Indium selenide (InSe),as a wide-bandgap semico.ductor,has received extensive attention in the flexible electronics field in recent years due to its exceptional plasticity and promising thermoelectric ***,the low carrier co.centration severely limits its thermoelectric performance *** this work,we co.ducted co.trasting strategies that can be employed to increase the carrier co.centration of InSe,including bandgap narrowing and heterovalent ***,the carrier co.centration initially increases as a result of the reduced bandgap upon Te alloying and then slightly decreases due to the weak electronegativity of *** Br doping realizes high carrier co.centration by pushing the Fermi level into the co.duction bands and activating the multiple *** the other hand,both Te and Br obviously suppress the thermal co.ductivity due to the point defect *** co.trast,Br doping realizes a higher thermoelectric performance with a maximum ZT of～0.13 at 773 K benefiting from the better optimization of carrier *** work elucidates the strategies for enhancing carrier co.centration at anion sites and demonstrates the high efficiency of halogen doping in ***,the carrier co.centration of InSe is promising to be further optimized,and future work should focus on employing approaches such as cation doping or seco.dphase co.positing.

Electrode materials with high desalination capacity and long-term cyclic stability are the focus of capacitive deionization(CDI) co.munity. Understanding the causes of performance decay in traditional carbons is crucial to design a high-performance material. Based on this, here, nitrogen-doped activated carbon(NAC) was prepared by pyrolyzing the blend of activated carbon powder(ACP) and melamine for the positive electrode of asymmetric CDI. By co.paring the indicators changes such as co.ductivity, salt adsorption capacity, pH, and charge efficiency of the symmetrical ACP-ACP device to the asymmetric ACP-NAC device under different CDI cycles, as well as the changes of the electrochemical properties of anode and cathode materials after long-term operation, the reasons for the decline of the stability of the CDI performance were revealed. It was found that the carboxyl functional groups generated by the electro-oxidation of anode carbon materials make the anode zero-charge potential(E_(pzc)) shift positively,which results in the uneven distribution of potential windows of CDI units and affects the adsorption capacity. Furthermore, by understanding the electron density on C atoms surrounding the N atoms, we attribute the increased cyclic stability to the enhanced negativity of the charge of carbon atoms adjacent to quaternary-N and pyridinic-oxide-N.

The transmission line tower will be affected by bad weather and artificial subsidence caused by the foundation and other factors in the power *** tower’s tilt and severe deformation will cause the building to *** small changes caused the tower’s co.lapse,but the early staff often co.ld not intuitively notice the changes in the tower’s *** the current tower online monitoring system,terminal equipment often needs to replace batteries frequently due to premature exhaustion of *** to the need for real-time measurement of power line tower,this research designed a real-time monitoring device monitoring the transmission tower attitude tilting and foundation state based on the inertial sensor,the acceleration of 3 axis inertial sensor and angular velocity raw data to pole average filtering pre-processing,and then through the co.plementary filtering algorithm for co.prehensive calculation of tilt angle,the system meets the demand for inclined online monitoring of power line poles and towers regarding measurement accuracy,with low co.t and power *** optimization multi-sensor co.perative detection and co.rection measured tilt angle result relative accuracy can reach 1.03%,which has specific promotion and application value since the system has the advantages of unattended and efficient calculation.

With the increasing demand for energy co.servation and emission reduction,more attentions have been paid to the intelligentization,greenization and low carbonization during the transformation and upgrading of steelmaking *** furnace(LF)refining is one of the key procedures in steelmaking process and has been widely used in steelmaking plants for its high equipment matching degree,low equipment investment and outstanding refining *** to the main tasks of LF refining process,the modeling methods of temperature prediction model,slag-making model,alloying model,argon blowing model and model of inclusions behavior were systematically reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each modeling method were *** addition,the technical framework for the future has also been proposed based on existing works,including classification of raw materials,graphic representation of knowledge,introduction,upgradation and management of device/equipment,customization of steelmaking,modeling of refining process,synergy of models,intelligentization of decision-making,automation of co.trol,and digitization of processes and operations,aiming to provide a reference for the modeling and intelligent development of LF refining process.

We present a high-power, high-stability all-polarization-maintaining (all-PM)fiber femtoseco.d pulse laser source at 780 nm with full engineering integration that co.prises an all-PM fiber amplified chirped pulse laser at 1560 nm, a grating pair co.pressorandaseco.d-harmonicgeneration(SHG)***-PMfiber amplified chirped pulse laser at 1560 nm operates with a repetition rate of 111.5 MHz and an average power of 5.37 W, which is co.pressed with a pulse width of～204 *** 780-nm pulses are subsequently generated by SHG in a frequency-doubling *** achieve an average power of 2.22 W at 780 nm with a pulse width of 288 fs, an SHG efficiency of 52%, and a root-mean-square power fluctuation of 0.23%, which is *** integrated for practical application with reliable laser operation. We anticipate that this780-nmall-PMfiberfemtoseco.dpulselaserwithfullengineeringintegrationis promising for frontier applications, like two-photon imaging, nanofabrication, terahertz generation, etc.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how cyclic loading influenced the fracture toughness of hot-press lithium disilicate and zirco.ia co.e materials and whether there was an increase in the propensity for crown failure. Two types of all-ceramic crowns including the IPS *** Press system （n=24） and the Lava zirco.ia system （n=24）, were selected. Sectioned specimens were subjected to cyclic loading with the maximum magnitude of 200 N （R=0.1） until two million cycles. The material properties including Young＇s modulus （E） and hardness （H） and the fracture toughness （K,c） of the co.e materials were evaluated using indentation methods （n= 12 each）. The load-bearing capacities of the specimens were examined by means of monotonic load to fracture （n=12 each）. It was found that the material properties, including E, Hand Knc, of the two types of dental ceramics, were reduced. Statistical analysis indicated that there were no significant influences of fatigue loading on material properties E and H for both types of dental ceramics or Kgc for zirco.ia, while for the IPS *** Press co.e, K,c, which was parallel to the direction of the lithium disilicate crystals, was significantly reduced （P-0.001）. A co.clusion was drawn that zirco.ia possesses high mechanical reliability and sustainable capacity to resist fatigue loading, while fatigue loading remarkably degraded the anisotropic mechanical behaviour of hot-press lithium disilicate ceramics.
