Metaheuristic approaches in cloud computing have shown significant results due to theirmulti-objective *** approaches are now considering hybridmetaheuristics combining the relative optimized benefits of two or more algorithms resulting in the least tradeoffs among several *** critical factors such as execution time,throughput time,response time,energy consumption,SLA violations,communication overhead,makespan,and migration time need careful attention while designing such dynamic *** improve such factors,an optimizedmulti-objective hybrid algorithm is being proposed that combines the relative advantages of Cat Swarm Optimization(CSO)with machine learning classifiers such as Support Vector Machine(SVM).The adopted approach is based on SVMone to many classification models of machine learning that performs the classifications of various data format types in the cloud with best *** CSO,grouping phase is used to divide the data files as audio,video,image,and text which is further extended by polynomial Kernel function based on various input features and used for optimized load ***,proposed approach works well and achieved performance efficiency in evaluated QoS metrics such as average energy consumption by 12%,migration time by 9%,and optimization time by 10%,in the presence of competitor baselines.

The present study was aimed to assess the growing stock of Timergara forest subdivision which was a part of Dir lower forest division (Pakistan). The study area was divided into two different climatic zones (i.e. sub-tropical sub humid and sub-humid temperate zones) on the basis of altitudinal considerations. A total of 43 sample plots are taken in the forest area of 8480 hectare with random sampling technique representing 0.5% of the total forest area. Each sample plot size was of one hectare. In each 100 × 100 m (1 ha plot), number of trees, diameter, age, height, increment, form factor and volume were measured. An interrelation between the diameter (independent variable) and all the other dependent variables (volume, increment and height) were found. At the end, volume tables were made which suited the local conditions as the ones used before were not suited to the local conditions.

The biopesticide was prepared from locally available low cost ingredients: dried beef blood, molasses and mineral salts (ZnCl2, MgCl2, MnCl2, CaCl2CaCl2, and FeCl3) which were used as medium for the laboratory scale production of Bacillus thuringiensis (B.t.) bio-pesticide by shake flask technique. Indigenous B.t. isolate PA-Sb- 46.3 which produced two crystals—bi-pyramidal and cuboidal was found 73.6 times toxic against H. armigera than reference strain Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki (HD-I-S-1980) used. Medium was fermented for 72 hours at 30℃ ± 2℃ and 160 rpm. 72 h fermented medium showed 95% - 99% sprulation, with spore yield of 3.97 × 109 spores/ml, and LC50 value to 1st instar larvae of H. armigera was 0.53 μg/ml diet. Preservatives and diluents used in the biopesticide were found to be effective to store at room temperature over a period of 30 months. These observations suggested that the biopesticide produced was effective and highly economical for the industrial scale production to manage H. armigera in Pakistan.

Pakistan is rich in coal resources,which amount to around 186 billion *** Paleocene Padhrar and Darra Adam Khel coalfields are located in the Central Salt Range Punjab Province and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province,Pakistan,*** coal has not been studied in detail and the Darra Adam Khel coalfields are newlydiscovered,so no research has been done,due to security *** this study,an attempt has been made to study the geochemical and mineralogical characteristics of the Padhrar and Darra Adam Khel coals,in order to learn about the coal quality,element enrichment mechanism,sedimentary medium conditions and potentially valuable elements for coal *** Padhrar and Darra Adam Khel coals are low to medium ash,low moisture content,high in volatiles and high total sulfur *** vitrinite reflectance in Darra Adam Khel coal is higher than in Padhrar coal,indicating either a greater burial depth or the effects of Himalayan *** vitrinite content is dominant in the Padhrar and Darra Adam Khel coals,followed by inertinite and liptinite,the major minerals including quartz,clay minerals,calcite and *** trace elements Ni,As,Be Zn,Ge,Mo,Ta,W,Co and Nb,Sn,Hf,Ta,Pb,Th,Cd,In,Be,V,Cr,Zr,Ag,Li,W and Co are concentrated in some of the Padhrar and Darra Adam Khel coal samples,*** Padhrar coal shows positive Ce,Eu and Gd anomalies,with most of the Darra Adam Khel coal showing negative Ce,Eu and positive Gd anomalies with high *** Al2O3/TiO2 values indicate that the sediment source of the Padhrar and Darra Adam Khel coals is mostly related to intermediate igneous *** Sr/Ba,SiO2+Al2O3,Fe2O3+CaO+MgO/SiO2+Al2O3 and high sulfur content in the Padhrar and Darra Adam Khel coals indicate epithermal and marine water influence with a tidal flat,coal-forming environment and a deltaic coal-forming environment,respectively.

