Global energy demand,which is largely based on fossil fuels,is expected to increase *** effort must be made to mitigate carbon emissions and climate change to ensure sustainable and clean *** recent years,the increasing share of renewable energy and energy-storage systems,the development of electric vehicles(EVs),promotion of energy efficiency and demand-side management(DSM)have become today’s solution *** microgrid(MG),which involves the interconnection of several generation and storage units capable of operating locally with or without connection to the power grid,is also a very useful emerging *** study allowed the experimental operation and performance analysis of a grid-connected photovoltaic(PV)/battery/EV MG hybrid system,which was used for maximizing PV self-consumption and DSM *** entire MG consisting of two subsystems(polycrystalline PV array of 2.16 kWp for Subsystem 1,monocrystalline PV system of 2.4 kWp for Subsystem 2,EV with lithium-ion battery capacity of 6.1 kWh)was installed under outdoor conditions at the university Institute of Technology in Mulhouse,France in August *** operation and behaviour of the system components,including the inverter,batteries and power grid,were analysed in both scenarios with and without EV *** results shows that the total cumulative energy injected into the grid during the entire system operating cycle is estimated to be 3466.82 and 5836.58 kWh for Subsystems 1 and 2,respect*** addition,the energy produced by Subsystem 2 during its lifetime and the emissions emitted are respectively estimated at 5597.65 kWh and 4.17 *** other results in terms of PV output power,energy yield,feed-in power and self-consumed energy were quantified and analysed in detail.

The structural, electronic, optical, and elastic properties of Cu_2MgSnS_4 in four crystalline phases（wurtzite-stannite（WS）, stannite（ST）, kesterite（KS）, and primitive-mixed Cu Au（PMCA）） are investigated using density functional theory（DFT） in the framework of the full potential linearized augmented plane wave plus local-orbitals（FP-LAPW＋lo） method within the generalized gradient approximation based on the Perdew 2008 functional（GGA-PBEsol）. For each phase, the structural parameters, bulk modulus, and its pressure derivative are calculated. The relative stability of these phases is also discussed. In addition, the elastic constants have been calculated in order to investigate the mechanical stability of all phases. Moreover, the anisotropy factor, shear modulus, Young＇s modulus, Lame＇s coefficient, and Poisson＇s ratio have been estimated from the calculated single crystalline elastic constants. For the band structure, the density of states and optical properties of the exchange and correlation effects are treated by the Tran-Blaha modified Becke-Johnson potential to give a better description of the band-gap energies and optical spectra. The obtained results are compared with available experimental data and to other theoretical calculations.

In a complex environment resulted from the economic and technological changes, and the emergence of the uncertainty cases, the entrepreneurial thought knows a development in the determinants of entrepreneurial spirit, that has become a mechanism and a dynamic of the competitivety of international economies, starting by the construction of investment projects whether individual or collective, which are based on innovation and the use of technology as factors that have the ability to give business competitiveness and increase its economic efficiency, also that is through the creation of job opportunities and reaching the economic development. This research aims to study the effect of the religious dimension and the dimensions of entrepreneurial behavior on the entrepreneurial intention among youth who are interested in realizing entrepreneurial projects. The partial least squares approach (PLS) has been used in this study and it results that the religious dimension influences positively the entrepreneurial intention.

Objective: To assess cadmium sulfate(CdSO_4) and zinc chloride(ZnCl_2) antagonist effects on the prostate specific antigen and prostatic cell organization in ***: The study included 40 adult male rats, divided into four groups: Group 1(CdSO_4), Group 2(ZnCl_2), Group 3(CdSO_4-ZnCl_2) and Group 4(control). Animals were treated withCdSO_4 and ZnCl_2 at the same dose(15 mg/L) during 30 ***: It was showed a higher body weight and a lowering serum-prostate specific antigen concentration [(1.8 ± 0.6) ng/m L] in animals treated withCdSO_***_4 induced a cyto-nuclear atypia, proliferative lesions, hyperplasia and precancerous foci in prostate tissue. The steppe in the region of Ain Skhouna (Department of saida) includes three major vegetation types: Stipa tenacissima, Artemisia herba alba and Lygeum spartum. They have a very important ecological and socio-economic role. Nevertheless, they are exposed to a threat of deterioration due essentially to a combination of adverse climate circumstances and human impact. In the field, we found three physiognomic stages for each type of vegetation: degraded, moderately degraded and well growing. For a better comprehension of the process of each facies, we considered that the dynamic of the above-ground biomass is an interesting indicator for quantifying the degree of degradation of the steppic ecosystems. For that, we have adopted a combined method: linear transects and vegetation harvests over a one-square meter surface. This approach allowed us to identify the chosen site taxa on the one hand and quantify the above-ground biomass of each plot on the other hand. The obtained results reveal a significant regression of the above-ground biomass when moving from one site to another. The values about the Stipa formations present an average biomass oscillating between 1024 and 271.7 kg DM/ha for perennial species and between 367 and 68.8 kg DM/ha for annuals. Those about Artemisia formations fluctuate between 3584 and 805 kg DM/ha for perennials and between 524 and 66 kg DM/ha for annuals. Those about Lygeum formations oscillate between 274.4 and 87.9 kg DM/ha for perennial species accompanying Lygeum spartum and between 162.3 and 31.6 kg DM/ha for annuals.

Safe Bounds in Semidefinite Programming by Using Interval Arithmetic

Efficient solvers for optimization problems are based on linear and semidefinite relaxations that use floating point arithmetic. However, due to the rounding errors, relaxation thus may overestimate, or worst, underestimate the very global optima. The purpose of this article is to introduce an efficient and safe procedure to rigorously bound the global optima of semidefinite program. This work shows how, using interval arithmetic, rigorous error bounds for the optimal value can be computed by carefully post processing the output of a semidefinite programming solver. A lower bound is computed on a semidefinite relaxation of the constraint system and the objective function. Numerical results are presented using the SDPA (SemiDefinite Programming Algorithm), solver to compute the solution of semidefinite programs. This rigorous bound is injected in a branch and bound algorithm to solve the optimisation problem.

Contribution of Chamaerops humilis L. (Arecaceae) in Conservation in Situ of Soil Resources in the Tlemcen Region (Western Algeria)

In recent years, the anthropic action on scrubs in the region of Tlemcen (a province in western Algeria) has represented a threat to the groups of Chamaerops humilis L. (Arecaceae). The main purpose of the present investigation is to highlight the relationship between Chamaerops humilis and its biotope. Taking advantage of the refurbishment works in the study area, clumps of Chamaerops humilis, freshly dug by machinery, were collected and used to conduct some measurements. A total of 34 clusters were considered. The main parameters to be studied are: 1. The height of the tangle of roots and the number of roots in each cluster;2. The weight of soil trapped between roots;3. Physico-chemical properties of soil in which taxa grow. The results obtained showed that the average weight of soil retained by the clumps was important (70.3 kg);the average height of the tangle was 68.4 cm and the average number of roots was 382. The tangle of roots, of various stocks of Chamaerops humilis, creates a root network, very tangled in its upper part, thereby trapping a significant amount of soil. The statistical analyses of pairs of parameters, considered in the present work (height of the tangle, mass of soil trapped by roots and number of roots), were found to be highly correlated. These analyses allowed identifying the relationships existing between the studied parameters. They also helped to deduce the role of the taxon in the in situ conservation of edaphic potential.
