The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effect of supplementing rumen-protected Lys based on a Lys-deficient diet on liver metabolism in growing Holstein *** experiment was conducted for 3 months with 36 Holstein heifers(initial body weight:200±9.0 kg;7-month-old).Heifers were randomly assigned to 2 diets based on corn,soybean meal,alfalfa hay,and wheat bran:control,Lysdeficient diet(LD;0.66%Lys in diet),and Lys-adequate diet(LA;1.00%Lys in diet).The results showed no difference in growth performance between the 2 groups(P>0.05).However,there was a clear trend of increasing feed conversion rate with Lys supplementation(0.05usion,Lys supplementation may promote the synthesis of body tissue proteins,as evidenced by significantly decreased amino acids in the liver and urine N excretion,it also improves hepatic lipid metabolism by providing lipoprotein precursors.

Vortices and bound states offer an effective means of comprehending the electronic properties of ***,surface-dependent vortex core states have been observed in the newly discovered kagome superconductors CsV_(3)Sb_(5).Although the spatial distribution of the sharp zero energy conductance peak appears similar to Majorana bound states arising from the superconducting Dirac surface states,its origin remains *** this study,we present observations of tunable vortex bound states(VBSs)in two chemically-doped kagome superconductors Cs(V_(1-x)Tr_(x))_(3)Sb_(5)(Tr=Ta or Ti),using low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy/*** CsV_(3)Sb_(5)-derived kagome superconductors exhibit full-gap-pairing superconductivity accompanied by the absence of long-range charge orders,in contrast to pristine CsV_(3)Sb_(5).Zero-energy conductance maps demonstrate a field-driven continuous reorientation transition of the vortex lattice,suggesting multiband *** Ta-doped CsV_(3)Sb_(5)displays the conventional cross-shaped spatial evolution of Caroli-de Gennes-Matricon bound states,while the Tidoped CsV_(3)Sb_(5)exhibits a sharp,non-split zero-bias conductance peak(ZBCP)that persists over a long distance across the *** spatial evolution of the non-split ZBCP is robust against surface effects and external magnetic field but is related to the doping *** study reveals the tunable VBSs in multiband chemically-doped CsV_(3)Sb_(5)system and offers fresh insights into previously reported Y-shaped ZBCP in a non-quantum-limit condition at the surface of kagome superconductor.

With an extensive analysis,we study the temporal evolution of magnetic flux during three successive M-class flares in two adjacent active regions：NOAA 10039 and *** primary data are full disk longitudinal magnetograms observed by SOHO/*** three flares are observed to be accompanied by magnetic flux *** changes occurred immediately or within 1 ～ 10 minutes after the starting time of the flares,indicating that the changes are obvious consequences of the solar *** changes in many points are intrinsic in magnetic flux,for some sites,it is caused by a rapid expansion motion of magnetic *** the second flare,the associated change is more gradual compared with the ＇step-function＇ reported in ***,we use the data observed by the Imaging Vector Magnetograph（IVM） at Mees Solar Observatory to check possible line profile changes during the *** results from the IVM data confirm the flux changes obtained from the MDI data.A series of line profiles were obtained from the IVM＇s observations and analyzed for flux change *** find that the fluctuations in the width,depth and central wavelength of the lines are less than 5.0 even at the flare＇s *** line profile change is observed during or after the *** conclude that the magnetic field changes associated with the three solar flares are not caused by flare emission.

We consider the scattering of light in participating media composed of sparsely and randomly distributed discrete *** particle size is expected to range from the scale of the wavelength to several orders of magnitude greater,resulting in an appearance with distinct graininess as opposed to the smooth appearance of continuous *** fundamental issue in the physically-based synthesis of such appearance is to determine the necessary optical properties in every local *** these properties vary spatially,we resort to geometrical optics approximation(GOA),a highly efficient alternative to rigorous Lorenz–Mie theory,to quantitatively represent the scattering of a single *** enables us to quickly compute bulk optical properties for any particle size *** then use a practical Monte Carlo rendering solution to solve energy transfer in the discrete participating *** proposed framework is the first to simulate a wide range of discrete participating media with different levels of graininess,converging to the continuous media case as the particle concentration increases.

We consider semantic image *** method is inspired by Bayesian deep learning which improves image segmentation accuracy by modeling the uncertainty of the network *** contrast to uncertainty,our method directly learns to predict the erroneous pixels of a segmentation network,which is modeled as a binary classification *** can speed up training comparing to the Monte Carlo integration often used in Bayesian deep *** also allows us to train a branch to correct the labels of erroneous *** method consists of three stages:(i)predict pixel-wise error probability of the initial result,(ii)redetermine new labels for pixels with high error probability,and(iii)fuse the initial result and the redetermined result with respect to the error *** formulate the error-pixel prediction problem as a classification task and employ an error-prediction branch in the network to predict pixel-wise error *** also introduce a detail branch to focus the training process on the erroneous *** have experimentally validated our method on the Cityscapes and ADE20K *** model can be easily added to various advanced segmentation networks to improve their *** Deeplabv3+as an example,our network can achieve 82.88%of mloU on Cityscapes testing dataset and 45.73%on ADE20K validation dataset,improving corresponding Deeplabv3+results by 0.74%and 0.13%respectively.

We introduce a deep-learning based algorithm to infer high-fidelity facial reflectance from a single image. The algorithm uses convolutional neural networks to encode the input image into a latent representation, from which a decoder and a detail enhancing network reconstruct decoupled facial reflectance(albedo, specular, and normal) as well as the environmental lighting. These decoupled components, together with a 3 D facial mesh estimated from the image, are then fed into a differentiable renderer to produce a rendered facial image. This allows us to iteratively optimize the latent representation of the facial image by minimizing the image-space reconstruction loss. Experimental results show that optimizing the latent representation through the differentiable renderer can effectively reduce the discrepancy between the original image and the rendered one, leading to a more accurate reconstruction of characteristic facial features such as skin tone, lip color, and facial hair.

A PD-Type State-Dependent Riccati Equation With Iterative Learning Augmentation for Mechanical Systems

We propose a novel voice conversion method by frequency warping. The frequency warping function is generated based on mapping formants of the source speaker and the target speaker. Besides frequency warping, fundamental frequency adjustment, spectral envelope equalization, breathiness adding and duration modification are also used to improve the similarity to target speaker. Our voice conversion method needs only a very small amount of training data for generating the warping function, which can greatly facilitate its application. With our proposed method, we attended 2007 TC-STAR intra-lingual voice conversion evaluation for UK English and us Spanish and cross-lingual voice conversion evaluation for us Spanish. Evalua-tion results show that our method can achieve much better quality of converted speech than other methods and a good balance between quality and similarity. Evaluation results also show that our method is convenient and competitive for cross-lingual voice conversion task.
