Research on Pulsar Time Steered Atomic Time Algorithm Based on DPLL

In today’s society,there is a wide demand for high-precision and high-stability time service in the fields of electric power,communication,transportation and *** present,the time standard in various countries is mainly based on atomic clocks,but the frequency drift of atomic clocks will affect the long-term stability *** with atomic clocks,millisecond pulsars have better long-term stability and can complement with the excellent short-term stability of atomic *** order to improve the long-term stability of the atomic timescale,and then improve the timing accuracy,this paper proposes an algorithm for steering the atomic clock ensemble(ACE)by ensemble pulsar time(EPT)based on digital phase locked loop(DPLL).First,the ACE and EPT are generated by the ALGOS algorithm,then the ACE is steered by EPT based on DPLL to calibrate the long-term frequency drift of the atomic clock,so that the generated steered atomic time follows both the short-term stability characteristics of ACE and the long-term stability characteristics of EPT,and finally,the steered atomic time is used to calibrate the local cesium *** experimental results show that the long-term stability of atomic time after steering is improved by 2 orders of magnitude compared with that before steering,and the daily drift of a local cesium clock after calibration is less than 9.47 ns in 3 yr,3 orders of magnitude higher than that before calibration on accuracy.

The collection of multiple-channel electrophysiological signals enables a comprehensive understanding of the spatial distribution and temporal features of electrophysiological *** approach can help to distinguish the traits and patterns of different ailments to enhance diagnostic *** array electrodes,which can penetrate skin without pain,can lessen the impedance between the electrodes and skin;however,current microneedle methods are limited to single channels and cannot achieve multichannel collection in small ***,a multichannel(32 channels)microneedle dry electrode patch device was developed via a dimensionality reduction fabrication and integration approach and supported by a self-developed circuit system to record weak electrophysiological signals,including electroencephalography(EEG),electrocardiogram(ECG),and electromyography(EMG)*** microneedles reduced the electrode–skin contact impedance by penetrating the nonconducting stratum corneum in a painless *** multichannel microneedle array(MMA)enabled painless transdermal recording of multichannel electrophysiological signals from the subcutaneous space,with high temporal and spatial resolution,reaching the level of a single microneedle in terms of signal *** MMA demonstrated the detection of the spatial distribution of ECG,EMG and EEG signals in live rabbit models,and the microneedle electrode(MNE)achieved better signal quality in the transcutaneous detection of EEG signals than did the conventional flat dry electrode *** work offers a promising opportunity to develop advanced tools for neural interface technology and electrophysiological recording.

BACKGROUND Cancer is one of the most serious threats to human health *** treatments such as surgery and chemotherapy are associated with some *** recent years,traditional Chinese medicine treatment has been increasingly advocated by patients and attracted attention from clinicians,and has become an indispensable part of the comprehensive treatment for gastric *** To investigate the mechanism of Xiaojianzhong decoction(XJZ)in the treatment of gastric cancer(GC)by utilizing network pharmacology and experimental validation,so as to provide a theoretical basis for later experimental *** We analyzed the mechanism and targets of XJZ in the treatment of GC through network pharmacology and ***,we verified the impact of XJZ treatment on the proliferative ability of GC cells through CCK-8,apoptosis,cell cycle,and clone formation ***,we performed Western blot analysis and real-time quantitative PCR to assess the protein and mRNA expression of the core *** XJZ mainly regulates IL6,PTGS2,CCL2,MMP9,MMP2,HMOX1,and other target genes and pathways in cancer to treat *** inhibition of cell viability,the increase of apoptosis,the blockage of the cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase,and the inhibition of the ability of cell clone formation were observed in AGS and HGC-27 cells after XJZ *** addition,XJZ induced a decrease in the mRNA expression of IL6,PTGS2,MMP9,MMP2,and CCL2,and an increase in the mRNA expression of *** significantly inhibited the expression of IL6,PTGS2,MMP9,MMP2,and CCL2 proteins and promoted the expression of the heme oxygenase-1 *** XJZ exerts therapeutic effects against GC through multiple components,multiple targets,and multiple *** findings provide a new idea and scientific basis for further research on the molecular mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of XJZ in the treatment of GC.

Evaluating effectiveness and safety of combined percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in acute cholecystitis patients:Meta-analysis

RP11-789C1.1 inhibits gastric cancer cell proliferation and accelerates apoptosis via the ATR/CHK1 signaling pathway

Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) plays an important role in the progression of gastric cancer (GC). Their involvement ranges from genetic regulation to cancer progression. However, the mechanistic roles of RP11-789C1.1 in GC are not fully ***: We identified the expression of lncRNA RP11-789C1.1 in GC tissues and cell lines by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction. A series of functional experiments revealed the effect of RP11-789C1.1 on the proliferation of GC *** vivo experiments verified the effect of RP11-789C1.1 on the biological behavior of a GC cell line. RNA pull-down unveiled RP11-789C1.1 interacting proteins. Western blot analysis indicated the downstream pathway changes of RP11-789C1.1, and an oxaliplatin dosing experiment disclosed the influence of RP11-789C1.1 on the drug sensitivity of ***: Our results demonstrated that RP11-789C1.1 inhibited the proliferation of GC cells and promoted the apoptosis of GC cells. An improved algorithm for retrieving thin sea ice thickness in the Arctic Ocean from SMOS and SMAP L-band radiometer data

