Construction of digital 3D magic-cube organization structure for innovation-driven manufacturing

Owing to the heterogeneity between functional units and resource scarcity,manufacturing firms have been struggling with intra-organizational coordination for productivity and *** organizational structures,such as linear-functional and matrix,may cause responsibility division and independent goals(Shahani,2020),and are more difficult to be adopted by large-sized innovative manufacturing firms for quantity *** is based on a review of several new forms of organization(i.e.,network organization,multiteam system,and platform organization)compared with the traditional forms of organization(i.e.,linear,matrix,and business unit organization,among others).This study proposes a three-dimensional(3D)magic-cube organizational structure,considering the product dimensions,business,and ***,the characteristics,propositions of system operation,system dynamic model,and working model of the 3D magic-cube organization are ***,the 3D model is applied in a Chinese manufacturing firm to test its *** redesigning the post and pay system,the pilot organization establishes a project-driven and cross-functional coordination mechanism,positively affecting the firm’s financial profit,output value,labor productivity,and income of per *** proposed 3D model can be adopted by large-or medium-sized manufacturing firms for product development and *** implications of both practice and theory are also discussed in this study.

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AlSiTiCrNiCu Particles Reinforced Al6061 Composites by SPS and HPS Process

Three groups of AlSiTiCrNiCu high entropy alloy(HEA)particles reinforced Al606l composites were fabricated by spark plasma sintering at 520 and 570℃(S520,S570)and by hot-pressed sintering at 570℃(H570).The AlSiTiCrNiCu(AST)particles used as reinforcements were synthesized by mechanical *** influences of the sintering process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of composites were *** results showed that the AST particles had a near-equiatomic composition with a single BCC *** sintering temperature and time had a coupling influence on the interfacial microstructure.S520 had hardly reaction products and slight interfacial diffusion,and the AST particles were completely high *** interfacial reactions happened on S570 and H570 with the same reaction *** element diffusion of S570 was focused on the edge of the AST particles with partial loss of high *** element diffusion and entire loss of high entropy of AST particles happened on *** differences in the microstructure caused by the three preparation methods led to the changes in mechanical properties and fracture mechanisms of composites.

Semi-suppervised learning is one of the hottest research topics in the Machine *** performance of semi-supervised clustering depends on the quality of supervision information,so it is necessary to actively learn high quality supervision *** active learning algorithm based on pair-wise constraints with error correction is proposed in this *** algorithm searches the pair-wise constraints information which clustering algorithm can’t find,and try its best to reduce connections between these constraint informations,which is used in the spectral clustering,utilizing suppervised information adjust the distance matrix in the spectral clustering,and sort the *** algorithm makes the learninger can study actively when the learinger receives the data without flags by the two-way search method,and get better clustering result with less ***,the algorithm reduces the computational complexity of the semi-supervised algorithms based on constraints and resolves the singular problem of the pair-wise constraints in the clustering *** results on UCI benchmark data sets and artificial data set states clearly the performance of the algorithm is better than other compared algorithms,and the performance of algorithm is better than the ones of the spectral clustering which randomly selects the supervision information.

Diospyros lotus L.(Date plum)is an important tree species that produces fruit with a high nutritional *** accurate chromosomal assembly of a species facilitates research on chromosomal evolution and functional gene *** this study,we assembled the first chromosome-level genomes of seeded and seedless *** using Illumina short reads,PacBio long reads,and Hi-C *** assembled genomes comprising 15 chromosomes were 617.66 and 647.31 Mb in size,with a scaffold N50 of 40.72 and 42.67 Mb for the seedless and seeded ***,respectively.A BUSCO analysis revealed that the seedless and seeded *** genomes were 91.53% and 91.60%complete,***,20,689(95.4%)and 22,844(98.5%)protein-coding genes in the seedless and seeded *** genomes were annotated,*** of the chromosomes between genomes revealed inversions and translocations on chromosome 8 and inversions on chromosome *** identified 490 and 424 gene families that expanded in the seedless and seeded ***,*** enriched pathways among these gene families included the estrogen signaling pathway,the MAPK signaling pathway,and biosynthetic pathways for flavonoids,monoterpenoids,and ***,we constructed the first Diospyros genome database(http://***).On the basis of our data,we developed the first high-quality annotated *** reference genomes,which will be useful for genomic studies on persimmon and for clarifying the molecular mechanisms underlying important *** between the seeded and seedless *** genomes may also elucidate the molecular basis of seedlessness.
