This paper puts a focus on the empowerment of the elderly people in modern society. The expected increasing of elder population is a reminder of more social responsibility for the younger generation who has to learn a lot from the experiences of elderly people for the society. While it is acknowledged the importance of addressing the increase of aging population issue in other countries, this paper focuses on selected three countries of myanmar, Malaysia, and Vietnam as the fact that these three countries are economically rapidly developing, and highly expecting the possible aging population issues. This paper briefly highlights the importance of elderly people by discussing on a brief view on elderly population： a reminder of social responsibility of the young generation, understanding the elderly and their experiences of the life, community organizing for empowering the elderly people, the meaningful participation and elderly empowerment, and the implication for social work practice with the elderly.

The environs of Taungoo Township, Bago Region are one of the high biodiversity areas in myanmar, locating eastern side of the high mountain ranges of Middle Yoma. The dense of every green and deciduous forest in the middle Middle Yoma were logging since 10 - 20 years ago. The birds inhabiting in that area have to refuge in suitable habitats nearby. The resent status of bird species is needed to assess the diversity of birds with the respect to distribution and seasonal variation after the construction of Yangon-Nepyitaw, myanmar after twenty years ago. A total of 50 species of 27 genera, 22 families under nine orders were recorded. That represented 44 resident species (32 terrestrial species and 12 water bird species), and 6 species of migratory birds (1 terrestrial species and 5 water bird species). As habitat utilization, 24 bird species in paddy fields, 21 species in scattered trees, 33 species in wetland and 25 species in forest habitat types were investigated. Some species used more than one habitat types. According to the assessment of abundance categories based on the calculation of individual numbers of the birds, abundant category (3 species), common bird (1 species), frequent category (5 species), uncommon category (3 species) and rare species (28 species) were categorized. Hence, bird community was still sustainable in this area. In the aspect of conservation status, all recorded bird species were under least concern categories, according to the IUCN Redlist in the study area.

The presence of sub-standard ships has been a long-standing concern in the maritime domain and a slew of measures are implemented to tide over the *** is a key to verifying the success of measures adopted to enhance maritime safety and protect the marine *** there is an abundance of literature based on Port State Control inspections it is argued that in addition to the prevailing indicators of flag State performance deeper insights are to be gained by exploring indicators in other areas such as findings of IMO member State *** paper proposes simple and intuitive indicators in conjunction with existing indicators to identify trends in flag State performance and explores application of the indicators to a select set of member States in Latin-America *** paper concludes that the proposed indicators have the potential for global application.

Objective: COVID-19 surveillance was established as early as March 2020 in the Central African Republic (CAR), after the WHO statement relating to the identification of several cases outside China. However, given the non-performing molecular biology technical platform in many developing countries in sub-Saharan Africa, the second wave promised to be surprising and formidable. In this context, a mass survey was launched in Bangui to determine the prevalence of COVID-19. Patients and Methods: From March 18 to April 2, 2021, a mass screening campaign took place in tourist places, companies and the main hospital infrastructures. Nasopharyngeal swab samples were collected from participants with and without symptoms of Influenza-like illness (ILI) and stored in VTM tubes. The Ag (COVID-19) and RT-PCR tests were carried out in Bangui at the LNBCSP. The sequencing of RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 positives was carried out at the INRB. Results: We included 1480 participants of whom 33 (2.23%) were SARS-COV-2 positive, of whom 24 were male and 9 female. This sex difference was statistically significant (p = 0.012) as the sex ratio M/F was 1.09. Sampling sites located in the 1st arrondissement were the most prolific (p = 0.006) and were sequenced. In addition to the analysis of the 33 samples from the predefined sites under study, 17 control sequences from the provinces generated during the same period are added. We detected 2 Variants Of concern (VOC) including the predominant B.1.620 (43.86%) followed by B.1.1.7 or Alpha (5.10%). Conclusion: The study showed the importance of surveillance and the availability of means of diagnosis of COVID-19. The identified risk factors were sex and sampling site. This study has shown the importance of setting up sentinel sites for COVID-19 surveillance in all regions of the country and the appropriate use of the anti-COVID-19 vaccine.

Transforming Model Oriented Program into Android Source Code Based on Drools Rule Engine

Model transformation is one of the prominent features and the rising research area of Model Driven Engineering (MDE). MDE promotes models to primary artifacts that drive the whole development process. This paper presents the model transformation approach for textual model oriented programs Umple (UML Programming Language) to generate android applications (apps). The proposed approach improved the generation of android source code by using Drools transformation rules and introducing new concern in model driven mobile engineering. The major objective of proposed transformation approach intends to address consistency between source and target model and also intends to handle productivity issues in model driven software development. The main results of model transformation approach are Java class for model layer, XML file for view layer and android activity class for controller layer. Results show that proposed approach achieves high consistency between source and target model and also improves model transformation productivity.
