白质(WM)病理是血管性认知障碍和痴呆(VCID)的临床预测指征。我们近期发现,过表达转化生长因子-β1(TGF)的小鼠具有潜在的脑血管病理学基础,这种小鼠如果进食高胆固醇饮食(HCD)可发展为认知缺陷小鼠(VCID小鼠),而这一进程可以通过体育锻炼(EX)预防。我们进一步研究了VCID小鼠的认知功能和白质病理学,并研究了中等强度有氧锻炼对白质改变的保护作用的细胞基质。实验动物分为6组:野生型(WT)和TGF小鼠(n=20～24只/组)用标准实验室饲料或2%的高胆固醇饮食喂养,其中2组高胆固醇饮食喂养的同时使用了行走轮。高胆固醇饮食对TGF小鼠的工作记忆和物体识别记忆有显着的负面作用,体育锻炼可以预防该负面作用,其中对认知记忆的改善在高胆固醇饮食喂养的野生型小鼠中也有作用。腮须诱发的脑血流量(CBF)的增加在高胆固醇饮食喂养的小鼠中减少,体育锻炼逆转了这一改变,并且对白质基线脑血流量也产生了类似的作用。VCID小鼠表现出以复合动作电位振幅减小为特征的白质功能缺陷,在体育锻炼组中未发现该特征性改变。此外,VCID小鼠的白质中毛细血管塌陷增加,表达半乳凝素-3的小胶质细胞数量增加,而少突胶质细胞数量减少。上述表现均被体育锻炼阻止。我们的发现表明,VCID小鼠脑循环受损先于白质血管形成减少,白质炎症增强和少突胶质生成受损。所有这些都可能导致VCID小鼠对发生记忆障碍的易感性增加病理改变,均可以通过体育锻炼预防。要点:高胆固醇饮食情况下,大脑循环异常会增加发生伴随着认知缺陷发展的白质解剖和功能性变化的易感性。该现象可以通过运动转化疗法来预防。

Severe pneumonia is one of the most serious infectious *** intervention may lead to pulmonary fibrosis,which greatly threatens people’s life and *** stasis syndrome is an important underlying syndrome throughout the evolution of severe pneumonia-pulmonary *** injection(XBJ)was developed under the theoretical system of“Three syndromes and three methods”,demonstrating a good efficacy in treating severe pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis due to its effect of removing blood stasis and dispersing *** studies have shown that XBJ can protect vascular endothelial function,improve coagulation function and regulate immunity by inhibiting ***,the research hypothesis is put forward that XBJ treats blood stasis syndrome by removing blood stasis and dredging blood vessels,to inhibit the disease progress of severe pneumonia to pulmonary *** researches are need to confirm the function and explore the mechanism of XBJ.

Areca nut is a popular fruit, but is among the most common addictions following tobacco, alcohol and caffeine globally. Areca nut chewing is the major risk factor for OSF, which is a chronic, occult, and premalignant fibrotic disease. OSF is characterized by submucosal collagen accumulation and microvascular diseases, the primary microscopic manifestations of which include damaged vascular endothelial cells, increased vascular permeability, and decreased number of microvessels. As the basic structure of microvessels, endothelial cells paly an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of OSF. Arecoline is the main component of areca nut. This review summarized the machenism of arecoline-inducing OSF by acting on endothelial cells, mainly including that arecoline can promote endothelial cells inducing tissue fibrosis by acting on the vascular endothelial cells and is accomplished via multiple aspects such as inhibiting the proliferation and facilitating the apoptosis of endothelial cells, affecting their secretion of cytokines, or promoting the transformation process of EMT.

Neglected tropical diseases are a group of tropical diseases endemic in poor countries even though medical treatment and cures are available. They are considered a global health problem due to the severity of the physiological changes they induce in their hosts. Malaria is a disease caused by Plasmodium sp. that in its cerebral form may lead to acute or long-term neurological deficits, even with effective antimalarial therapy, causing vascular obstruction, reduced cerebral blood flow and many other changes. However, Plasmodium falciparum infection can also develop into a cerebral malaria(CM) disease that can produce neurological damage. This review will discuss the mechanisms involved in the neuropathology caused by CM, focusing on alterations in cognitive, behavior and neurological functions in human and experimental models.

Background:Previous studies have demonstrated the preclinical pharmacological and toxicological consistency,and clinical pharmacokinetic equivalence of bevacizumab biosimilar LY01008 with reference bevacizumab(Avastin).This randomized controlled trial aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of LY01008 with Avastin in first-line treatment of Chinese patients with advanced or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:StageⅢB-ⅣNSCLC patients with evaluable lesions,good physical status,and adequate organ functions from 67 centers across China were randomized in a ratio of 1:1 to receive LY01008 or Avastin 15 mg/kg intravenously in combination with paclitaxel/carboplatin(combined treatment)for 4-6 cycles,followed by maintenance monotherapy with LY01008 until disease progression,intolerable toxicity,or *** primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)in accordance with Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)version 1.1 confirmed by independent radiological review committees(IRRC).Secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),duration of response(DoR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and *** study was registered in Clinical ***(NCT03533127).Results:Between December 15^(th),2017,and May 15^(th),2019,a total of 649 patients were randomized to the LY01008(n=324)or Avastin(n=325)*** of September 25th,2019 for primary endpoint analysis,589 patients received ORR evaluation,with a median number of combined treatment cycles of 5(range 1-6)andmedian duration of treatment of 3.0(range 0.0-5.1)*** responseevaluable patients in the LY01008 and Avastin groups were 48.5% and 53.0%,*** stratified ORR ratio was 0.91(90%CI 0.80-1.04,within the prespecified equivalence margin of 0.75-1.33).Up to May 15^(th),2020,with a median follow-up of 13.6(range 0.8-28.4)months,no notable differences in DCR,median DoR,median PFS,median OS,and 1-year OS rate were observed between the LY010
