Background Chronic heart failure(CHF) is the end-stage manifestation and main cause of death of cardiovascular system diseases. Ventricular arrhythmia is a common complication, which can increase myocardial oxygen consumption, aggravate the disease, and even cause sudden death due to malignant arrhythmia. As a quantitative method to evaluate cardiac autonomic nervous function, heart rate variability is non-invasive and reproducible, and can quantify the risk associated with various cardiac and non-cardiac diseases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between heart rate variability and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in patients with heart failure. Methods 80 patients with heart failure who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects. After 3 months of follow-up, patients were divided into occurrence group(n=44) and nonoccurrence group(n=36) according to the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events(angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia). The index of heart rate variability and the indicators of cardiac function in patients with heart failure was analyzed by one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA). The Key indicators of heart rate variability include standard deviation of normal RR interval(SDNN), mean standard deviation of consecutive 5-minute heartbeat interval(SDANN), square root of mean square of difference between adjacent heartbeat intervals(RMSSD), and percentage of RR intervals differing more than 50 ms from the preceding one(PNN50). The indicators of cardiac function include the New York Heart Association(NYHA) functional classification, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and cardiac troponin I(c Tn I). Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in patients with heart failure. Cytochromes P450(CYPs)play a prominent role in catalyzing phase I xenobiotic biotransformation and account for about 75%of the total metabolism of commercially available drugs,including *** gene expression and enzyme activity of CYPs are variable between individuals,which subsequently leads to different patterns of susceptibility to carcinogenesis by genotoxic xenobiotics,as well as differences in the efficacy and toxicity of clinically used *** research aimed to examine the presence of the CYP2B6*9 polymorphism and its possible association with the incidence of B-CLL in Egyptian patients,as well as the clinical outcome after receiving cyclophosphamide *** was isolated from whole blood samples of 100 de novo B-CLL cases and also from 100 sex-and age-matched healthy *** presence of the CYP2B6*9(G516T)polymorphism was examined by PCR-based allele specific amplification(ASA).Patients were further indicated for receiving chemotherapy,and then they were followed *** CYP2B6*9 variant indicated a statistically significant higher risk of B-CLL under different genetic models,comprising allelic(T-allele vs.G-allele,OR=4.8,p<0.001)and dominant(GT+TT ***,OR=5.4,p<0.001)*** cyclophosphamide chemotherapy,we found that the patients with variant genotypes(GT+TT)were less likely to achieve remission compared to those with the wild-type genotype(GG),with a response percentage of(37.5%vs.83%,respectively).In conclusion,our findings showed that the CYP2B6*9(G516T)polymorphism is associated with B-CLL susceptibility among Egyptian *** variant greatly affected the clinical outcome and can serve as a good therapeutic marker in predicting response to cyclophosphamide treatment.

This paper discussed the selection criteria for Ordinary Urban Heritage (OUH) in Rattanakosin, the historic center of Bangkok through the case of ordinary restaurants and everyday foods. The OUH stands for an alternative approach to heritage understanding and conservation, derived from the notion of ordinary heritage, vernacular heritage, and urban heritage emphasizing the heritages of the everydayness of ordinary people. The OUHs have co-existed and inherited through the evolution of the city but are overlooked by the official conservation process. Ordinary restaurants and everyday foods were selected by 5 criteria, 1) appeared for more than 50 years;2) created, developed, and used by ordinary people;3) found as the clusters;4) able to be adapted to the urban context;5) exist until the present *** methodology applied to the analysis of the historical documents and Bangkok maps from 1887 to 1974, and the selection criteria developed from past research in another old commercial district of Bangkok were also reinvestigated with observational surveys. Ordinary restaurants and everyday foods are the outcomes representing the heritage of everyday life of ordinary people that are ubiquitously related to commercial activities.

Objective To observe the value of deep learning echocardiographic intelligent model for evaluation on left ventricular(LV)regional wall motion abnormalities(RWMA).Methods Apical two-chamber,three-chamber and four-chamber views two-dimensional echocardiograms were obtained prospectively in 205 patients with coronary heart *** model for evaluating LV regional contractile function was constructed using a five-fold cross-validation method to automatically identify the presence of RWMA or not,and the performance of this model was assessed taken manual interpretation of RWMA as *** Among 205 patients,RWMA was detected in totally 650 segments in 83 *** myocardial segmentation model demonstrated good efficacy for delineation of LV *** average Dice similarity coefficient for LV myocardial segmentation results in the apical two-chamber,three-chamber and four-chamber views was 0.85,0.82 and 0.88,*** myocardial segmentation model accurately segmented LV myocardium in apical two-chamber,three-chamber and four-chamber *** mean area under the curve(AUC)of RWMA identification model was 0.843±0.071,with sensitivity of(64.19±14.85)%,specificity of(89.44±7.31)%and accuracy of(85.22±4.37)%.Conclusion Deep learning echocardiographic intelligent model could be used to automatically evaluate LV regional contractile function,hence rapidly and accurately identifying RWMA.

The subversive nature of information war lies not only in the information itself, but also in the circulation and application of information. It has always been a challenge to quantitatively analyze the function and effect of information flow through command, control, communications, computer, kill, intelligence,surveillance, reconnaissance (C4KISR) system. In this work, we propose a framework of force of information influence and the methods for calculating the force of information influence between C4KISR nodes of sensing, intelligence processing,decision making and fire attack. Specifically, the basic concept of force of information influence between nodes in C4KISR system is formally proposed and its mathematical definition is provided. Then, based on the information entropy theory, the model of force of information influence between C4KISR system nodes is constructed. Finally, the simulation experiments have been performed under an air defense and attack scenario. The experimental results show that, with the proposed force of information influence framework, we can effectively evaluate the contribution of information circulation through different C4KISR system nodes to the corresponding tasks. Our framework of force of information influence can also serve as an effective tool for the design and dynamic reconfiguration of C4KISR system architecture.
