Heart failure is common in older people and its prevalence is *** Heart ＇omics＇ in AGEing（HOMAGE） project aims to provide a biomarker approach that will improve the early diagnosis of heart failure.A large clinical database,based on（1） prospective population studies or（2） cross-sectional,prospective studies or randomized controlled trials（RCTs） of patients at risk for or with overt cardiovascular disease will be constructed to determine most promising ＇omics＇-based biomarkers to identify the risk of developing heart failure and/or *** studies,patient cohorts and RCTs are eligible for inclusion in the common database,if they received ethical approval to obtain and share data and have baseline information on cardiovascular risk ***,the HOMAGE database includes 43,065 subjects,from 20 studies in eight European countries,including healthy subjects from three population studies in France,Belgium and Italy（n = 7,124）,patients with heart failure（n = 4,312） from four cohorts in the UK,Spain and Switzerland and patients at high risk for cardiovascular disease（n = 31,629） in 13 *** is anticipated that more partners will join the consortium and enlarge the pooled *** large merged database will be a useful resource with which to identify candidate biomarkers that play a role in the mechanism underlying the onset and progression of heart failure.

AIM:To analyze the impact of previous cyst-enterostomy of patients underwent congenital bile duct cysts(BDC)***:A multicenter European retrospective study between 1974 and 2011 were conducted by the French Surgical *** Todani subtypes I and IVb were *** imaging studies and operative and pathology reports underwent central *** with and without a previous history of cystenterostomy(CE)were ***:Among 243 patients with Todani types I and IVb BDC,16 had undergone previous CE(6.5%).Patients with a prior history of CE experienced a greater incidence of preoperative cholangitis(75%vs 22.9%,P<0.0001),had more complicated presentations(75%vs 40.5%,P=0.007),and were more likely to have synchronous biliary cancer(31.3%vs 6.2%,P=0.004)than patients without a prior *** morbidity(75%vs 33.5%;P<0.0008),severe complications(43.8%vs 11.9%;P=0.0026)and reoperation rates(37.5%vs 8.8%;P=0.0032)were also significantly greater in patients with previous CE,and their Mayo Risk Score,during a median follow-up of 37.5 mo(range:4-372 mo)indicated significantly more patients with fair and poor results(46.1%vs 15.6%;P=0.0136).CONCLUSION:This is the large series to show that previous CE is associated with poorer short-and longterm results after Todani types I and IVb BDC resection.

Molecular phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ecology,morphology and pigment chemistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric family *** phylogenetically supported genera we recognize here in the Hygrophoraceae based on these and previous analyses are:Acantholichen,Ampulloclitocybe,Arrhenia,Cantharellula,Cantharocybe,Chromosera,Chrysomphalina,Cora,Corella,Cuphophyllus,Cyphellostereum,Dictyonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,Haasiella,Humidicutis,Hygroaster,Hygrocybe,Hygrophorus,Lichenomphalia,Neohygrocybe,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to Chromosera is described as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,section and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new combination and one ***.),26 sections(five new and three new combinations and two ***.)and 14 subsections(two new,two ***.).Species of Chromosera,Gliophorus,Humidicutis,and Neohygrocybe are often treated within the genus Hygrocybe;we therefore provide valid names in both classification *** used a minimalist approach in transferring genera and creating new names and ***,we retain in the Hygrophoraceae the basal cuphophylloid grade comprising the genera Cuphophyllus,Ampulloclitocybe andCantharocybe,despite weak phylogenetic *** include Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in Hygrophoraceae based on morphology though molecular data are *** lower hygrophoroid clade is basal to Hygrophoraceae s.s.,comprising the genera Aphroditeola,Macrotyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleurocybella,Sarcomyxa,Tricholomopsis and Typhula.

Introduction Both China and France have a long history of urban and rural planning and governance, and lately the topics, such as urban and rural living quality, natural resources management, and natural and cultural heritage, have become the focuses of public policy that emphasizes improving people’s living conditions and promoting regional harmonious development. Moreover, the above topics have been regarded as the most important points in the bilateral cooperation agreements between China and France concerning sustainable urban development. On Oct. 13, 2019, the SinoFrench Seminar on "Meeting the New Challenges of Territorial and City Planning" was jointly held by the department of Urban Planning, School of Architecture, Tsinghua university and the Cultural and Educational Cooperation Section, French Embassy–French Cultural Center in Beijing at the School of Architecture, Tsinghua university. About 20 experts from the political, academic, and professional fields of urban planning in China and France were invited to carry out discussion on four primary themes, which are "New Urban Planning Strategy,""New Territorial and City Planning Policy,""New Exploration in Urban Planning," and "New Talents Cultivation Pattern." As a medium support to the seminar, we collected some of the speeches and share them with readers in this issue.

引言血管性认知损害（vascular cognitive impairment,VCI）诊断共识的缺乏（体现为多种不同评估方案的使用）,妨碍了对其理解和治疗的推进.多个国家的大量临床医生和研究人员参与了2个阶段血管性认知损害分类共识研究（Vascular Impairment of Cognition Classification Consensus Study,VICCCS）,旨在就VCI的诊断原则（VICCCS-1）和诊断方案（VICCCS-2）达成一致意见.本文提供了VICCCS-2的相关内容.方法使用VICCCS-1达成的原则和已发表的诊断指南作为在线德尔菲（delphi）调查的参考基点,以期对VCI的临床诊断达成共识.结果共进行了6轮调查,每轮有65～79名专家参与,他们就VICCCS修订的轻度和重度VCI的诊断指南达成共识,并肯定了美国国立神经疾病与卒中研究所-加拿大卒中网（National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke–Canadian Stroke Network,NINDS-CSN）发布的神经心理学评估方案和对影像学检查的推荐意见.讨论VICCCS-2建议规范化应用NINDS-CSN推荐的神经心理学和影像学评估方案诊断VCI,以促进研究协作.
