The RAS/mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)pathway disorder induced by the missense mutations in the tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type 11(PTPN11)gene which resulted in the nonreceptor protein tyrosine phosphatase SHP2 dysfunction has been reported in many lung cancer ***,the Src homology region 2(SH2)-containing protein tyrosine phosphatase 2(SHP2)mutation or deletion triggers multiple signaling pathway dysfunctions including RAS/MAPK,RAS/extracellular-signal-regulated kinase(ERK),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT),Janus kinase/signal transducers and activators of transcription(JAK/STAT)and Hippo/yes-associated protein(YAP)which affect the expression of growth factors,cytokines and *** recent years,the developing of the small molecule SHP2 inhibitors received a lot of *** this review,we summarize the recent years'progresses of the SHP2 inhibitors development for the lung cancer treatment.

The Lake Taabo (Ivory Coast, Africa) results of the construction of the Taabo dam on the Bandama River. The changes in the water level of the 69-km2 lake depend on 1) the rainfall linked to alternating dry/wet seasons;2) the extraction of water for human uses;3) the discharge of water from the upstream dam and the volumes turbined by the Kossou dam;4) the various anthropic effects (discharge of untreated waste water from towns and industries, and leaching from agricultural land). The average concentrations of nutrients (NH4-N: 1.1 mg/L, NO3-N: 1.62 mg/L, PO4-P: 10 mg/L, SiO2: 15 mg/L) and chlo- rophyll a (from 4.8 to 16.5 μg/L, average 11.4 μg/L) indicates some degree of eutrophication. The cumulated effects that threaten the ecosystem (degradation of water quality and eutrophication) are such that they are likely to interfere with various water uses. In a context of growing health and environmental concerns in Africa, this study demonstrates conflicts between different uses of this water resource and the urgent need for an appropriate policy including specific monitoring of lake water quality, wastewater control, and a programme to reduce agricultural fertilizers.

Grapevine is a perennial crop often cultivated by grafting a scion cultivar on a suitable *** influence scions,particularly with regard to water uptake and ***,one of the possibilities to adapt viticulture to the extended drought stress periods is to select rootstocks conferring increased tolerance to ***,the molecular mechanisms associated with the ability of rootstock/scion combination to influence grape berry metabolism under drought stress are still poorly *** transcriptomic changes induced by drought stress in grape berries(*** noir)from vines grafted on either 110R(drought-tolerant)or 125AA(drought-sensitive)rootstock were *** experiments were conducted in the vineyard for two years and two grape berry developmental stages(50%and 100%veraison).The genome-wide microarray approach showed that water stress strongly impacts gene expression in the berries,through ontology categories that cover cell wall metabolism,primary and secondary metabolism,signaling,stress,and hormones,and that some of these effects strongly depend on the rootstock ***,under drought stress,berries from vines grafted on 110R displayed a different transcriptional response compared to 125AA-concerning genes related to jasmonate(JA),phenylpropanoid metabolism,and pathogenesis-related *** data also suggest a link between JA and secondary metabolism in water-stressed ***,genes related to secondary metabolism and JA are more induced and/or less repressed by drought stress in the berries grafted on the drought-sensitive rootstock *** rootstock-dependent gene expression changes are relevant for berry composition and sensory properties.

异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis(Pallas)在亚洲地区是一种重要的捕食性天敌昆虫,但是当引入到欧美后,对当地的物种产生了威胁。本文用ISSR技术对两个中国本地种群和一个引入美国的种群进行了种群多样性以及种群分化的分析。8条ISSR引物共扩增出105条带,其中多态性条带比率为96.19%。Nei's多样性指数、Shannon信息指数、多态性条带比率,在中国种群与美国种群中均非常接近,种群分化不明显(G_(st)=0.042)。AMOVA分析显示种群多样性主要来源于种群内部,种群间的基因流非常强(N_m=5.537)。基于Nei's多样性构建的聚类结果显示ISSR是一种快速有效的研究异色瓢虫种群多样性关系的技术。
