Dear Editor, Plant tissues derived from meristems including SAM （shoot apical meristem） and RAM （root apical meristem） are located at the tips of shoot and root and procambial cell tissues in the vascular system （Simon and Stahl, 2011）. Through asymmetric periclinal cell division, a few layers of stem cells in vascular meristems differentiate into apposing xylem and phloem cells, forming the conducting system and playing an important role in long-distance transport of water, nutrients, sugars, and signaling molecules such as hormones in plant （EIo et al., 2013）.

Coronaviruses are enveloped viruses that cause different diseases in humans and animals （Suet al., 2016）. Murine hepatitis virus （MHV） causes hepatitis, enteritis and central nervous system diseases in rodents and is one of the best- studied coronaviruses. MHV belongs to the genera betacoronavirus. Members from the same genera also include highly pathogenic coronaviruses such as the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus （SARS-CoV） and the Middle-East respiratory syndrome coronavirus （MERS-CoV）（Vijay and Perlman, 2016）.

Dear Editor,In neady all diploid eukaryotes, meiosis is the key phase in sexual reproduction. The typical process is completed by a round of DNA replication followed by two consecutive rounds of chromosome cell division （Ma et al., 2014; Page and Hawley, 2004）. Homologous chromosome pairing and seg- regation occur in the first round of meiosis and is unique to mitosis. The second round of meiosis bears a similarity to the separation of sister chromatids.

Dear Editor Extracellular environment plays a role in regulating stem cell fates and three dimensional （3D） scaffolds can be utilized to mimic the internal environment in vitro. Currently, many types of cells have been cultured in 3D conditions but only few studies have focused on reprogramming in a 3D environment. 3D culture systems provide circumstances that can better simulate native conditions which are comprised of distinctive cell morphology, oxygen levels, extracellular matrix secretion and concentration gradients of signaling factors （Keung et al., 2010; Gu et al., 2016）.

Dengue fever （DF） is the most significant emerging arbovirus disease, which is caused by four distinct serotypes of Dengue viruses （DENY-1 to DENV-4）. Serotype-specific immunity does not confer cross-protection against secondary infec- tions from heterologous serotypes, which leads to dengue haemorrhagic fever （DHF） and dengue shock syndrome （DSS） as a result of antibody-dependent enhancement （ADE） of infection that is mediated by non-neutralizing, cross-reac- tive antibodies （Kliks et al., 1989）. The intense efforts to develop a safe and efficient DENV vaccine have involved using a variety of traditional biological technologies in the past 50 years （Durbin et al., 2005; McArthur et al., 2008）, yet no commercial DENV vaccine has been generated until now.

Light,as both energy source and informational signal,profoundlyinfluences plant growth and development during the whole lifespan from seed germination to flowering.Plant senses lightthrough multiple photoreceptors including the blue/UV-A photo-receptors cryptochromes （CRY,CRY1/2） and phototropins（PHOT,PHOT1/2）,the red/far-red photoreceptors phytochromes（PHY,phyA-E）,and the UV-B photoreceptor UVR8.In Arabidop-sis,both CRY and PHY are involved in mediating light regulationof hypocotyl elongation,cotyledon/leaf expansion,anthocyaninaccumulation,flowering,stomatal development,and light entrainment of the circadian clock.
