The high temperature air co.bustion(HiTAC) process in gas suspension calcinations(GSC) was studied by using a CFD software FLUENT that can simulate the three-dimensional physical model of GSC with the k-epsilon turbulent visco.s model, PDF non-premixed co.bustion species model, P1 radiation model, thermal and prompt NO pollution model. The simulation vividly describes the distributions of the temperature, velocity and co.sistency fields. Finally, the optimal operation co.ditions and igniter co.figuration of particular fuel co.bustion are obtained by analyzing and co.paring the simulation results. And the emission quantity of NOx, co.and co. deduced from co.putation can play a role as reference. These optimal and estimated values are beneficial to practical operation.

In this work, a thorough examinations on the extractability of zinc and lead present in the steelmaking dusts using alkaline leaching process and the effectiveness of the zinc and lead separation in the resultant leaching solutions using sulfide precipitation method were made. It was found that only about 53% of zinc and over 70% of the lead co.ld be leached out of the dusts, while the other 47% of zinc and 30% of lead were left in the leaching residues. The zinc and lead in the resultant leaching solution can be effectively and selectively separated. When the weight ratio of sodium sulfide (M.W. = 222-240) to Pb was kept at 1.8, the lead in the solution co.ld be precipitated out quantitatively while all the zinc was remained in the solution. The zinc left in the solution can be further reco.ered by the addition of extra sodium sulfide with a weight ratio of sodium sulfide to the zinc over 2.6. The resultant filtrate can be recycled to the leaching of dust in the next leaching process.

In this paper, a discriminative structured dictionary learning algorithm is presented. To enhance the dictionary's discriminative power, the reco.struction error, classification error and inhomogeneous representation error are integrated into the objective function. The proposed approach learns a single structured dictionary and a linear classifier jointly. The learned dictionary enco.rages the samples from the same class to have similar sparse co.es, and the samples from different classes to have dissimilar sparse co.es. The solution to the objective function is achieved by employing a feature-sign search algorithm and Lagrange dual method. Experimental results on three public databases demonstrate that the proposed approach outperforms several recently proposed dictionary learning techniques for classification.

The development of subsea all-electric Christmas trees is an area of focus in the offshore oil industry *** main difficulties are associated with the development and co.trol strategies for subsea all-electric actuators,which are the most criti-cal co.ponents of subsea Christmas trees.A single-motor-level fuzzy PID co.trol with an integrated working co.dition detection mod-ule and a three-motor redundant-level deviation strategy with co.pled joint synchronous co.trol were proposed in this paper to real-ize the real time determination of algorithm parameters acco.ding to the working co.ditions,solve the rapid redistribution problems,and maintain the fast speed of the servo motor of the subsea all-electric tree valve actuator.A synchronous co.trol electrical system was built,tested,and verified through simulation *** results show that the two redundant servo motors can still co.trol the all-electric valve actuator and provide good synchronization co.trol capabilities despite the failure of one servo motor,and the verti-cal and horizontal vibration values of the system are within reasonable *** synchronous co.trol strategy can be applied to the synchronous co.trol problem of subsea all-electric production systems,which is of co.siderable importance for the development of subsea all-electric production systems.

Dispersion and Filler Network Structure of Fibrillar Silicates in Elastomers

The dispersion and filler network of fibrillar silicate（FS） in elastomers were studied. The results showed that a good dispersion of FS in matrix during mechanical blending in unvulcanized co.posites co.tributed to a strong FS filler network, different from that of traditional reinforcing fillers. Meanwhile, the filler re-aggregation during vulcanization caused by the overlapping and intertwining of FS further strengthened the filler network. The factors including Mooney visco.ity and molecular polarity of elastomer, type and amount of silane co.pling agents used for filler modification, that may influence the filler network, were studied. Our study helps us to understand the mechanism for the formation of filler network of FS in elastomers and provides guidance for the preparation of high performance FS/elastomer co.posites.

Although the solid-state lighting market is growing rapidly, it is still difficult to obtain ultra-high brightness white light emitting diodes(LEDs). V-pits are inevitably introduced during the metalorganic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD)growth of multiple quantum wells(MQWs) in Ⅲ–nitride LEDs, and thus affecting the carrier dynamics of the *** designed structures are fabricated to study the influence of the V-pits on the hole transportation and efficiency droop, and double quantum wells(QWs) are used to monitor the transportation and distribution of holes based on their emission intensity. It is found that when co.pared with the planar QWs, the injection of holes into the QWs through the side walls of the V-pits changes the distribution of holes among the MQWs. This results in a higher probability of hole injection into the middle QWs and enhanced emission therein, and, co.sequently, a lower efficiency droop.

Cu-Mn co.doped CeO2photocatalyst was successfully synthesized by the sol-gel method to assess its capability in degrading *** and TEM results showed that Cu and Mn were successfully co.doped into CeO2without forming heterostructure,XPS and photoelectrochemical results revealed that Mn ions doping amplified the generation of photo-induced charge carriers,while Cu ions doping significantly facilitated the interfacial charge transfer ***,the optimized Cu3Mn2CeO2nanoparticles exhibited the highest TC removal efficiency,achieved a rate of 78.18% and maintained a stable cycling performance.

Cross-Domain Reco.mendation(CDR)aims to solve data sparsity and co.d-start problems by utilizing a relatively information-rich source domain to improve the reco.mendation performance of the data-sparse target ***,most existing approaches rely on the assumption of centralized storage of user data,which undoubtedly poses a significant risk of user privacy leakage because user data are highly *** this end,we propose a privacy-preserving Federated framework for Cross-Domain Reco.mendation,called *** our method,to avoid leakage of user privacy,a general reco.mendation model is trained on each user's personal device to obtain embeddings of users and items,and each client uploads weights to the central *** central server then aggregates the weights and distributes them to each client for ***,because the weights implicitly co.tain private information about the user,local differential privacy is adopted for the gradients before uploading them to the server for better protection of user *** distill the relationship of user embedding between two domains,an embedding transformation mechanism is used on the server side to learn the cross-domain embedding transformation *** experiments on real-world datasets demonstrate that ourmethod achieves performance co.parable with that of existing data-centralized methods and effectively protects user privacy.

Dynamic co.paction treatment technology research of red clay soil embankment in southern mountains

High liquid limit soil generally adopted in expressway embankment co.struction of southern mountains, which often expresses some characteristics including high moisture co.tent, high porosity ratio, low permeability, high co.pressibility, certain disintegration, and so on. Spring soil phenomenon and inhomogeneous co.paction have effects on the quality of embankment co.struction, just because the water in soil is difficult to evaporate. Based on the study of reinforcement mechanism for high liquid limit soil, in situ tests for dynamic co.paction treatment in Yizhang-Fengtouling expressway embankment were developed. The reliable and eco.omical dynamic co.paction treatment methods and the co.struction technology for large range high liquid limit soil embankment in southern mountains expressway were discussed. In the process, co.venient measurement methods were adopted to evaluate the treatment effects. The test results show that the dynamic co.paction method has good treatment effects on the local red clay embankment. The embankment co.paction degree is improved with co.pactness co.ing to 90% around tamping pits and co.pactness over 95% in tamping pits interior after tamping. The bearing capacity, the physical mechanic-property and the shear strength for soil are obviously improved, which are enhanced with co.esive strength increasing over 10 kPa and co.pression modulus increasing over 3 MPa.
