Autophagy plays important roles in modulating viral replication and antiviral immune response. Coronavirus infection is associated with the autophagic process, however, little is known about the mechanisms of autophagy induction and its contribution to coronavirus regulation of host innate responses. Here, we show that the membrane-associated papain-like protease PLP2 （PLP2-TM） of coronaviruses acts as a novel autophagy- inducing protein. Intriguingly, PLP2-TM induces incom- plete autophagy process by increasing the accumula- tion of autophagosomes but blocking the fusion of autophagosomes with lysosomes. Furthermore, PLP2- TM interacts with the key autophagy regulators, LC3 and Beclinl, and promotes Beclinl interaction with STING, the key regulator for antiviral IFN signaling. Finally, knockdown of Beclinl partially reverses PLP2-TM＇s inhibitory effect on innate immunity which resulting in decreased coronavirus replication. These results sug- gested that coronavirus papain-like protease induces incomplete autophagy by interacting with Beclinl, which in turn modulates coronavirus replication and antiviral innate immunity.

This paper investigates the remote tracking control problem of Network-based Agents with communication delays existing in both forward and feedback communication channels.A networked predictive tracking controller is proposed to compensate the negative effects caused by bilateral time-delays in a wireless network. Fast charging and high volumetric capacity are two of the critical demands for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs).Although nanostructured materials achieve outstanding rate performance,they suffer from low tap density and small volumetric ***,how to realize large volumetric capacity and high tap density simultaneously is very ***,N/F co-doped TiO_(2)/carbon microspheres(NF- TiO_(2)/C)are synthesized to achieve both of *** calculations reveal that N and F co-doping increases the contents of oxygen vacancies and narrows the bandgaps of TiO_(2) and C,improving the electronic conductivity of NF- TiO_(2)/***,NF- TiO_(2)/C exhibits the high binding energy and low diffusion energy barrier of Na+,significantly facilitating Na+storage and Na+***,NF- TiO_(2)/C offers a high tap density(1.51 g cm^(-3)),an outstanding rate performance(125.9 mAh g^(-1) at 100 C),a large volumetric capacity(190 mAh cm^(-3) at 100 C),a high areal capacity(4.8 mAh cm^(-2))and an ultra-long cycling performance(80.2%after 10,000 cycles at 10 C)*** addition,NF- TiO_(2)/C||Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) full cells achieve an ultrahigh power density of 25.2 kW kg^(-1).These results indicate the great promise of NF- TiO_(2)/C as a high-volumetric-capacity and high-power-density anode material of SIBs.

Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries are regarded as one of the promising candidates for the next-generation energy storage system owing to their high capacity and energy ***,the durable operation for the batteries is blocked by the shuttle behavior of soluble lithium polysulfides and the sluggish kinetics in the redox ***,VN nanoparticles on nitrogen-doped graphene(VN/NG)composite is synthesized by simple calcining method to modify the separators,which can not only chemically trap polysulfides,but also catalyze the conversion reaction between the polysulfides and the insoluble Li2S during the charge/discharge *** catalytic effects of VN/NG are verified by the calculated activation energy(E_(a)),which is smaller than the counterpart with NG toward both directions of *** of the synergistic adsorption-catalysis of VN/NG,the cells with VN/NG-modified separators deliver a superior rate performance(791 mAh g^(-1) at 5C)and cycling stability(863 mAh g^(-1) after 300 cycles with a low decaying rate of 0.068%per loop at 1C).This work provides a simple preparation strategy and fundamental understanding of the bifunctional catalyst for high-performance Li-S batteries.

Data-Based Predictive Control for Networked Nonlinear Systems with Packet Dropout and Measurement Noise

In this paper, the data-based control problem is investigated for a class of networked nonlinear systems with measurement noise as well as packet dropouts in the feedback and forward channels. The measurement noise and the number of consecutive packet dropouts in both channels are assumed to be random but bounded. A data-based networked predictive control method is proposed, in which a sequence of control increment predictions are calculated in the controller based on the measured output error, and based on the control increment predictions received by the actuator, a proper control action is obtained and applied to the plant according to the real-time number of consecutive packet dropouts at each sampling instant. Then the stability analysis is performed for the networked closedloop system. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by a numerical example.

Fiber laser hydrophones have got widespread concems due to the unique advantages and broad application prospects. In this paper, the research results of the eight-element multiplexed fiber laser acoustic pressure array and the interrogation system are introduced, containing low-noise distributed feedback fiber laser （DFB-FL） fabrication, sensitivity enhancement packaging, and interferometric signal demodulation. The frequency response range of the system is 10Hz-10kHz, the laser frequency acoustic pressure sensitivity reaches 115 dB re Hz/Pa, and the equivalent noise acoustic pressure is less than 60μa/Hz^1/2. The dynamic range of the system is greater than 120 dB.
