The red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)is a species from the northeast of Mexico and the central south of the United States(Louisiana),actually is the dominant macroinvertebrate in several *** was introduced to several countries,generally for gastronomic reasons or to repopulate destroyed areas by a *** the first introduction of this species into the world is well-documented,little is known about its pathways of invasion and the reason for its rapid spread in several *** is an aggressive crustacean that multiplies very fast and adapts to features of the invaded *** of the species can disperse up to 1.6 km on ***,they dig deep holes which allows them to establish easily in wetlands and adjacent waterbodies that are hydrologically *** study takes place in the Gharb area(northwestern of Morocco)where several carcasses of *** have been found in different *** the present study,it is a question of understanding how this species was introduced in this area,to establish a map of propagation of the species,and to evaluate the damage that it would have caused in the rice growing of *** Morocco,it was first sighted in the Gharb area in 2008 in the commune of Sidi Allal *** this discovery,possible ways of the species introduction and the dispersal modes were explored that *** could use to invade the Gharb *** results of this study can be used by natural resource managers,rice farmers,fishermen and the local population,to help them to locate the spread of ***,to identify vectors that move *** across political boundaries and illustrate the importance of limiting and prohibiting the movement of this invasive species across boundaries or into new ecosystems.

Observed weather and projected climate change suggest an increase in the transmission of vector-borne diseases(VBDs)in the Hindu Kush Himalayan(HKH)*** this study,we systematically explore the literature for empiric associations between the climate variables and specific VBDs and their vectors in the HKH *** conducted a systematic synthesis of the published literature on climate variables,VBDs and vectors in the HKH region until the 8th of December *** majority of studies show significant positive associations of VBDs with climatic factors,such as temperature,precipitation,relative humidity,*** systematic review allowed us to identify the most significant variables to be considered for evidence-based trend estimates of the effects of climate change on VBDs and their vectors in the HKH *** evidence-based trend was set into the context of climate change as well as the observed expansion of VBDs and disease vectors in the HKH *** geographic range of VBDs expanded into previously considered non-endemic areas of highlands(mountains)in the HKH region.B ased on scarce,but clear evidence of a positive relationship of most climate variables and VBDs and the observed climatic changes,we strongly recommend an expansion of vector control and surveillance programmes in areas of the HKH region that were previously considered to be non-endemic.

纳米羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite,HAp)具有良好的生物相容性、可降解性、生物安全性和合成可控性等特点,可用作基因或药物载体。较低的转染效率是限制纳米HAp用于基因载体携载目的基因治疗疾病的瓶颈,这一关键问题的解决是未来将HAp应用于基因治疗临床应用的基础。因此,主要综述了HAp作为基因载体研究的现状,并分析了影响HAp-DNA复合物转染效率的主要因素以及实现纳米HAp颗粒靶向性的途径等方面的研究进展。

We propose a new model based on the convolutional networks and SAX(Symbolic Aggregate Approximation)discretization to learn the representation for multivariate time *** deep neural networks has excellent expressiveness,which is fully exploited by the convolutional networks with means of unsupervised *** design a network structure to obtain the cross-channel correlation with means of convolution and deconvolution,the pooling operation is utilized to perform the dimension reduction along each position of the *** which based on the Symbolic Aggregate Approximation is applied on the feature vectors to extract the bag of *** collect two different representations from the convolutional networks,the compression from bottle neck and the last convolutional *** show how these representations and bag of features can be useful for *** provide a full comparison with the sequence distance based approach on the standard datasets to demonstrate the effectiveness of our *** further build the Markov matrix according to the discretized representation abstracted from the deconvolution,time series is visualized to complex networks through Markov matrix visualization,which show more class-specific statistical properties and clear structures with respect to different labels.