The aim of this study was to develop an improved thin sea ice thickness(SIT)retrieval algorithm in the Arctic Ocean from the Soil Moisture Ocean Salinity and Soil Moisture Active Passive L-band radiometer *** SIT retrieval algorithm was trained using the simulated SIT from the cumulative freezing degree days model during the freeze-up period over five carefully selected regions in the Beaufort,Chukchi,East Siberian,Laptev and Kara seas and utilized the microwave polarization ratio(PR)at incidence angle of 40°.The improvements of the proposed retrieval algorithm include the correction for the sea ice concentration impact,reliable reference SIT data over different representative regions of the Arctic Ocean and the utilization of microwave polarization ratio that is independent of ice *** relationship between the SIT and PR was found to be almost stable across the five selected *** SIT retrievals were then compared to other two existing algorithms(i.e.,UH_SIT from the University of Hamburg and UB_SIT from the University of Bremen)and validated against independent SIT data obtained from moored upward looking sonars(ULS)and airborne electromagnetic(EM)induction *** results suggest that the proposed algorithm could achieve comparable accuracies to UH_SIT and UB_SIT with root mean square error(RMSE)being about 0.20 m when validating using ULS SIT data and outperformed the UH_SIT and UB_SIT with RMSE being about 0.21 m when validatng using EM SIT *** proposed algorithm can be used for thin sea ice thickness(<1.0 m)estimation in the Arctic Ocean and requires less auxiliary data in the SIT retrieval procedure which makes its implementation more practical.

Plasma microRNA-15a/16-1-based machine learning for early detection of hepatitis B virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma

Background and aims Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), which is prevalent worldwide and has a high mortality rate, needs to be effectively diagnosed. We aimed to evaluate the significance of plasma microRNA-15a/16-1 (miR-15a/16) as a biomarker of hepatitis B virus-related HCC (HBV-HCC) using the machine learning model. This study was the first large-scale investigation of these two miRNAs in HCC plasma samples. Methods Using quantitative polymerase chain reaction, we measured the plasma miR-15a/16 levels in a total of 766 participants, including 74 healthy controls, 335 with chronic hepatitis B (CHB), 47 with compensated liver cirrhosis, and 310 with HBV-HCC. The diagnostic performance of miR-15a/16 was examined using a machine learning model and compared with that of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP). Lastly, to validate the diagnostic efficiency of miR-15a/16, we performed pseudotemporal sorting of the samples to simulate progression from CHB to HCC. Results Plasma miR-15a/16 was significantly decreased in HCC than in all control groups ( P < 0.05 for all). In the training cohort, the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), sensitivity, and average precision (AP) for the detection of HCC were higher for miR-15a (AUC = 0.80, 67.3%, AP = 0.80) and miR-16 (AUC = 0.83, 79.0%, AP = 0.83) than for AFP (AUC = 0.74, 61.7%, AP = 0.72). Combining miR-15a/16 with AFP increased the AUC to 0.86 (sensitivity 85.9%) and the AP to 0.85 and was significantly superior to the other markers in this study ( P < 0.05 for all), as further demonstrated by the detection error tradeoff curves. Moreover, miR-15a/16 impressively showed potent diagnostic power in early-stage, small-tumor, and AFP-negative HCC. A validation cohort confirmed these results. Lastly, the simulated follow-up of patients further validated the diagnostic efficiency of miR-15a/16. The cerebral cortex is a pivotal structure integral to advanced brain functions within the mammalian central nervous *** methylation and hydroxymethylation play important roles in regulating cerebral cortex ***,it remains unclear whether abnormal cerebral cortex development,such as microcephaly,could rescale the epigenetic landscape,potentially contributing to dysregulated gene expression during brain *** this study,we characterize and compare the DNA methylome/hydroxymethylome and transcriptome profiles of the cerebral cortex across several developmental stages in wild-type(WT)mice and Mcph1 knockout(Mcph1-del)mice with severe ***,we discover a global reduction of 5′-hydroxymethylcytosine(5hmC)level,primarily in TET1-binding regions,in Mcph1-del mice compared to WT mice during juvenile and adult ***,genes exhibiting diminished 5hmC levels and concurrently decreased expression are essential for neurodevelopment and brain ***,genes displaying a delayed accumulation of 5hmC in Mcph1-del mice are significantly associated with the establishment and maintenance of the nervous system during the adult *** findings reveal that aberrant cerebral cortex development in the early stages profoundly alters the epigenetic regulation program,which provides unique insights into the molecular mechanisms underpinning diseases related to cerebral cortex development.