Piwi-interacting Ribonucleic acids(piRNAs)molecule is a wellknown subclass of small non-codingRNAmolecules that are mainly responsible for maintaining genome integrity,regulating gene expression,and germline stem cell maintenance by suppressing transposon *** piRNAs molecule can be used for the diagnosis of multiple tumor types and drug *** to the vital roles of the piRNA in computational biology,the identification of piRNAs has become an important area of research in computational *** paper proposes a two-layer predictor to improve the prediction of piRNAs and their function using deep learning *** proposed model applies various feature extraction methods to consider both structure information and physicochemical properties of the biological sequences during the feature extraction *** outcome of the proposed model is extensively evaluated using the k-fold cross-validation *** evaluation result shows that the proposed predictor performed better than the existing models with accuracy improvement of 7.59%and 2.81%at layer I and layer II *** is anticipated that the proposed model could be a beneficial tool for cancer diagnosis and precision medicine.

Heat stress,which is caused by global warming,threatens crops yield and quality across the *** a kind of post-translation modification,SUMOylation involves in plants heat stress response with a rapid and wide ***,we identified small ubiquitin modifiers(SUMO),which affect drought tolerance in apple,also participated in *** isoforms of SUMOs located on six chromosomes in apple genome,and all the SUMOs were up-regulated in response to heat stress *** MdSUMO2 RNAi transgenic apple plants exhibited higher survival rate,lower ion leakage,higher catalase(CAT)activity,and Malondialdehyde(MDA)content under heat ***2A,the substrate of MdSUMO2 in apple,was accumulated in MdSUMO2 RNAi transgenic plants than the wild type GL-3 at the protein level in response to heat stress ***,the inhibited SUMOylation level of MdDREB2A in MdSUMO2 RNAi plants might repress its ubiquitination,*** accumulated MdDREB2A in MdSUMO2 RNAi plants further induced heat-responsive genes expression to strengthen plants thermotolerance,including MdHSFA3,MdHSP26.5,MdHSP18.2,MdHSP70,MdCYP18-1 and *** summary,these findings illustrate that interfering small ubiquitin modifiers(SUMO)in apple improves plants thermotolerance,partly by facilitating the stability and activity of MdDREB2A.

The rice cultivars carrying dep1(dense and erect panicle 1)have the potential to achieve both high grain yield and high nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).However,few studies have focused on the agronomic and physiological performance of those cultivars associated with high yield and high NUE under field ***,we evaluated the yield performance and NUE of two near-isogenic lines(NILs)carrying DEP1(NIL-DEP1)and dep1-1(NIL-dep1)genes under the Nanjing 6 background at 0 and 120 kg N ha^(–1).Grain yield and NUE for grain production(NUEg)were 25.5 and 21.9%higher in NIL-dep1 compared to NIL-DEP1 averaged across N treatments and planting years,*** yield advantage of NIL-dep1 over NIL-DEP1 was mainly due to larger sink size(i.e.,higher total spikelet number),grainfilling percentage,total dry matter production,and harvest index.N utilization rather than N uptake contributed to the high yield of *** higher NUEg in NIL-dep1 was associated with higher N and dry matter translocation efficiency,lower leaf and stem N concentration at maturity,and higher glutamine synthetase(GS)activity in *** conclusion,dep1 improved grain yield and NUE by increasing N and dry matter transport due to higher leaf GS activity under field conditions during the grain-filling period.

Effective Video Summarization Approach Based on Visual Attention

Video summarization is applied to reduce redundancy and developa concise representation of key frames in the video, more recently, video summaries have been used through visual attention modeling. In these schemes,the frames that stand out visually are extracted as key frames based on humanattention modeling theories. The schemes for modeling visual attention haveproven to be effective for video summaries. Nevertheless, the high cost ofcomputing in such techniques restricts their usability in everyday *** this context, we propose a method based on KFE (key frame extraction)technique, which is recommended based on an efficient and accurate visualattention model. The calculation effort is minimized by utilizing dynamicvisual highlighting based on the temporal gradient instead of the traditionaloptical flow techniques. In addition, an efficient technique using a discretecosine transformation is utilized for the static visual salience. The dynamic andstatic visual attention metrics are merged by means of a non-linear weightedfusion technique. Results of the system are compared with some existing stateof-the-art techniques for the betterment of accuracy. The experimental resultsof our proposed model indicate the efficiency and high standard in terms ofthe key frames extraction as output.
