For the application of soil moisture and ocean salinity（SMOS） remotely sensed sea surface salinity（SSS） products,SMOS SSS global maps and error characteristics have been investigated based on quality control *** results show that the errors of SMOS SSS products are distributed zonally,i.e.,relatively small in the tropical oceans,but much greater in the southern oceans in the Southern Hemisphere（negative bias） and along the southern,northern and some other oceanic margins（positive or negative bias）.The physical elements responsible for these errors include wind,temperature,and coastal terrain and so *** in the southern oceans are due to the bias in an SSS retrieval algorithm caused by the coexisting high wind speed and low temperature; errors along the oceanic margins are due to the bias in a brightness temperature（TB） reconstruction caused by the high contrast between L-band emissivities from ice or land and from ocean; in addition,some other systematic errors are due to the bias in TB observation caused by a radio frequency interference and a radiometer receivers drift,*** findings will contribute to the scientific correction and appropriate application of the SMOS SSS products.

In order to achieve fast synchronization of the modulation hopping system, a synchronization scheme called short code to guide long code is adopted, and the initial synchronization hops and service hops are designed in *** to the system requirements for short code in the properties of time-varying, safety and balance, an algorithm to design wide-gap chaos short code based on TOD is *** performance analysis shows that the algorithm has good performance, the initial synchronization time and the later entering network synchronization time are short, additionally, maximum synchronization time difference and synchronization maintaining time are long, all of which meet the needs of normal communications, and further verify the synchronization scheme feasible.

提出一种适合戈壁沙漠地区的近地面大气湍流模型。通过测量近地面层不同高度处温度、湿度、压强和风速等常规气象参数,结合模型可给出近地面层大气湍流强度。模型计算的近地面层大气湍流强度通常白天值最大,中午前后出现较宽的最大值区间,在日出时段和日落时段出现较明显的最小值,夜间呈不规则变化,该结果能够很好地反映近地面层大气湍流强度的变化特性。在影响大气湍流强度变化的参数中,大气温度的变化趋势直接影响着大气湍流强度的变化:通常白天大气温差较高时,大气湍流强度较强;大气温差较低时,大气湍流强度较弱;大气温差起伏较大的时刻,大气湍流强度的变化也会较大,大气温差起伏趋势与大气湍流强度变化趋势有相似之处。

With advances in biomedical methods, tissue-engineered materials have developed rapidly as an alternative to nerve autografts for the repair of peripheral nerve injuries. However, the materials selected for use in the repair of peripheral nerve injuries, in particular multiple injuries and largegap defects, must be chosen carefully. Various methods and materials for protecting the healthy tissue and repairing peripheral nerve injuries have been described, and each method or material has advantages and disadvantages. Recently, a large amount of research has been focused on tissue-engineered materials for the repair of peripheral nerve injuries. Using the keywords ＂peripheral nerve injury＂, ＂autotransplant＂, ＂nerve graft＂, and ＂biomaterial＂, we retrieved publications using tissue-engineered materials for the repair of peripheral nerve injuries appearing in the Web of Science from 2010 to 2014. The country with the most total publications was the USA. The institutions that were the most productive in this field include Hannover Medical School （Germany）, Washington University （USA）, and Nantong University （China）. The total number of publications using tissue-engineered materials for the repair of peripheral nerve injuries grad- ually increased over time, as did the number of Chinese publications, suggesting that China has made many scientific contributions to this field of research.

Sciatic nerve repair using adhesive bonding and a modified conduit

When repairing nerves with adhesives, most researchers place glue directly on the nerve stumps, but this method does not fix the nerve ends well and allows glue to easily invade the nerve ends. In this study, we established a rat model of completely transected sciatic nerve injury and re- paired it using a modified 1 cm-length conduit with inner diameter of 1.5 mm. Each end of the cylindrical conduit contains a short linear channel, while the enclosed central tube protects the nerve ends well Nerves were repaired with 2-octyl-cyanoacrylate and suture, which complement the function of the modified conduit. The results demonstrated that for the same conduit, the av- erage operation time using the adhesive method was much shorter than with the suture method. No significant differences were found between the two groups in sciatic function index, motor evoked potential latency, motor evoked potential amplitude, muscular recovery rate, number of medullated nerve fibers, axon diameter, or medullary sheath thickness. Thus, the adhesive method for repairing nerves using a modified conduit is feasible and effective, and reduces the operation time while providing an equivalent repair effect.

Attribute-Based Encryption for Circuits on Lattices

In the previous construction of attributed-based encryption for circuits on lattices, the secret key size was exponential to the number of AND gates of the circuit. Therefore, it was suitable for the shallow circuits whose depth is bounded. For decreasing the key size of previous scheme, combining the techniques of Two-to-One Recoding （TOR）, and sampling on lattices, we propose a new Key-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption （KP-ABE） scheme for circuits of any arbitrary polynomial on lattices, and prove that the scheme is secure against chosen plaintext attack in the selective model under the Learning With Errors （LWE） assumptions. In our scheme, the key size is proportional to the number of gates or wires in the circuits.

Developing a course of action(COA) is a key step in military planning. In most extant studies on the COA development,only the unilateral actions of friendly forces are considered. Based on stochastic games, we propose models that could deal with the complexities and uncertainties of wars. By analyzing the equilibrium state of both opponent sides, outcomes preferable to one side could be achieved by adopting the methods obtained from the proposed models. This research could help decision makers take the right COA in a state of uncertainty.

The long authentication handover delay is the greatest challenge in multi-domain SDN environment. In order to solve this problem, an authentication handover mechanism under multi-SDN domain(AHMMD) is proposed in this paper. In AHMMD, firstly, when the mobility entity accesses the network for the first time, its identity and service attributes are authenticated by the flow authentication protocol, which is designed based on the asymmetric encryption key; secondly, when the mobility entity moves to the neighbor domain, the authentication information will be delivered from the current controller to the neighborhood controller through a security communication channel. In order to promote the efficiency, a handover time prediction algorithm is adopted in AHMMD. Experimental results based on our AHMMD prototype have shown that the handover delay decreases by 50% while the handover cost decreases by 60%.

Regenerative medicine has rapidly developed over the past decade and created new opportunities to repair or replace tissue or organ function lost because of congenital defects, age, diseases, or serious damage （Cheng et al., 2016a; Cheng et al., 2016b）. Regenerative medicine strategies in- clude the transplantation of bioactive factors, stem cells, or biomaterials, even the induced regeneration in a de novo, depending on the application （Fu, 2014a; Huang and Fu, 2014）. However, there are several limitations to the use of regenerative medicine in the clinic with respect to using stem cells and biomaterials.

A fast decoupled ISAR high-resolution imaging method using structural sparse information under low SNR

Inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) image can be represented and reconstructed by sparse recovery (SR) approaches. However, the existing SR algorithms, which are used for ISAR imaging, have suffered from high computational cost and poor imaging quality under a low signal to noise ratio (SNR) condition. This paper proposes a fast decoupled ISAR imaging method by exploiting the inherent structural sparse information of the targets. Firstly, the ISAR imaging problem is decoupled into two sub-problems. One is range direction imaging and the other is azimuth direction focusing. Secondly, an efficient two-stage SR method is proposed to obtain higher resolution range profiles by using jointly sparse information. Finally, the residual linear Bregman iteration via fast Fourier transforms (RLBI-FFT) is proposed to perform the azimuth focusing on low SNR efficiently. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method has better performence to efficiently implement higher-resolution ISAR imaging under the low SNR condition.
