A more efficient model of the quantum Stackelberg duopoly is proposed by using the asymmetric quantization scheme of Qin et *** this model,two entanglement factorsα(α=√γ1/γ2)andγ(γ=√γ1γ2)are introduced,which greatly expands the functions of the previously reported symmetric *** choosing proper values ofαandγ,one can better manage the market,such as suppressing the first-mover advantage and enhancing the second-mover profit to avoid abuse of oligopolistic competition,and optimizing the total quantity of the products,so to overcome the deficiencies of"first mover always wins"and"positive quantum entanglement always reduces the total quantity"in the symmetric *** proposed model here is believed to be a good tool for the government and the department to improve the economic efficiency and develop the market.

As a kind of“global view”beyond the country and ideology,the concept of a community of shared future for mankind is the core of Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thoughts,and also a Chinese strategy for the future of mankind,which is proposed by China to adapt to the interrelation of human societies with a view of world peace and *** cross-cultural awareness contained in such concept refers actually to the promotion and abandonment of different cultures in the ***-cultural identification means that the national culture constantly absorbs the positive factors of foreign cultures while discards its negative factors,so as to promote the benign combination of the both and realize the localization of the *** the longer term,the most direct mission of the proposal of such concept is to answer the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and to promote the common revitalization of all countries and resurgence of *** concept interprets the relationship between China and the world and also integrates the Chinese dream with the world ***,the study on cross-cultural identification of all countries should expand international understanding and broad consensus,on the basis of the global perspective of the community of shared future for mankind,and under the principle of“symbiosis,negotiation,collaborative construction,sharing and a win-win situation”.

The energy access challenge remains a significant barrier to sustainable development,with millions of people still needing access to modern energy *** fuels have played a crucial role in meeting electricity demand,but they face challenges and drawbacks in terms of environmental sustainability,energy security,and climate *** study examines how renewable and non-renewable energy generation capacity impacted the environment in 53 upper-middle-income countries from 1990 to 2020,using energy access and alternative energy sources as mediating *** findings of this study provide valuable insights into the complex relationship between renewable energy generation capacity,energy access,alternative energy sources,and environmental conditions in upper-middleincome *** positive relationship between renewable energy generation capacity and environmental conditions emphasizes the importance and potential of renewable energy sources in mitigating environmental ***,the findings indicate that energy access also plays a crucial role in shaping energy generation patterns,with higher levels of access being associated with increased renewable energy generation and decreased reliance on non-renewable energy *** findings highlight the urgent need for policies and measures to promote renewable energy adoption and prioritize energy access to mitigate environmental degradation and achieve sustainable development goals.

Chinese part-of-speech(POS) tagging is an essential task for Chinese downstream natural language processing tasks. The accuracy of the Chinese POS task will drop dramatically by word-based methods because of the segmentation errors and the word ***, there are several Chinese POS tagging sets with different criteria. Some of them only have a small-scale annotated corpus and are hard to train. To this end, we propose a modified word-based transformer neural network architecture. Meanwhile, we utilize an adversarial transfer learning method that splits the architecture into shared and private parts. This work directly improves the ability of the word-based model, instead of adopting a joint character-based method. Extensive experiments show that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance on all datasets, and more importantly, our method improves performance effectively for the word-based Chinese sequence labeling task.

Ratio Between Sensitive Strength to Light Information and Coupling Strength Affects Entrainment Range of Suprachiasmatic Nucleus

The suprachiasmatic nucleus(SCN), an endogenous clock in the brain of the mammals, regulates the physiological and behavioral activities according to the natural 24 h light-darkness cycle. Animals can also entrain themselves to non 24 h light-darkness cycles. The range of the periods which the animal can entrain to is called entrainment range. Previous studies have found that the entrainment range depends on the coupling strength and the sensitive strength to the light for the SCN neurons. However, the effect of the interplay between these two strengths on the entrainment range has not been examined. In the present study, we examine the effect of the ratio of the sensitive strength to the coupling strength on the entrainment range. We find that there is a parabolic-like relationship between the entrainment range and the ratio, and the largest entrainment range is obtained with a suitable ratio. Interestingly,the value of this suitable ratio is related to the comparison in the intrinsic amplitudes between the light information sensitive neurons and the light information insensitive neurons. Our finding will shed light on the interplay between the sensitive strength to the light information and the coupling strength, and the understanding for the diversity of the entrainment range among various species.

In turbomachinery,strong secondary flow can produce significant losses of total pressure near the endwall and reduce the efficiency of the considered *** this study,splitters located at different positions with respect to the main blade have been used to reduce such losses and improve the efficiency of the outlet guide vane(OGV).Three different relative positions have been considered assuming a NACA 65-010 profile for both the main blade and the *** numerical results indicate that splitters can effectively reduce the total pressure loss by suppressing the secondary flow around the main blade,but the splitters themselves also produce flow losses,which are caused by flow separation effects.

Pre-Qin dynasty Confucianism is famous and rich in ecological thoughts,which include the holistic thought of "harmony between man and nature"; the thought of"benevolence for people and caring for animals and plants" and "ecological ethics of respecting nature"; the thought of "conforming to natural environment and its protection". Ecological civilization,as a forthcoming civilization form,highlights the sustainable development and the pursuit of harmony between man and nature. Pre-Qin Confucian ecological thought can provide useful ideological resources for the cultivation of ecological consciousness and the construction of ecological civilization.
