BACKGROu.D:Heats.roke has.become a common emergency event in ***(PCT)is.u.ed as.a biomarker of infection in the emergency department(ED),bu. its.role in rhabdomyolys.s.RM)following exertional heats.roke(EHs.remains.***:A retros.ective cohort s.u.y enrolled patients.with EHs.from the intens.ve care u.it(ICu..We collected RM biomarkers.inflammation markers.critical dis.as. s.ores.at admis.ion,24 h,48 h,and dis.harge,and 90-day *** analys.s.linear regres.ion and cu.ve fi tting were u.ed to identify the relations.ip between PCT and ***:A total of 162 patients.were recru.ted and divided into RM(n=56)and non-RM(n=106)*** was.pos.tively correlated with myoglobin(Mb),acu.e hepatic inju.y,dis.eminated intravas.u.ar coagu.ation(DIC),s.qu.ntial Organ Failu.e As.es.ment(s.FA)s.ore,and Acu.e Phys.ology and Chronic Health Evalu.tion II(APACHE II)s.ore,with correlation coefficients.of 0.214,0.237,0.285,0.454,and 0.368,res.ectively(all Ps.ingly,the res.0}ts.of cu.ve fi tting revealed a nonlinear relations.ip between PCT and RM,and a two-piecewis. linear regres.ion model s.owed that PCT was.related to RM with an odds.ratio of 1.3 and a cu.-off ofs.s.revealed that RM was.as.ociated with higher mortality compared to non-RM cas.s.P=0.0093).CONCLu.ION:High s.ru. As.the bas.s.and gu.de for the planning and implementation of equ.pment maintenance tas.s. the equ.pment damage meas.0}ement is.an important gu.rantee for the effective implementation of maintenance s.0}port. Firs.ly,this.article comprehens.vely analys.s.the influ.nce factors.to damage meas.0}ement from the enemy’s.attribu.es. ou. attribu.es.and the battlefield environment s.arting from the bas.c problem of wartime equ.pment damage meas.0}ement. s.condly, this.article determines.the key factors.bas.d on fu.zy comprehens.ve evalu.tion(FCE) and performed principal component analys.s.(PCA) on the key factors. Finally, the principal components.repres.nting more than 85%of the data featu.es.are taken as.the inpu. and the equ.pment damage qu.ntity is.taken as.the ou.pu.. The data are trained and tes.ed by artificial neu.al network (ANN) and random fores. (RF). In a word, FCE-PCA-RF can be u.ed as.a reference for the res.arch of equ.pment damage es.imation in wartime.
