Potassium ions （K+） doped graphitic carbon nitride （g-C3N4） was prepared by a thermal etching method using potassium hydroxide （KOH） as an ion *** transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）results showed that the generation of the cyano group was detected while introducing K+.Under simulated sunlight irradiation,the sample with a K+doping amount of 10%showed the highest hydrogen peroxide （H2O2） generation rate of2,140.2μmol *** apparent quantum yield （AQY） at 400 nm and the solar-to-chemical conversion （SCC） are 4.35%and1.23%,respectively.K+acted as a bridge between g-C3N4layers,which enhanced charge transfer ***,the cyano group enhanced the adsorption capacity of protons （H+） and promoted the yield of *** catalyst exhibited excellent photocatalytic stability based on four-cycle *** addition,a mechanism study showed that superoxide radicals （·O2-）were the most important active species in the reaction *** production of H2O2was achieved through consecutive single-electron *** study deepens the understanding of the oxygen reduction reaction process and opens up a new venue for improving H2O2generation.

Network pruning has a significant role in reducing network parameters and accelerating the inference time of the network. Some existing methods prune the network based on the frequency of the data, and finally obtain a sub-network with high accuracy. However, according to our experimental analysis, different frequencies of information in the data contribute differently to the accuracy of the model, and using this information directly for pruning without making a selection will lead to incorrect results. We believe that pruning should retain the convolutional kernels in the network that process important information, while those kernels that process unimportant information should be removed. In this paper, we first investigate the meaning of each frequency band information in the spectrum and their contribution to the prediction accuracy of the network,and according to these results, we propose a new pruning method based on frequency response(PFR). Our PFR finds and removes the convolutional kernels in the network that specialize in processing unimportant information, resulting in a compact neural network model. PFR obtains significant experimental results on different datasets, for example, a 56.0% raduction of float points operations(FLOPs) on Res Net-50 and only 0.37% of Top-1 accuracy degradation on the Image Net dataset.

Endoplasmic reticulum(ER) viscosity has emerged as a new potential biomarker for hepatic fibrosis(HF). Herein, we report the first ER-targeting viscosity-responsive near-infrared(NIR) fluorescent probe HBT-PP for investigations of HF *** twisted intramolecular charge transfer(TICT) and the excited state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT) are combined to endow HBT-PP with the selective response towards viscosity(～62-fold) and a super large stokes shift(～320 nm). HBT-PP mainly targets organelle ER and is able to image the drug-or alcohol-induced viscosity elevation in living cells. Significantly,HBT-PP was successfully applied to visualize the gender difference in HF and the protective role of estrogen in restraining HF progression. Of note, after 10 min of stain with HBT-PP, HF lesions showed a stage-based response, indicating the potential of this probe in fast and early diagnosis of HF. These results clearly demonstrated the promising application of HBT-PP as a new tool for exploring ER viscosity-involved physiological and pathological processes.

The growth of dendrites and the side reactions occurring at the Zn anode pose significant challenges to the commercialization of aqueous Zn-ion batteries（AZIBs）. These challenges arise from the inherent conflict between mass transfer and electrochemical kinetics. In this study, we propose the use of a multifunctional electrolyte additive based on the xylose（Xylo） molecule to address these issues by modulating the solvation structure and electrode/electrolyte interface, thereby stabilizing the Zn anode. The introduction of the additive alters the solvation structure, creating steric hindrance that impedes charge transfer and then reduces electrochemical kinetics. Furthermore, in-situ analyses demonstrate that the reconstructed electrode/electrolyte interface facilitates stable and rapid Zn2+ion migration and suppresses corrosion and hydrogen evolution reactions. As a result, symmetric cells incorporating the Xylo additive exhibit significantly enhanced reversibility during the Zn plating/stripping process, with an impressively long lifespan of up to 1986 h, compared to cells using pure ZnSO4electrolyte. When combined with a polyaniline cathode, the full cells demonstrate improved capacity and long-term cyclic stability. This work offers an effective direction for improving the stability of Zn anode via electrolyte design, as well as highperformance AZIBs.

The seemingly useless reeds are prepared as thermal insulation materials,which not only meet the requirements of environmental sustainability but also enhance the added value of reeds,creating new economic *** hydrophobicity of raw biomass surfaces leads to problems such as weak bonding strength and non-dense structure in the formed materials,as well as issues related to the residual insect infestations on the *** this study,reed straw was used as the raw material,and foamed geopolymer was used as the binder to prepare building insulation materials based *** improve the interfacial adhesion performance between reed straw and foamed geopolymer,a thermochemical modification method-thermal carbonization,was *** this study,the mechanical properties and hydraulic properties of the studied materials with different degrees of surface thermal modification were tested,especially the fire resistance performance,and weathering resistance performance rarely found in published *** the surface thermal modification condition of reed straw was 250℃（30 min）,the comprehensive performance of reed-based building insulation materials was the best,when the studied material density was 321.3 kg/m3;the compressive strength was 0.59 MPa;the thermal conductivity was 0.101 W/（m·K）;the pH was 11.27;the moisture absorption rate was 25.1%,and the compressive strength loss rate in wet-dry cycles was 18.5%.In addition,it had excellent fire resistance performance and weathering resistance *** new material can be widely used to improve the thermal insulation of traditional buildings and as sandwich filler in prefabricated buildings,such as preparing insulating walls.

The N-terminal EF-hand calcium-binding proteins 1–3(NECAB1–3) constitute a family of predominantly neuronal proteins characterized by the presence of at least one EF-hand calcium-binding domain and a functionally less well characterized C-terminal antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. All three family members were initially discovered due to their interactions with other proteins. NECAB1 associates with synaptotagmin-1, a critical neuronal protein involved in membrane trafficking and synaptic vesicle exocytosis. NECAB2 interacts with predominantly striatal G-protein-coupled receptors, while NECAB3 partners with amyloid-β A4 precursor protein-binding family A members 2 and 3, key regulators of amyloid-β production. This demonstrates the capacity of the family for interactions with various classes of proteins. NECAB proteins exhibit distinct subcellular localizations: NECAB1 is found in the nucleus and cytosol, NECAB2 resides in endosomes and the plasma membrane, and NECAB3 is present in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. The antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain, an evolutionarily ancient component, is akin to atypical heme oxygenases in prokaryotes but is not wellcharacterized in vertebrates. Prokaryotic antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domains typically form dimers, suggesting that calcium-mediated conformational changes in NECAB proteins may induce antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain dimerization, potentially activating some enzymatic properties. However, the substrate for this enzymatic activity remains uncertain. Alternatively, calcium-mediated conformational changes might influence protein interactions or the subcellular localization of NECAB proteins by controlling the availability of protein–protein interaction domains situated between the EF hands and the antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. Practical approach for detecting k-nonseparability of multipartite quantum states

The instantaneous detection of entanglement in quantum states poses a significant challenge in the fields of quantum computation and quantum information, and there are no practical methods or tools to complete this task satisfactorily so far. We propose a sufficient and necessary criterion of k-nonseparability for any n-partite finite or infinite dimensional systems, 2 ≤ k ≤ n. This criterion serves as the foundation for a practical scheme designed to detect entanglement and k-nonseparability across multipartite finite-dimensional systems. To exemplify the application of our scheme, we have developed a software tool that facilitates swift and precise identification of entanglement, k-nonseparability, and genuine entanglement within n-qubit systems, specifically tailored for systems with 2 ≤ n ≤ 4.