Toscana virus(TOSV) is an arthropod-borne virus, identified in 1971, from Phlebotomus perniciosus and Phlebotomus perfiliewi in central Italy. TOSV belongs to the Phlebovirus genus within the Bunyaviridae family. As other bunyaviruses, the genome of TOSV consists of 3 segments(S for small, M for Medium, and L for Large) respectively encoding non structural and capsid proteins, envelope structural proteins, and the viral RNA-dependant RNA-polymerase. It is transmitted by sand flies. Therefore its distribution is dictated by that of the arthropod vectors, and virus circulation peaks during summertime when sandfly populations are active. Here, we reviewed the epidemiology of TOSV in the old world. First evidence of its pathogenicity for humans, specifically its propensity to cause central nervous system(CNS) infections such as meningitis and encephalitis, was reported in central Italy. After 2000, it was recognized that TOSV had a much larger geographic distribution than initially believed, and was present in most of the Western European countries located on the northern border of the Mediterranean Sea(Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, Croatia) as well as eastern countries such as Cyprus and Turkey. In the countries where TOSV is present, it is among the three most prevalent viruses in meningitis during the warm seasons, together with enteroviruses and herpesviruses. Up to now, epidemiological data concerning Northern Africa and other countries located south of the Mediterranean are scarce. TOSV must be considered an emerging pathogen. Despite the important role played by TOSV in CNS infections, it remains a neglected agent and is rarely considered by physicians in diagnostic algorithms of CNS infections and febrile illness during the warm season, probably because of the lack of information.

The rapid growth of scientific papers makes it difficult to query related papers efficiently,accurately and with high *** citation recommendation algorithms rely heavily on the metadata of query documents,which leads to the low quality of recommendation *** this paper,DeepCite,a content-based hybrid neural network citation recommendation method is ***,the BERT model was used to extract the high-level semantic representation vectors in the text,then the multi-scale CNN model and BiLSTM model were used to obtain the local information and the sequence information of the context in the sentence,and the text vectors were matched in depth to generate candidate ***,the depth neural network was used to rerank the candidate sets by combining the score of candidate sets and multisource *** the reranking stage,a variety of Metapath features were extracted from the citation network,and added to the deep neural network to learn,and the ranking of recommendation results were *** with PWFC,ClusCite,BM25,RW,NNRank models,the results of the Deepcite algorithm presented in the ANN datasets show that the precision(P@20),recall rate(R@20),MRR and MAP indexesrise by 2.3%,3.9%,2.4%and 2.1%*** results on DBLP datasets show that the improvement is 2.4%,4.3%,1.8%and 1.2%***,the algorithm proposed in this paper effectively improves the quality of citation recommendation.

Objective: To evaluate the susceptibility of Anopheles stephensi(An. stephensi) Liston, the main malaria vector in southern Iran, to WHO recommended insecticides. Methods: Larvae of An. stephensi were collected from three different larval habitats in both urban and rural area of Bandar Abbas city and one rural area in Rudan county southern Iran. WHO standard method was used for evaluation of adult and larval mosquito susceptibility. Bendiocarb, permethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin, deltamethrin as insecticide and temephos and chlorpyriphos as larvicide were used at the diagnostic dosages recommended by WHO. Results: Findings of this study showed all larval populations of An. stephensi were completely susceptible to temephos and candidate for resistance to chlorpyriphos. Adult mosquitoes in rural areas of Bandar Abbas city were resistant to pyrethroid and carbamate insecticides. Conclusion: Comparison of the results of this survey with previous studies indicates that the resistance to pyrethroids and carbamates in this malaria endemic region is increasing. Wide use of pesticides in agriculture is certainly effective in increasing resistance. The inter-sectoral coordination and collaboration in health and agriculture seem to be necessary to manage insecticide resistance in malaria vectors.

Vector surveillance is very key in solving mosquito-borne health problems in *** this end,the composition and distribution of mosquito vectors in a peri-urban community surrounding an institution of learning in Lafia metropolis,Nasarawa State,Central Nigeria was carried out between December 2016 and June *** Prokopack Aspirator was used to collect indoor resting mosquitoes between 6:00 *** 9:00 *** 30 randomly selected *** collected were knocked down and transferred into a well labelled petri-dish and taken to the laboratory for processing.A total of 664 mosquitoes were collected which spread across Culex quinquefasciatus 572(86.14%),Anopheles gambiae 88(13.25%)and Aedes aegypti 4(0.60%).The abundance of mosquitoes in relation to seasons,species,sex,abdominal conditions as well as transmission indices across seasons significantly varied(P0.05).The inhabitants of the area should ensure that all drainages flow through so as to reduce mosquito breeding ***,members of the community should always protect themselves by sleeping under insecticide treated bed nets.
