Graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composites have wide applications in automotive,electronics,aerospace and military fields due to the fascinating mechanical ***,it is difficult to realize the high strength and ductility *** this work,the in situ liquid-state method was utilized to prepare GNPs/Mg6Zn composites via CO_(2)/Mg chemical *** strength of the GNPs/Mg6Zn composites was improved with increasing content of the ***,the composites also exhibit a notable plastic deformation stage,and especially the ductility of 0.12 GNPs/Mg6Zn composites reaches 27.6%.therefore,this novel preparation method has great potential application for fabricating Mg matrix composites with high strength and high ductility.

the unique geomorphological features and farming methods in the Mollisol region of Northeast China increase water catchment flow and aggravate the erosion of ephemeral gully(EG).vegetation suffers from rain erosion and damage during the growth stage,which brings serious problems to the restoration of grass in the early ***,effects of coir geotextile and geocell on EG erosion under four confluence intensities were researched in this *** of the simulated water discharge erosion test showed that when the confluence strength was less than 30 L/min,geocell and coir geotextile had a good effect on controlling EG erosion,and sediment yield of geocell and coir geotextile was reduced by 25.95%–37.82%and 73.73%–88.96%,***,when confluence intensity increased to 40 L/min,protective effect of coir geotextile decreased,and sediment yield rate increased sharply by 189.03%.When confluence intensity increased to 50 L/min,the protective effect of coir geotextile was *** the other hand,geocell showed that the greater the flow rate,the better the protective *** addition,with the increase in confluence intensity,erosion pattern of coir geotextile developed from sheet erosion to intermittent fall and then to completion of main rill,and the protective effect was gradually *** contrast,the protective effect of EG under geocell was gradually enhanced from the continuous rill to the intermittent rill and finally to the intermittent *** study shows that coir geotextile and geocell can prevent EG erosion,and the effect of geocell is better than that of coir geotextile on the surface of EG.

In recent years,the Internet of things(Iot)has gradually developed applications such as collecting sensory data and building intelligent services,which has led to an explosion in mobile data ***,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence,semantic communication has attracted great attention as a new communication ***,for Iot devices,however,processing image information efficiently in real time is an essential task for the rapid transmission of semantic *** the increase of model parameters in deep learning methods,the model inference time in sensor devices continues to *** contrast,the Pulse Coupled Neural Network(PCNN)has fewer parameters,making it more suitable for processing real-time scene tasks such as image segmentation,which lays the foundation for real-time,effective,and accurate image ***,the parameters of PCNN are determined by trial and error,which limits its *** overcome this limitation,an Improved Pulse Coupled Neural Networks(IPCNN)model is proposed in this *** IPCNN constructs the connection between the static properties of the input image and the dynamic properties of the neurons,and all its parameters are set adaptively,which avoids the inconvenience of manual setting in traditional methods and improves the adaptability of parameters to different types of *** segmentation results demonstrate the validity and efficiency of the proposed self-adaptive parameter setting method of IPCNN on the gray images and natural images from the Matlab and Berkeley Segmentation *** IPCNN method achieves a better segmentation result without training,providing a new solution for the real-time transmission of image semantic information.

With the increasing demand for power system stability and resilience,effective real-time tracking plays a crucial role in smart grid ***,most studies have focused on measurement noise,while they seldom think about the problem of measurement data loss in smart power grid *** solve this problem,a resilient fault-tolerant extended Kalman filter(RFtEKF)is proposed to track voltage amplitude,voltage phase angle and frequency ***,a threephase unbalanced network’s positive sequence fast estimation model is ***,the loss phenomenon of measurements occurs randomly,and the randomness of data loss’s randomness is defined by discrete interval distribution[0,1].Subsequently,a resilient fault-tolerant extended Kalman filter based on the real-time estimation framework is designed using the timestamp technique to acquire partial data loss ***,extensive simulation results manifest the proposed RFtEKF can synchronize the smart grid more effectively than the traditional extended Kalman filter(EKF).

Objective: the purpose of this research was to examine the potential anticancer properties of Xiao tan San Jie Fang(XtSJF) and its potential mechanism of action against colorectal cancer. Materials and Methods: HCt116 cells were induced into HCt116 spheres in DMEM/F12 medium by treatment with epidermal growth factor + fibroblast growth factor + leukemia inhibitory factor + B27. the proliferation ability and stemness of HCt116 spheres was examined. various concentrations of XtSJF were used to treat HCt116 spheres to observe the impact on proliferation, apoptosis, and expression of stem cell markers. Next, Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related factor proteins were detected. Results: the findings revealed that XtSJF suppressed cell growth and induced cell death in HCt116 cells in a dosage-dependent manner. Similarly, XtSJF promotes apoptosis, inhibits cell proliferation, prolongs survival, and maintains the expression of stem cells through the Wnt/-catenin/tCF4 axis. XtSJF also inhibits AKt activity and subsequently activates glycogen synthesis kinase-3β expression, inhibiting Wnt/beta-catenin pathway activity and downstream target gene transcript expression. the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is inhibited by the XtSJF, leading to the suppression of colon cancer stem cell proliferation. Conclusion: Xiaotan Sanjie Prescription inhibited colon cancer stem cell growth through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.

Understanding the topography in active tectonic areas and assessing the rates and models of active deformation in the upper crust are primary objectives in tectonic geomorphology studies. the drainage pattern of river systems is highly sensitive to tectonically induced changes, and it often preserves the records of the formation and progression of most tectono-geomorphic processes within its boundaries. therefore, the evolution of landforms is a consequence of the evolution of individual drainage basins in which they are formed. Assessing the rates of tectonic deformation using geomorphic data is a traditionally adopted method to characterize the nature of active faults. Globally, the Digital Elevation Model(DEM) is widely used as a crucial tool to analyze the morphotectonic features of drainage basins. In this study, some geomorphic indices were applied to investigate the impact of tectonism on landscape along the Karahay?t Fault and its associated drainage areas. these geomorphic indices are mountain front sinuosity(Smf values between 1.17-1.52), valley floor width-to-height ratio(vf values between 0.25-1.46), basin asymmetry factor(AF values between 15-72), drainage basin shape(Bs values between 3.18-6.01), hypsometric integral and curve(HI values between 0.32-047), channel sinuosity(S values between 1-1.6), normalized steepness index(Ksn values between 1-390) and Chi integral(χ values between 200-4400). the development of drainage areas on the hanging wall and footwall block of the Karahayit Fault differs depending on the uplift. the drainage areas developed on the hanging wall present different patterns depending on the regional uplift caused by the fault. this reveals that the fault contributed significantly to the development of drainage areas and regional uplift in the region. In addition, the maximum earthquake magnitude that may occur in the future on the Karahayit Fault, whose activity is supported by geomorphic indices, is calculated as 6.23. Since an ea
