“Long-Dan”is an important traditional Chinese medicinal(TCM)herb used widely for the treatment of inflammation,hepatitis,rheumatism,cholecystitis,and *** the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the roots and rhizomes of four species from the genus Gentiana(Gentianaceae)are recorded as the original materials of“Long-Dan”,called Gentianae Radix et *** species included ***,***,*** and ***,which are distributed in different areas of *** iridoid and secoiridoid glucosides were reported as the main constituents in“Long-Dan”,these four different species also resulted in different minor components,which may related to their pharmacological ***,we summarized the herbal textual study,distribution,chemical constituents,biological investigation and quality control of the recorded“Long-Dan”origins in Chinese Pharmacopoeia during the period 1960 to 2011.

Smilacina atropurpurea(family Convallariaceae)is a perennial herb used medicinally for the trea tment of lung ailments,rheumatism,menstrual disorders,and cuts and bruises,by the local people of its growing areas in southwest *** tender aerial part has also been used as a wild vegetable by Lisu,Naxi and Tibetan *** analysis of the rhizomes of this plant has allowed us to isolate two new minor steroidal tetraglycosides,specifically atropurosides H(1) and I(2),by repeated column chromatography over silica gel and reversed phase *** structures were determined to be(25R,S)-12β-hydroxy-spirost-5-ene-3β-yl-O-β-D-glucopyranosy1-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(1)and(25S)-5α-spirost-17α-hydroxy-3β-yl-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopy-ranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galacto pyranoside(2),respectively,on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis including ID and 2D NM R techniques.

An improved bidirectional generative adversarial network model for multivariate estimation of correlated and imbalanced tunnel construction parameters

Estimation of construction parameters is crucial for optimizing tunnel construction *** to the influence of routine activities and occasional risk events,these parameters are usually correlated and *** solve this issue,an improved bidirectional generative adversarial network(BiGAN)model with a joint discriminator structure and zero-centered gradient penalty(0-GP)is *** this model,in order to improve the capability of original BiGAN in learning imbalanced parameters,the joint discriminator separately discriminates the routine activities and risk event durations to balance their influence ***,the self-attention mechanism is embedded so that the discriminator can pay more attention to the imbalanced ***,the 0-GP is adapted for the loss of the discrimi-nator to improve its convergence and stability.A case study of a tunnel in China shows that the improved BiGAN can obtain parameter estimates consistent with the classical Gauss mixture model,without the need of tedious and complex correlation *** proposed joint discriminator can increase the ability of BiGAN in estimating imbalanced construction parameters,and the 0-GP can ensure the stability and convergence of the model.

DETERMINATION OF STATIC AND DYNAMIC DIFFUSION COEFFICIENTS OF MOISTURE IN PARTICLEBOARDS

The static and dynamic diffusion coefficients are important coefficients to describe the moisture transfer processes in particleboard. In this paper, the formula of culculating the static and dynamic diffusion coefficients were deduced. At first, the static diffusion coefficients of four kinds of particleboards were determined by using diffusion cup method. The results demonstrated that the static diffusion coefficients parallel to panel surface were 10-20 times as large as that of perpendicular to panel surface for test boards. To determine both dynamic diffusion coefficients and surface emission coefficients of moisture in particleboards in one experimental period, specimens in four different thicknesses of each kind of particleboard were used in the experiment. Then the method of regression was used and the dynamic diffusion coefficients and surface emission coefficients were determined based on the slope and intercept of the regressive line.

This paper summarized the previous researches about resin emciency of particleboard in the world, and introduced the computer vision (CV) technique on resin effciency. which has the properties of high measuring speed, automatic pattern recognition and low environmental requirement. etc. The theory of the CV technique used for resin effciency in particleboard was studied,along with the handling of resined-particle images and the gathering of relative gray image features. Some quantitative parameters describing the resin efficiency of particleboard were established, and the results indicated that the computer vision method on the resin effciency was much better than others and can control the producing of pafticleboard more effect.

Accurate classification of power quality disturbance is the premise and basis for improving and governing power quality. A method for power quality disturbance classification based on time-frequency domain multi-feature and decision tree is presented. Wavelet transform and S-transform are used to extract the feature quantity of each power quality disturbance signal, and a decision tree with classification rules is then constructed for classification and recognition based on the extracted feature quantity. The classification rules and decision tree classifier are established by combining the energy spectrum feature quantity extracted by wavelet transform and other seven time-frequency domain feature quantities extracted by S-transform. Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively identify six types of common single disturbance signals and two mixed disturbance signals, with fast classification speed and adequate noise resistance. Its classification accuracy is also higher than those of support vector machine (SVM) and k-nearest neighbor (KNN) algorithms. Compared with the method that only uses S-transform, the proposed feature extraction method has more abundant features and higher classification accuracy for power quality disturbance.
