Regulating crystallization and retarding oxidation in Sn-Pb perovskite via 1D cation engineering for high performance all-perovskite tandem solar cells

All-perovskite tandem solar cells have the potential to surpass the theoretical efficiency limit of single junction solar cells by reducing thermalization ***,the challenges encompass the oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+and uncontrolled crystallization kinetics in Sn-Pb perovskites,leading to nonradiative recombination and compositional heterogeneity to decrease photovoltaic efficiency and operational ***,we introduced an ionic liquid additive,1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium iodide （EMIMI） into Sn-Pb perovskite precursor to form low-dimensional Sn-rich/pure-Sn perovskites at grain boundaries,which mitigates oxidation of Sn2+to Sn4+and regulates the film-forming dynamics of Sn/Pb-based perovskite *** optimized single-junction Sn-Pb perovskite devices incorporating EMIMI achieved a high efficiency of 22.87%.Furthermore,combined with wide-bandgap perovskite sub-cells in tandem device,we demonstrate 2-terminal all-perovskite tandem solar cells with a power conversion efficiency of 28.34%,achieving improved operational stability.

Two-terminal(2-T)perovskite(PVK)/CuIn(Ga)Se_(2)(CIGS)tandem solar cells(TSCs)have been considered as an ideal tandem cell because of their best bandgap matching regarding to Shockley–Queisser(S–Q)***,the nature of the irregular rough morphology of commercial CIGS prevents people from improving tandem device *** this paper,D-homoserine lactone hydrochloride is proven to improve coverage of PVK materials on irregular rough CIGS surfaces and also passivate bulk defects by modulating the growth of PVK *** addition,the minority carriers near the PVK/C60 interface and the incompletely passivated trap states caused interface recombination.A surface reconstruction with 2-thiopheneethylammonium iodide and N,N-dimethylformamide assisted passivates the defect sites located at the surface and grain ***,LiF is used to create this field effect,repelling hole carriers away from the PVK and C60 interface and thus reducing *** a result,a 2-T PVK/CIGS tandem yielded a power conversion efficiency of 24.6%(0.16 cm^(2)),one of the highest results for 2-T PVK/CIGS TSCs to our *** validation underscores the potential of our methodology in achieving superior performance in PVK/CIGS tandem solar cells.

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CARBON/GLASS FIBER REINFORCED POLY(METHYL METHACRYLATE)COMPOSITES

Artificial bone, carbon/glass fiber reinforced PM-MA composites have been prepared by hot press moulding of pre-preg -which monofilments of CF and GF impregnated by MMA prepolymer. When the PMMA volume fraction in com-posites is 50% > theoretical and experimental results show that strength and modules of these hybrid composites are in accord with 'rule of mixture'. The tensile and flexure strength are the lowest when the raletive volume fraction of carbon fiber in rein-forcements is 50%,SEM examinations further explained re-sults.

: To meet the increasingly higher requirements on the quali-ty of kaolins from the industries of paper, ceramics, rubber and plastics, etc. , the processing of kaolins in China has undergone remarkable develop-ment in recent years. This article reports the new achievements in tech-niques , processes and equipment in flotation, selective flocculation, high gradient magnetic separation and classification of altrafines in the process-ing of kaolins in China. The comprehensive utilization of kaolins is also re-ported.

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF SILLIMANITE FLOTATION AGENTS

This paper, starting from the study on the surface elec-tric-property differences between sillimanite in some Chinese mine and its main inter grown silicates, detailedly inquires into the mixing function of fatty acids and hydrocarbon sulfonic acids collecting agents on sillimanite and based on this finds the optimum agent-blending system , so that it is possible to realize the efficient separation of sillimanite , mica and quartz. Through the single flotation closed-circuit experiment of hard-to -be-sepa-rated ores with hair-like corpuscles embedded, the authors have successively separated out the sillimanite concentration (A12O3 56. 31% ; Fe2O31. 07% ; TiO2 1. 0% ; alkalis 0. 2% )from the raw ores (sillimanite 15% ; A12O3 19. 92% ; Fe2O31. 90% i TiO2 3% ; alkalis 0. 2%) and obtained the silli-manite flotation recovery as high as 70% .

