The effective neutron and proton root-meansquare radius of stable and unstable nuclei(^(12-15,17)B,^(12-20)C,^(14-21)N,^(16-24)O and ^(18-21,23-26)F) were deduced from the charge-changing cross section,σ_(cc),and the interaction cross sections,σ_I,by using a statistical abrasion-ablation model *** extracted proton radii are in good agreement with the data from the Atomic Data and Nuclear Data Tables within the ***,we can observe that the neutron skin thickness increases monotonously with the increasing neutron number in these isotopes,which is consistent with the systematical trend of theoretical calculations.

Based on the characteristics of rumor spreading in online social networks, this paper proposes a new rumor spreading model. This is an improved SIS rumor spreading model in online social networks that combines the transmission dynamics and population dynamics with consideration of the impact of both of the changing number of online social network users and different levels of user activity. We numerically simulate the rumor spreading process. The results of numerical simulation show that the improved SIS model can successfully characterize the rumor spreading behavior in online social networks. We also give the effective strategies of curbing the rumor spreading in online social networks.

Laser flash photolysis and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) experiments were carried out to study the photosensitive damage induced by pazufloxacin(PAX) and the protection of lysozyme(Lyso) by ferulic acid(FCA), an active antioxidant. Transient absorption spectra revealed electron transfer from Lyso and FCA to 3PAX*, with respective bimolecular reaction rate constants of 6.3×107 and 1.4×1010 dm3/(mol s). A pulse radiolysis study was also performed to investigate the formation of Lyso radical cations. Results showed that FCA effectively inhibited the cross-linking of protein induced by fluoroquinolones. Finally, a mechanism of the protective effect of FCA on Lyso was proposed.

Ptychography is a diffraction-based X-ray microscopy technique in which an extended sample is scanned by a coherent beam with overlapped illuminated areas and complex transmission function of the sample is obtained by applying iterative phase retrieval algorithms to the diffraction patterns recorded at each scanned *** permits quantitatively imaging of non-crystalline specimens at a resolution limited only by the X-ray wavelength and the maximal scattering angle *** this paper,the development of soft X-ray ptychography method at the BL08U1 A beamline of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility is *** experimental setup,experimental parameters selection criteria,and post-experimental data analyzing procedures are presented in detail with a prospect of high-resolution image reconstruction in real *** performance of this newly implemented method is demonstrated through the measurements of a resolution test pattern and two real samples:Pt-Co alloy nanoparticles and a breast cancer *** results indicate that strong scattering specimens can be reconstructed to sub-20 nm resolution,while a sub-25 nm resolution for biological specimens can be achieved.

A model for LED spectra at different drive currents

A mathematical model for the spectra of monocolor light-emitting diodes （LEDs） and phosphor-coated white LEDs at different drive currents is *** simulation program of the color rendering of a white light LED cluster is developed based on this *** program can predict not only the spectral power distribution and color rendering index （CRI）,but also the number of LEDs,drive currents,input power,and luminous efficacy of a white light LED cluster at a given color temperature according to the requirement of the luminous *** experimental results show that the relative spectral power distributions （SPDs） and chromaticity coordinates of the model LED are very close to that of the real LED at different drive ***,the correlated color temperature （CCT）,CRI,special color rendering index （R9） luminous flux,input power,and luminous efficacy of the white light LED cluster predicted by simulation are also very close to the measured ***,a white/red cluster with high rendering （CCT=2903 K,CRI=91.3,R9=85） and a color temperature tunable warm-white/red/green/blule LED cluster with high rendering （CCT=2700 6500 K,CRI 〉 90,R9 〉 96） are created.

The exact solutions of the N-dimensional Klein–Gordon equation in the presence of an exactly solvable potential of V（r）=De（r/re-re/r）2 type have been obtained. The N dimensional Klein-Gordon equation has been reduced to a first-order differential equation via Laplace transformation. The exact bound state energy eigenvalues and corresponding wave functions for CH,H2,and HCl molecules interacting with pseudoharmonic oscillator potential in the arbitrary N dimensions have been determined. Bound state eigenfunctions used in applications related to molecular spectroscopy are obtained in terms of confluent hypergeometric functions.

The inhibition effect of lignin sulfonate against corrosion for mild steel in acidic solution has been examined by means of FTIR（fourier transform infrared spectroscopy）,FAA（flame atomic absorption）spectroscopy,SEM（scanning electron microscope）,EDS（energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy）,and mass loss *** results revealed that lignin is a beneficial inhibitor for mild steel corrosion in acidic *** has been further found that Langmuir adsorption isotherm is obeyed by the tested lignin′s adsorption over the surface of mild *** range of inhibition efficiency（IE）in 2mol·L^（-1） HCl was found to be 75.88%-87.88%for Reax 88 A,40.72%-60.32%for Reax 88 B,and 54.32%-63.03%for Reax 100 M,after immersed at 298 Kfor 24htime.

The electrochemical stability window(ESW) is crucial for determining the energy density of electric double-layer capacitors(EDLCs). However, current ESW testing protocols of EDLCs are strongly affected by artificial factors, thereby leading to unreliable result. To solve this problem, we first identify the key shortcomings of the traditional protocols by analyzing their test principles. Subsequently, taking an aqueous carbon-based EDLC as an example, we design a side reaction descriptor to represent the response difference in the charging capacitance to side reactions between the cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic chargedischarge methods. With the aid of this descriptor, we propose a new ESW testing protocol, which is not only able to completely avoid the adverse influence of subjective factors but also fully consider the operating condition limitations. The protocol can be extended from the single electrode to the full device. This work proposes a more rigorous definition of ESW and provides a reliable protocol for evaluating the ESW of EDLCs.

Motivated by the experimental realization of Dicke model in optical cavities, we model an optomechanical system consisting of two-level BEC atoms with transverse pumping. We investigate the transition from normal and inverted state to the superradiant phase through a detailed study of the phase portraits of the system. The rich phase portraits generated by analytical arguments display two types of superradiant phases, regions of coexistence and some portion determining the persistent oscillations. We study the time evolution of the system from any phase and discuss the role of mirror frequency in reaching their attractors. Further, we add an external mechanical pump to the mirror which is capable of changing the mirror frequency through radiation pressure and study the impact of the pump on the phase portraits and the dynamics of the system. We find the external mirror frequency changing the phase portraits and even shifting the critical transition point, thereby predicting a system with controllable phase transition.
