This research examines the mediating roles of loneliness at work and burnout in the relationship between career adaptability,organizational commitment,andjob satisfaction among *** analysis was conducted with 256 *** were collected with the Organizational Commitment Scale,CareerAdaptabilities Scale,Loneliness at Work Scale,Burnout Measure,and Job Satisfaction *** were analyzed with a two-stage structural equationmodeling *** to the research findings,it has been proven that the mediatory effects of loneliness at work and burnout are significant in therelationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

In this study, exergy dynamic and advanced exergy analyses are applied to theturbojet engine to assess its mexogenous, endogenous, exogenous, avoidable and unavoidableexergies under the environment conditions of 15 C temperature and 1 bar pressure. Themaximum exergy point in the turbojet engine is found for the combustor in which C11H23(Jet-A1) fuel is combusted with air, while the minimum one is determined for the aircompressor head where the free air enters. The combustion chamber has the maximum fuel,product and irreversibility rates and the air compressor has the minimum fuel and product ex-ergy values, while the minimum irreversibility is found for the turbine. Maximum improvementpotential rate is found for the combustion chamber (5141.27 kW), while minimum rate is deter-mined for the turbine of system (6.95 kW). Also, the turbine component has the highest exergyefficiency (97.20%) due to its expansion process, while combustion chamber component hasthe lowest exergy efficiency (55.39%) due to low efficient combustion process of the ***, the mexogenous exergy destructions from maximum to minimum are found for the combustion chamber, air compressor and gas turbine units, respectively. Considering exergydynamic analysis, the mexogenous exergy destruction rates of the combustion chamber, aircompressor and gas turbine are found as 184.4 kW, 103.97 kW and 9.99 kW, *** all results, the combustion chamber is the primer component to be handled for bet-ter efficiency and improvement.

In this study,heat-denatured and alcalase-hydrolyzed whey and soy protein films/coatings containing marjoram essential oil(MEO)and thyme extract(TE)were investigated comparatively in terms of physicochemical and functional ***-denaturated high protein solutions produced self-standing,smooth,transparent and viscoelastic films in the presence of *** hydrolysis provided transparency,elasticity and extensibility to the films of low protein *** addition of MEO and TE triggered hardness and brittleness especially in hydrolyzed high protein films and remarkably changed film color,thickness and viscosity possibly affecting surface adherence of *** denatured films exhibited higher water vapor permeability(WVP)than alcalase-hydrolyzed *** lowest hardness was obtained in hydrolyzed low protein films with considerable *** protein solutions coated to cheese provided better protection against moisture loss and MEO added films caused elevated hardening of *** and TE incorporated in film matrices were seemed to suppress mycelial growth and sporulation of Aspergillus *** study presented valuable new findings on functional protein films produced by enzymatic hydrolysis as an alternative to heat treatment.

Time-frequency methods are effective tools in identifying the frequency content of a signal and revealing its timevariant *** paper presents the use of instantaneous features(i.e.,instantaneous energy and signal phase)of acoustic emission(AE)in the detection of thermal damage to the workpiece in *** low-order frequency moments of a scalogram are used to obtain both the instantaneous energy and the mean frequency at which the signal phase is *** grinding process is monitored using AE for a variety of operating conditions,including regular grinding,grinding at higher cutting speed and larger feed,and small dressing depth of *** instantaneous features extracted by the scalogram are compared with the results obtained by the empirical mode *** has been found that both the instantaneous energy and phase deviation indicate the presence of burn damage and serve as robust and reliable indicators,providing a basis for detecting the grinding burn.

We investigate the optical characteristic,transverse magnetic（TM） and transverse electric（TE） band of twodimensional（2 D） square lattice photonic crystal structure,which is composed of cylindrical air regions positioned at the corners of the square shaped dielectric *** obtain the wide photonic bandwidths between TM1–TM2 and TM3–TM4 *** to the results,we demonstrate the band gaps close to each other in the TM and TE frequencies for proposed *** resulting photonic gaps are formed to be about 8% at the higher frequencies of TE modes（TE4–TE5）and TM modes（TM7–TM8 and TM9–TM10）.In addition,we examine isotropically generated structures for light guiding properties and observe that the light is directed in a particular route without using any *** also investigate the self-collimation effect with the designed *** obtained results reveal the influences of the radius of cylindrical air holes and the angle between these air holes on absolute and partial photonic band ***,we observe the TM and TE band gaps that *** is thought that the obtained band overlap will provide an easy way to produce the photonic crystals in practical applications like photonic insensitive *** is also believed that these results can provide the photonic crystal structures to work as a beam deflecting and beam router in integrated optical circuit applications.

In this study, as the domain of four dimensional Euler mean $E\left( {r,s} \right)$ of orders r,s in the space $\mathcal{{L}_p}$ for $0 < p < 1$, we examine the double sequence space $\mathcal{E}_p^{r,s}$ and some properties of four dimensional Euler mean. We determine the $\alpha $-and $\beta \left( {bp} \right)$-duals of the space $\mathcal{E}_p^{r,s}$, and characterize the classes $\left( {\mathcal{E}_p^{r,s}:{\mathcal{M}_u}} \right)$, $\left( {\mathcal{E}_p^{r,s}:{\mathcal{C}_{bp}}} \right)$ and $\left( {\mathcal{E}_p^{r,s}:{\mathcal{L}_q}} \right)$ of four dimensional matrix transformations, where $1 \le q \le \infty $. Finally, we shortly emphasize on the Euler spaces of single and double sequences, and note some further suggestions.

Many industrial processes may quickly proceed with biotechnological and enzymatic *** and production facilitator properties of enzymes have provided variable advantages for ***,enzyme utilization has become inevitable for industry and supplied financial advantages in case of the high energy requirement *** the study,the amylase enzymes were isolated from thermal spring sources,and the effect on bread quality was ***,fungal amylases were isolated from thermal spring sources(29-98◦C)in various places around *** determining the functional properties of amylase enzymes,the most active enzyme was used in bread production to examine their effect on bread *** maximum alpha-amylase activity(38.6 U/mg)has been detected in Aspergillus niger G 2-1 *** compared with the commercially available one,native alpha-amylase increased the bread volume.A significant difference(p<0.01)was found in the color properties and size of the bread between microbial produced in this study and commercially produced *** ppm alpha-amylase addition showed the optimum bread properties for dough processing.