SYNERGISTIC ACTIVATION OF CHELATING AGENT ON XANTHATE DURING THE FLOTATION OF REFRACTORY COPPER OXIDIZED ORES

For realizing the effective flotation of refractory copper ox-idized ores and developing the activation-flotation theory , the influences of nine different organic chelating agents on xanthate collection pcnver and its adsorption characteristics ivere studied in the flotation of malachite and chrysocolla representatively selected by means of XPS,IR, absorbed quanti-ty measurements and flotation *** easily-dissolved malachite flotation , a small amount of chelating agent can obviously enhance xanthate collecting power and make malachite floated easily , and so reduces the consumption of xanthate. For hard-dis-晄olved chrysocolla, chelating agent is able to increase its recovery to 90% , but the chelating agent consumption is high. Chelating agent and xanthate can produce synergistic adsorptions, which follmv Freundlich's adsorption equation on malachite and Chrysocolla surfaces. The high chemical activity of chelating agent and its synergistic activation on xanthate are the key to improving xanthate collection poiver. The synergistic activation of chelat-ing agent on xanthate on melachite surfaces is clearly stronger than on chrysocolla surfaces. According to experimental results, it can be thought that the synergistic activation results from the synergistic complexation of chelating agent and xanthate with copper ions to form biligand-tribasic co-ordination complex.

: Copolymers used for transparent fibre glass-reinforced thermoplastic composite -were prepared from methyl methacrylate (.MMA) and styrene (St). Composites containing 20~25 ivt% glass fibre and 0. 7 mm in thickness had an overall optical transmission of 88 ~90%. The gel time and cure time of the prepolymers from MM A and St decreased markedly ivith addition of tiie two linear unsaturated polyesters (.LUPE) and curing process of composite laminate became controlling easily-The effect of the concentration of LUPE on thermal stability of copolymers 晅he optical properties and the hydrothermal sta-bility of composites was investigated by comparing with those of trans-parent unsaturated composites .

STUDY ON PREPARATION OF REACTION BURNING SILICON CARBIDE BY CARBON POWDER

The technology of preparing reaction burning silicon carbide (RBSC) by replacing SiC/C with entirely carbonaceous raw materials is investigated. Experimental results show the predominant factors of successfully preparing RBSC are as following:strictly controlling the porosity and pore diameter of biscuit, obtaining ideal carbon network permeating of Si and completely reaction between Si and beta-SiC.

STUDY ON THE SURFACE ELECTRIC CHARACTERISTICS OF FLAKE GRAPHITE AND THE MECHANISM OF ABSORPTION MEDICAMENT

It is of important significance to make studies on the sur-face electric characteristics of flake graphite and their variation law for strengthening the floatation of flake *** this paper, DPM type microelectrophoresis apparatus is used to de-termine the surface Zeta-potential of flake graphite pure mineral, study the affection of pulp pH value, seueral kinds of inorganic salt ions and anion surface activation agent (petroleum sodium sulfonate ) on flake graphite surface Zeta-potential,and explore the surface absorption charac-teristics of *** floatation experiment of flake graphite pure mineral shows that both the petroleum sodium sulfonate and inorganic salt can strengthen the conventional floatation of flake graphite. The surface characteristic varia-tion caused by them is also an important factor to promote graphite floata-tion.

STUDY ON MECHANISM OF MIXED COLLECTORS IN SEPARATION OF FELDSPAR AND QUARTZ

Acidless and fluoless flotation is a new method for sepa-rating feldspar from quartz at the natural pH value of tap water in the ab-sence of any acid and fluoride and other inorganic reagents. The paper discusses the mechanism of mixed collectors in separation of feldspar and quartz by means of mono-mineral flotation experiment, determination of surface-tension, analisis of fluorescence, infrared spectrum, Auger elec-tron sepectrum , and quantum chemistry calculation.
