Objective:To investigate the antioxidant,antimicrobial,antiplasmodial,acute toxicity and haemolytic activities of methanolic extracts of three *** analysis to determine the phenolic contents was also carried ***:The 2,2-diphenyl-1- picryl-hydrazyl（DPPH） free radical scavenging,NCCLS broth microdilution and Plasmodium Lactate dehydrogenase（pLDH） assays were used to determine antioxidant,antimicrobial and antiplasmodial activities,*** assay was conducted on A+ human red blood cells and acute toxicity on male Swiss albino *** were quantitatively determined using spectrophotometric ***:The DPPH assay yielded interesting antioxidant activities of methanolic extract of Parinari curatellifolia（***） and Entada africana （***）(IC50 were 0.20±0.01μg/mL and 0.47±0.01μg/mL,respectively).This activity was highly correlated with phenolic contents of *** antimicrobial tests displayed minimal inhibitory concentrations（MICs） values ranging from 0.90 to 1.80 mg/mL for Serratia marcescens （***） the most susceptible bacterial *** value was 1.20 mg/mL for susceptible fungal strains including Mucor rouxi（***）,Fusarium oxyporum（***） and Rhizopus nigricans（***）.pLDH assay showed moderate antiplasmodial activity of Balanites aegyptiaca（***）(IC50= 24.56±3.45μg/mL),however this extract was highly haemolytic and toxic in mice(LD50= 625±128mg/kg).Conclusions:Our results support in part the use of the selected plants in the treatment of microbial *** addition the plant showed interesting antioxidant activity that could be useful in the management of oxidative stress.

The chemical preparation, crystal structure and infrared spectroscopic characterization of the triaqua（4-amino-6-methoxypyrimidine） cuprate（II） sulfate, [Cu（C5H7N3）（H2O）3]SO4, is reported. The compound crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric orthorhombic space group P212121 with lattice parameters a = 7.9025（3）, b = 11.1189（4）, c = 12.9720（4） , V = 1139.81（7） ~3 and Z = 4. The Cu（II） cation is fivecoordinated, in an early half-way between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal fashion, by two nitrogen atoms of the 4-amino-6-methoxypyrimidine ligand and three water oxygen atoms. In the atomic arrangement, the organic ligands and the 5-connected Cu centers are linked with each other to give a 1-D corrugated hybrid chain running along the b-axis direction. The chains are interconnected by the SO4^（2-） anions via O–H...O, O–H...S, C–H...O and N–H...O hydrogen bonds to form layers spreading parallel to the（011） plane. The vibrational absorption bands were identified by infrared spectroscopy. Quantitative measurements of the second harmonic generation（SHG） of a powdered sample at 1064 nm were performed and a relative efficiency of 5.2 times the KDP standard was observed. Magnetic properties were also defined to characterize the complex. Magnetic measurements revealed that this material had a onedimensional antiferromagnetic character. The magnetic parameters were g = 2.11 and 2J/k B = -36 K.

New transition metal complex of Cobalt(III) of the ligand (E)-3-(1-(2-aminoethylimino)ethyl)-4-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one, derived from condensation of ethylene diamine with 3-acetyl-4-hydroxy-chromene-2-one have been synthesized by reaction of cobalt(III) salt and the ligand, in amounts equal to metal-ligand molar ratio of 1:2. Both the Schiff base and the complex of Co(III) were characterized by IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR- and 13C NMR-spectroscopy techniques. Single crystal X-ray diffraction investigation, at low temperature T = 120 K, shows that the cobalt complex is triclinic P-1, a = 10.426(5) ?, b = 11.3234(2) ?, c = 15.729(5) ?, α(°) = 70.102(4), β(°) = 86.049(4), γ(°) = 82.497(4), Z = 2, and its structure consists of isolated [Co(III)(C13H13N2O3)2]+ complex cations with distorted octahedral geometry, ClO-4 counter anions, acetone solvent and water molecules. The crystal cohesion is stabilized by hydrogen bonds between ligands and water molecules, and ionic interactions between complex cations and counter anions.

In this paper, a direct adaptive fuzzy tracking control is proposed for a class of uncertain single-input single-output nonlinear semi-strict feedback systems. Based on Takagi-Sugeno type fuzzy systems, a direct adaptive fuzzy tracking controller is developed by using the backstepping approach. The main advantage of the developed method is that for an n-th order system, only one parameter is needed to be adjusted online. It is proven that, under the appropriate assumptions, the developed scheme can achieve that the output system converges to a small neighborhood of the reference signal and all the signals in the closed-loop system remain bounded. The efficacy of the proposed algorithm is investigated by an illustrative simulation example of one link robot.
