The K1] Formation and overlying strata experienced a maximum de- nudation loss of about 4 000 m. Geotemperatures gradually fell to the helium closure temperature of apatite and then fell further to the current temperature. The thermal evolution history of this area indicates that the maximum palaeogeothermal temperature of Mesozoic strata was close to 170- 190 ℃, prior to the strata being uplifted. During the period between 176 and 36 Ma, the palaeogeo- thermal temperature fell to 95-170 ℃. and after 36 Ma, it continued to fall to the present geotem- perature of less than 95 ℃.

Classical bending theories for beams and plates can not be used for short, stubby beams and thick plates since transverse shearing effect is excluded, and ordinary theories with multiple generalized displacements can not be used for long, slender beams and thin plates since the innate relation between rotation angle and deflection is ignored. These two types of theories are not consistent due to the contradiction of dependence and independence of the rotation angle. Based on several basic assumptions, a new type of theories which not only include the transverse shearing effect is presented, but also the relation between potation angle and deflection is obtained. Analytical solutions of several simple beams are given. It has been testified by numerical examples that the new theories can be used for either long, slender beams and thin plates or short, stubby beams and thick plates.

The sol-gel method is used to fabricate Fe crystalline powders coated with SiO2. By controlling the molar ratio R of diluted water to tetraethoxysilane （TEOS）, Fe powders coated with SiO2 with different morphological characteristics are fabricated. The influence of the core diameter on electroragnetic parameters is investigated. The effect of the amount of the coating material SiO2 on electromagnetic parameters is given. Radar wave absorbing properties of Fe coated with SiO2 and TiO2 respectively are compared.

Using high pressure and geological condition simulation vessels, we conducted hydrous pyrolysis experiments of kerogen, solid bitumen and liquid hydrocarbons in southern China in order to study the processes of gas generation and derive geo- chemical indicators of gas genesis under approximate pressure and temperature. The results indicate that gas generation productivity of different marine material decreased in the ganic matter （solid bitumen and heavy oil）, and kerogen. order of crude oil （light oil and condensate）, dispersed soluble or- Under identical temperature-pressure regimes, pyrolysates derived from kerogen and dispersed soluble organic matter display drastically different geochemical characteristics. For example, the δ13Cc02-δ13C1 values of gaseous products from dispersed soluble organic matter are greater than 20%o, whereas those from kerogen are less than 20%~. The 813C1 values of pyrolysates from different marine hydrocarbon sources generally increase with pyrolysis temperature, but are always lower than those of the source precursors. The δ13C values of ethane and propane in the pyrolysates also increase with increasing pyrolysis temperature, eventually approaching that of their sources, at peak hydro- carbon generation. At high-over mature stages, the δ13C values of ethane and propane are often greater than those of their sources but close to those of coal gases, and thus become ineffective as gas genetic indicators. Ln（CffC3） can clearly distin- guish kerogen degradation gas from oil cracking gas and Ln（CJC2）-（δ13C1-δ13C2） can be an effective indicator for distinguishing oil cracking gas from dispersed soluble organic matter cracking gas.
