Web Services Choreography Description Language lacks a formal system to accurately express the semantics of service behaviors and verify the correctness of a service choreography *** paper presents a new approach of choreography model verification based on Description Logic.A meta model of service choreography is built to provide a conceptual framework to capture the formal syntax and semantics of service *** on the framework,a set of rules and constraints are defined in Description Logic for choreography model *** automate model verification,the UML-based service choreography model will be transformed,by the given algorithms,into the DL-based ontology,and thus the model properties can be verified by reasoning through the ontology with the help of a popular DL reasoned.A case study is given to demonstrate applicability of the ***,the work will be compared with other related research.

Temporary fecal diversion by a diverting colostomy or ileostomy is occasionally performed for serious complex *** main indications are highly complex and extensive cryptoglandular anal fistula,anal fistula associated with severe anorectal Crohn’s disease,recurrent rectovaginal fistula,radiation-induced fistula and anal fistula with associated necrotizing *** purpose of stoma formation is to divert the fecal stream away from the anorectum and the perianal region so as to control the infective process and prevent trauma to the operated repaired *** the fistula has healed,the diverting stoma is ***,two questions are ***,is it certain that the same disease would not relapse(or the fistula would not recur)once the colostomy is closed?Second,is there a non-surgical method which can obviate the need for a diverting colostomy?An attempt is made to answer both these questions in this review.

PT fuel injector is one of the most important parts of modern diesel *** satisfy the requirements of the rapid and accurate test of PT fuel injector,the self-adaptive floating clamping mechanism was developed and used in the relevant *** dynamic characteristics directly influence the test efficiency and ***,due to its special structure and complex oil pressure signal,related documents for evaluating dynamic characteristics of this mechanism are lack and some dynamic characteristics of this mechanism can＇t be extracted and recognized effectively by traditional *** at the problem above-mentioned,a new method based on Hilbert-Huang transform（HHT） is ***,combining with the actual working process,the dynamic liquid pressure signal of the mechanism is *** analyzing the pressure fluctuation during the whole working process in time domain,oil leakage and hydraulic shock in the clamping chamber are ***,owing to the nonlinearity and nonstationarity of pressure signal,empirical mode decomposition is used,and the signal is decomposed and reconstructed into forced vibration,free vibration and *** analyzing forced vibration in the time domain,machining error and installation error of cam are ***,free vibration component is analyzed in time-frequency domain with HHT,the traits of free vibration in the time-frequency domain are *** with traditional methods,Hilbert spectrum has higher time-frequency resolutions and higher *** improved mechanism based on the above analyses can guarantee the test accuracy of injector *** new method based on the analyses of the pressure signal and combined with HHT can provide scientific basis for evaluation,design improvement of the mechanism,and give references for dynamic characteristics analysis of the hydraulic system in the interrelated fields.

In this paper,a linear/nonlinear switching active disturbance rejection control(SADRC)based decoupling control approach is proposed to deal with some difficult control problems in a class of multi-input multi-output(MIMO)systems such as multi-variables,disturbances,and coupling,***,the structure and parameter tuning method of SADRC is introduced into this *** on this,virtual control variables are adopted into the MIMO systems,making the systems *** the SADRC controller is designed for every *** this,a stability analyzed method via the Lyapunov function is proposed for the whole ***,some simulations are presented to demonstrate the anti-disturbance and robustness of SADRC,and results show SADRC has a potential applications in engineering practice.

Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) is an autosomal dominantly inherited disease characterized by multiple gas-trointestinal hamartomatous polyps and melanin spots on lips and buccal mucosa, with an increased risk for various cancers. The PJS gene, a potential tumour suppressor gene, encoding a serine/ threonie kinase (STK11), was mapped to chromosome 19p13.3. To investigate the mutations of STK11 gene in Chinese with PJS, we analyzed its coding sequence in fifteen patients and twenty unaffected members of six fami-lies, including three multigenerational families with PJS and three sporadic families with PJS, by PCR, PCR-DHPLC and DNA sequencing techniques. Ten point mutations were found in the six families, including five missense mutations, one acceptor-splice site mutation, a nonsense mutation and three silent mutations. Our data showed that five missense muta-tions occurrd at codon 123 (CAG to CAT) in exon 2, codon 161 (ATT to AGT) in exon 4, codon 194 (GAC to GAG) in exon 4, codon 245 (CTC to TTC) in exon 5 and codon 354 (TTC to TTG) in exon 8. One kind of nonsense mutation was detected at codon 37 (CAG to TAG) in exon 1. Furthermore, we found an intronic mutation at a splice-acceptor site: a one base substitution from AG to AA in intron 4. These muta-tions were not detected in 20 normal DNA samples. In three sporadic families, only in one patient, we detected a missense mutation in exon 5. In addition, we found three silent muta-tions, which may cause polymorphisms of STK11 gene in in-trons 1(+36), 3(-51) and 5(+27). These results indicated that the point mutation in STK11 might be involved in PJS patho-genesis. Mutation frequency is higher in the families suffer-ing PJS in three or more generations than that of the spo-radic cases.

Background: Frey’s procedure involves both drainage and resection of the pancreas in subjects with chronic calcific pancreatitis(CCP). The procedure may affect the pancreatic endocrine function after surgery. The present study was to evaluate the effect of Frey’s procedure on both beta and alpha cell function in CCP ***: Thirty CCP patients who underwent Frey’s procedure were included. According to the glycemic status, patients were divided into the diabetes mellitus(DM), prediabetes, and normal glucose tolerance(NGT) groups. Islet cell function was assessed before and 3 months after ***: At baseline, there was a significant difference in beta cell function among the three groups [NGT group 1.71(1.64–2.07) vs prediabetes group1.50(0.83–1.61) vs DM group 0.33(0.12–0.55), P usions: Although Frey’s procedure does not affect the beta cell function and insulin resistance in CCP patients, the alpha-cell dysfunction deteriorates after surgery.

Cerebellar malfunction can lead to sleep disturbance such as excessive daytime sleepiness,suggesting that the cerebellum may be involved in regulating sleep and/or ***,understanding the features of cerebellar regulation in sleep and wakefulness states requires a detailed characterization of neuronal activity within this *** performing multiple-unit recordings in mice,we showed that Purkinje cells(PCs)in the cerebellar cortex exhibited increased firing activity prior to the transition from sleep to ***,the increased PC activity resulted from the inputs of lowfrequency non-PC units in the cerebellar ***,the increased PC activity was accompanied by decreased activity in neurons of the deep cerebellar nuclei at the nonrapid eye-movement sleep-wakefulness *** results provide in vivo electrophysiological evidence that the cerebellum has the potential to actively regulate the sleep-wakefulness transition.
