Ovarian cancer is the most lethal and aggressive gynecological cancer with a high recurrence rate and is often diagnosed *** ovarian cancer,multiple metabolic enzymes of lipid metabolism are abnormally expressed,resulting in metabolism *** a characteristic pathway in polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)metabolism,arachidonic acid(AA)metabolism is disturbed in ovarian ***,we established a 10-gene signature model to evaluate the prognostic risk of PUFA-related *** 10-gene signature has strong robustness and can play a stable predictive role in datasets of various platforms(TCGA,ICGC,and GSE17260).The high association between the risk subgroups and clinical characteristics indicated a good performance of the *** data further indicated that the high expression of LTA4H was positively correlated with poor prognosis in ovarian *** of LTA4H enhanced sensitivity to Cisplatin and modified the characteristics of immune cell infiltration in ovarian ***,our results indicate that CCL5 was involved in the aberrant metabolism of the AA/LTA4H axis,which contributes to the reduction of tumor-infiltrating CD8+T cells and immune escape in ovarian *** findings provide new insights into the prognosis and potential target of LTA4H/CCL5 in treating ovarian cancer.

Prediction of peritoneal free cancer cells in gastric cancer patients by golden-angle radial sampling dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging

Objectiveperitoneal free cancer cells can negatively impact disease progression and patient outcomes in gastric cancer. This study aimed to investigate the feasibility of using golden-angle radial sampling dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (GRASP DCE-MRI) to predict the presence of peritoneal free cancer cells in gastric cancer *** enrolled patients were consecutively divided into analysis and validation groups. Preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans and perfusion were performed in patients with gastric cancer undergoing surgery, and peritoneal lavage specimens were collected for examination. Based on the peritoneal lavage cytology (PLC) results, patients were divided into negative and positive lavage fluid groups. The data collected included clinical and MR information. A nomogram prediction model was constructed to predict the positive rate of peritoneal lavage fluid, and the validity of the model was verified based on data from the verification *** was no statistical difference between the proportion of PLC-positive cases predicted by GRASP DCE-MR and the actual PLC test. MR tumor stage, tumor thickness, and perfusion parameter Tofts-Ketty model volume transfer constant (Ktrans) were independent predictors of positive peritoneal lavage fluid. The nomogram model featured a concordance index (C-index) of 0.785 and 0.742 for the modeling and validation groups, *** DCE-MR could effectively predict peritoneal free cancer cells in gastric cancer patients. Comparison of inebilizumab or rituximab in addition to glucocorticoid therapy for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders

Real-Time 3D Ultrasound Imaging System Based on a Hybrid Reconstruction Algorithm

As a safe and convenient imaging technology in clinical routine diagnosis, ultrasound imaging can provide real-time 2D images of internal tissues and organs. To realize real-time 3D image reconstruction, pixel nearest neighbor interpolation(PNN) reconstruction algorithm and Bezier interpolation algorithm are combined into a hybrid reconstruction algorithm. On this basis, a real-time interactive 3D ultrasound imaging system is *** temporal calibration and spatial calibration, the six degrees of freedom poses of 2D ultrasound images can be accurately collected. The 3D volume reconstructed by the proposed 3D reconstruction algorithm is visualized by volume rendering. A multi-thread software system allows parallel operation of data acquisition, 3D reconstruction,volume visualization and other functions. 3D imaging experiments on a 3D printing femur model, a neck phantom and the neck of human volunteers were performed for systematic evaluation. When the reconstruction voxel size was set to be(0.53 mm3, 1.03 mm3, 1.53 mm3), the reconstruction errors of the femur and trachea model were respectively(0.23 mm, 0.31 mm, 0.56 mm) and(0.62 mm, 0.88 mm, 1.41 mm). Clinical feasibility was demonstrated by application of the 3D ultrasound imaging on the neck of human volunteers.

Biotin-modified Galactosylated Chitosan-gene Carrier in Hepatoma Cells Targeting Delivery
