Background:Compound cortex phellodendri liquid(CPL)is a kind of classical compound preparation,which has potential curative effect in treating inflammatory *** evidences support that inflammation plays important roles in the pathogenesis of myeloproliferative neoplasms(MPN).This study aims to preliminarily clarify the therapeutic potential and molecular mechanisms of CPL for MPN based on network pharmacology and molecular docking ***:The active components and corresponding action targets of CPL were searched by Traditional Chinese Medicine systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),while MPN-related targets were searched through GeneCards,DisGeNET,OMIM,DrugBank and TTD databases ***-Protein Interaction(PPI)Networks of potential targets were constructed using STRING 11.5 and analyzed visually with Cytoscape *** addition,Metascape platform was used for GO and KEGG analysis that were subsequently visualized with Cytoscape 3.9.1 built-in plug-ins CluoGO or SangerBox ***,Autodock Vina was used for molecular docking of potential targets and main active ingredients,which were visualized with Pymol ***,we used in vitro mouse primary cells culture system to evaluate the effect of CPL on the erythroid and megakaryocytes differentiation that are excessively driven in MPN ***:The active components of CPL in the treatment of MPN are mainly *** core proteins of CPL for MPN intervention are correlated to TP53,AKT1,JUN,CASP3,EGFR,TNF,MYC,*** signaling pathways were closely related to the treatment of MPN intervened by CPL,including PI3K-Akt signaling,TNF-αsignaling,JAK-STAT signaling and NF-κB signaling *** potential targets had good conformation with the core active ingredients of *** line with above findings,we demonstrated that CPL significantly inhibits the proliferation of differentiation of erythrocytes and megakaryocytes in

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collab.ration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

In recent years,with the development of artificial intelligence,especially deep learning technology,researches on automatic detection of cerebrovascular diseases on medical images have made tremendous progress and these models are gradually entering into clinical ***,because of the complexity and flexibility of the deep learning algorithms,these researches have great variability on model building,validation process,performance description and results *** lack of a reliable,consistent,standardized design protocol has,to a certain extent,affected the progress of clinical translation and technology development of computer aided detection *** reviewing a large number of literatures and extensive discussion with domestic experts,this position paper put forward recommendations of standardized design on the key steps of deep learning-based automatic image detection models for cerebrovascular *** further research and application expansion,this position paper would continue to be updated and gradually extended to evaluate the generalizability and clinical application efficacy of such tools.
