FK506(Tacrolimus)is a systemic immunosuppressant approved by the *** and Drug ***506 has been shown to promote peripheral nerve regeneration,however,its precise mechanism of action and its pathways remain *** this study,we established a rat model of sciatic nerve injury and found that FK506 improved the morphology of the injured sciatic nerve,increased the numbers of motor and sensory neurons,reduced inflammatory responses,markedly improved the conduction function of the injured nerve,and promoted motor function *** findings suggest that FK506 promotes peripheral nerve structure recovery and functional regeneration by reducing the intensity of inflammation after neuronal injury and increasing the number of surviving neurons.

Communication in society had developed within cultural and geographical boundaries prior to the invention of digital *** latest advancements in communication technology have significantly surpassed the conventional constraints for communication with regards to time and *** new platforms have ushered in a new age of user-generated content,online chats,social network and comprehensive data on individual ***,the abuse of communication software such as social media websites,online communities,and chats has resulted in a new kind of online hostility and aggressive *** to widespread use of the social networking platforms and technological gadgets,conventional bullying has migrated from physical form to online,where it is termed as ***,recently the digital technologies as machine learning and deep learning have been showing their efficiency in identifying linguistic patterns used by cyberbullies and cyberbullying detection *** this research paper,we aimed to evaluate shallow machine learning and deep learning methods in cyberbullying detection *** deployed three deep and six shallow learning algorithms for cyberbullying detection *** results show that bidirectional long-short-term memory is the most efficient method for cyberbullying detection,in terms of accuracy and recall.

Timely detection and elimination of damage in areas with excessive vehicle loading can reduce the risk of road ***,various methods of photo and video surveillance are used to monitor the condition of the road *** manual approach to evaluation and analysis of the received data can take a protracted period of ***,it is necessary to improve the procedures for inspection and assessment of the condition of control objects with the help of computer vision and deep learning *** this paper,we propose a model based on Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Network(Mask R-CNN)architecture for identifying defects of the road surface in the real-time *** shows the process of collecting and the features of the training samples and the deep neural network(DNN)training process,taking into account the specifics of the problems *** the software implementation of the proposed architecture,the Python programming language and the TensorFlow framework were *** use of the proposed model is effective even in conditions of a limited amount of source *** as a result of experiments,a high degree of repeatability of the results was *** to the metrics,Mask R-CNN gave the high detection and segmentation results showing 0.9214,0.9876,0.9571 precision,recall,and F1-score respectively in road damage detection,and Intersection over Union(IoU)-0.3488 and Dice similarity coefficient-0.7381 in segmentation of road damages.

Photodynamic therapy （PDT） is a minimally invasive and promising new method in cancer treatment. Cytotoxic reactive oxygen species （ROs） are generated by the tissueqocalized non-toxic sensitizer upon illumination and in the presence of oxygen. Thus, selective destruction of a targeted tumor may be achieved. Compared with traditional cancer treatment, PDI has advantages including higher selectivity and lower rate of toxicity. The high degree of selectivity of the proposed method was applied to cancer diagnosis using fluorescence. This article reviews previous studies done on PDT treatment and photodetection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia, ovarian and breast cancer, and PDT application in treating non-cancer lesions. The article also highlights the clinical responses to PDT, and discusses the possibility of enhancing treatment efficacy by combination with immunotherapy and targeted therapy.

This work recommends methods of construction of equations of motion of mechanical systems in matrix form. The use of a matrix form allows one to write an equation of dynamics in compact form, convenient for the in vestigation of multidimensional mechanical systems with the help of computers. Use is made of different methods of constructing equations of motion, based on the basic laws of dynamics as well as on the principles of D Alambert-Le range, Hamilton-Ostrogradski and Gauss.

To explore AC-DBD's ability in controlling dynamic stall,a practical sC-1095 airfoil of a helicopter was selected,and systematic wind tunnel experiments were carried out through direct aerodynamic *** effectiveness of dynamic stall control under steady and unsteady actuation is *** influence of parameters such as constant actuation voltage,pulsed actuation voltage,pulsed actuation frequency and duty ratio on dynamic stall control effect is studied under the flow condition of k=0.15 above the airfoil,and the corresponding control mechanism is *** actuation can effectively reduce the hysteresis loop area of dynamic lift,and control the peak drag and moment *** unsteady actuation,there is an optimal duty ratio DC=50%,which has the best effect in improving the lift and drag characteristics,and there is a threshold of pulsed actuation voltage in dynamic stall *** optimal dimensionless frequency will not be found;different F+have different control advantages in different aerodynamic coefficients of different pitching *** actuation has obvious control advantages in improving the lift-drag characteristics and hysteresis,while steady actuation can better control the large nose-down moment.

Highly thermally conductive graphitic film(GF)materials have become a competitive solution for the thermal management of high-power electronic ***,their catastrophic structural failure under extreme alternating thermal/cold shock poses a significant challenge to reliability and ***,we present the first investigation into the structural failure mechanism of GF during cyclic liquid nitrogen shocks(LNs),which reveals a bubbling process characterized by“permeation-diffusion-deformation”*** overcome this long-standing structural weakness,a novel metal-nanoarmor strategy is proposed to construct a Cu-modified graphitic film(GF@Cu)with seamless *** well-designed interface ensures superior structural stability for GF@Cu after hundreds of LNs cycles from 77 to 300 ***,GF@Cu maintains high thermal conductivity up to 1088 W m^(−1)K^(−1)with degradation of less than 5%even after 150 LNs cycles,superior to that of pure GF(50%degradation).Our work not only offers an opportunity to improve the robustness of graphitic films by the rational structural design but also facilitates the applications of thermally conductive carbon-based materials for future extreme thermal management in complex aerospace electronics.

BACKGROUND Porokeratosis is a rare,acquired,or inherited disorder of *** are numerous clinical types of porokeratosis and they can coexist in one patient and multiple members of an affected ***,coexistence of disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis(DsAP)and porokeratosis ptychotropica(Ppt)is *** sUMMARY A 45-year-old man presented with long-standing skin *** examination identified numerous small,brown 2-mm to 4-mm patches on his face and several hyperkeratotic,verrucous plaques on his trunk and *** father and one of his brothers also had similar lesions for *** biopsies indicated a cornoid lamella in the *** identified c.155G>A mutation in the mevalonate kinase(MVK)gene,which converted a serine residue to asparagine(***52Asn)and was causative for porokeratosis in this family.A clinicopathologic diagnosis of DsAP and Ppt with a novel MVK gene mutation was *** hyperkeratotic plaques on the patient’s scrotum were completely removed more than 10 times using a microwave *** An unusual case of DsAP coexisting with Ppt harbored a novel MVK gene mutation also present in the patient’s family.

A new neutral ternary samarium complex sm（Phen）HL3 in which Phen is 1,10-phenanthroline and HL is （1,3-bis（1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl）-1,3-propanedione） was synthesized. Molecular structure of this complex was determined by X-ray diffraction. Under UV-light this complex is demonstrated bright red luminescence （λmax=647 nm）, which was corresponding to the electric dipole 4G5/2→6H9/2 transition in sm3＋ ion. UV-absorption, excitation and emission spectra of the title compound were investigated.
