Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical,genotypic and pathological characteristics of children with PAX2 gene mutation in China,and to provide information for the monitoring,treatment and prognosis of the *** It was a case series analysis *** clinical data of children with PAX2 gene mutation in Pediatric Nephrology Department,TongijHi ospital Affiliatedd toTongji MedicalCollege,HIuazhong university of science and technology from January 2014 to December 2022 were collected,and peripheral blood gene DNA was extracted and sequenced for whole exome *** clinical,pathological and genotypic characteristics of PAX2 gene variation of children in China were summarized by searching PubMed,Medline,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang database and compared with the cases in this single *** Among the 13 children with PAX2 gene mutation,there were 9 males and 4 females,12 patients with abnormal urine tests,7 patients with small kidney volume by imaging examination,and 5 patients with renal *** clinical phenotypes were congenital renal and urinary tract malformations in 8 cases,renal coloboma syndrome in 1case,and hematuriaor proteinuria in 3 *** patients underwent renal biopsies,showing focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and C33glomerulopathy in1 case,focal segmental glomerulosclerosis in 1 case,thin basement membrane lesion in 1 case,and IgA nephropathy in 2 cases.

The properties of steels can be improved by adding appropriate amount of alloying ***,the quality and properties of steels may be affected due to the segregation of the alloying *** solidification was regarded to be an effective method to reduce or eliminate the segregation of alloying *** in this paper,the segregation of C and P was also observed in rapid solidified carbon steel droplets (in silicon oil) by drop tube *** distributions of alloying elements in 0.2m drop tube samples were similar to those in 50m drop tube *** in both 0.2m and 50m drop tube,the segregation of C and P was quite different when the contents of the samples were varied,the segregation profiles were discussed in *** microstructures of 50m droplet samples were a little finer than those of 0.2m droplet *** solidification speed was approximately the same from the surface to the center of each *** high-C samples,the microstructure was also corresponding to the distribution of C.

The production process of bars in Baosteel Nantong *** adjusted by both decreasing heating temperature and adding controlling cooling procedure after finish rolling for upgrade of bars.A set of water cooling system was also installed behind the finishing ***-line tests were conducted,and then the microstructure and mechanical properties of the bars with HRB335 composition and φ22mm diameter were *** results showed that the microstructures of the bar cooled by water were ferrite and pearlite with grain sizes of 8.5 to 12 grades,which were finer than that of the bar without water *** the thin outer layer microstructures of the bar cooled by water were mainly tempered sorbite with small amount of tempered *** average yield strength R eL and tensile strength R m of the bars with water cooling increased 105MPa and 73MPa respectively compared with those of the bars without water *** reason of this strengthening was attributed to the synthetic role of fine grains and phase transformation and precipitation *** addition,The ration of R m /R eL could be higher than 1.25,which is the request of earthquake-proof performance for HRB400E,only when the self-tempering temperatures of the bars were higher than 640℃.

A numerical model is established to simulate the concentration field in irregular lamel- lar eutectic of Al-Si system. Both the undercooling and spacing are dependent on the growth rate and the temperature gradient, and increasing growth rate causes an in- crease of undercooling but a decrease of lamellar spacing, while increasing temperature gradient Leads to a decrease of Lamellar spacing. The computed results are in good agreement with experimental observations.

SiCa line was injected into liquid pipeline steel at the end of LF refining as calcium treatment, and samples were taken from liquid steel in ladles before and after calcium treatment, liquid steel in mould, and slabs. Results show that Ca content in steel decreased obviously after calcium treatment with production, and the compositions, morphologies and sizes of inclusions in steel also varied with time; Al2O3 inclusions turned to be fine irregular CaS-CaO-Al2O3 compound inclusions after calcium treatment, and then to be fine globular CaO-Al2O3 inclusions in mould, and finally changed to be a few larger irregular CaS-CaO-Al2O3 complex inclusions in slabs; reoxidation of molten steel treated by Ca deteriorates effect of calcium treatment. Thermodynamic study revealed that inclusion variations were related with preferential reactions among Ca, Al2O3 and S and precipitation of S in high sulfur capacity CaO-Al2O3 inclusions. New calcium treatment controlling rules were put forward according to the inclusion variations and requirements of pipeline on inclusion controlling.

The capacity of energy absorption by fault bands after rock burst wascalculated quantitatively according to shear stress-shear deformation curves considering theinteractions and interplaying among microstructures due to the heterogeneity of strain softeningrock materials. The post-peak stiffness of rock specimens subjected to direct shear was derivedstrictly based on gradient-dependent plasticity, which can not be obtained from the classicalelastoplastic theory. Analytical solutions for the dissipated energy of rock burst were proposedwhether the slope of the post-peak shear stress-shear deformation curve is positive or not. Theanalytical solutions show that shear stress level, confining pressure, shear strength, brittleness,strain rate and heterogeneity of rock materials have important influence on the dissipated *** larger value of the dissipated energy means that the capacity of energy dissipation in the formof shear bands is superior and a lower magnitude of rock burst is expected under the condition ofthe same work done by external shear force. The possibility of rock burst is reduced for a lowersoftening modulus or a larger thickness of shear bands.
