And an Agent negotiation strategy is proposed to introduce load equilibrium strategy in the consult process, which makes the task of planning be balanced according to the load situations of the participating robots in order to improve the operating life of the entire system.

In this paper, the method of tmderstanding GIS Chinese query based on CBR （case-based reasoning） is proposed. The CaseBase is designed on the grammar rule of Chinese query sentences, the cases that pick up the character of standard query language （SQL） and are expressed in form semantics. In retrieval, the concepts of target comparability, structure comparability and individual comparability are given. The algorithm of case retrieval searches first the case of structure comparability and then individual comparability. The SQL reasoning algorithm that first parses form semantics, then reasons on structure comparability, and finally reasons on individual comparability is realized. In the actual GIS, the structure comparability and individual comparability are tested respectively. The experiment results show that the strategy of CBR is correct and feasible. With the size of CaseBase increasing through studies, the CaseBase will eventually be perfected. The effect of retrieval and reasoning will become better and better.

In the application of aerial target recognition,on the one hand,the recognition error produced by the single measurement of the sensor is relatively large due to the impact of *** the other hand,it is difficult to apply machine learning methods to improve the intelligence and recognition effect due to few or no actual measurement *** at these problems,an aerial target recognition algorithm based on self-attention and Long Short-Term Memory Network(LSTM)is *** can effectively extract temporal *** attention mechanism calculates the weight of each input element and applies the weight to the hidden state of the LSTM,thereby adjusting the LSTM’s attention to the *** combination retains the learning ability of LSTM and introduces the advantages of the attention mechanism,making the model have stronger feature extraction ability and adaptability when processing sequence *** addition,based on the prior information of the multidimensional characteristics of the target,the three-point estimation method is adopted to simulate an aerial target recognition dataset to train the recognition *** experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves more than 91%recognition accuracy,lower false alarm rate and higher robustness compared with the multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)based on fuzzy numbers.

The unsupervised multi-modal image translation is an emerging domain of computer vision whose goal is to transform an image from the source domain into many diverse styles in the target ***,the multi-generator mechanism is employed among the advanced approaches available to model different domain mappings,which results in inefficient training of neural networks and pattern collapse,leading to inefficient generation of image *** address this issue,this paper introduces a multi-modal unsupervised image translation framework that uses a generator to perform multi-modal image ***,firstly,the domain code is introduced in this paper to explicitly control the different generation ***,this paper brings in the squeeze-and-excitation(SE)mechanism and feature attention(FA)***,the model integrates multiple optimization objectives to ensure efficient multi-modal *** paper performs qualitative and quantitative experiments on multiple non-paired benchmark image translation datasets while demonstrating the benefits of the proposed method over existing ***,experimental results have shown that the proposed method is versatile and scalable.

This paper preliminarily evaluates the speedup,scalability,and prediction skill of the highperformance advanced regional eta coordinate model（H-AREM）,which is based on several parallel processing methods and decomposition *** show that the parallel version of the model that is based on a modular parallel framework and a multidimensional domain decomposition strategy performs better overall,*** is faster and more scalable than the version based on a message passing interface and a one-dimensional decomposition *** particular,the scalability of the H-AREM with a resolution of 8 km approaches 8099 ***,in the H-AREM,higher resolutions result in more realistic precipitation predictions without remarkable increases in simulation time.

For the research of helicopter/ship dynamic interface,the method of combining steady flow and stochastic flow is adopted to establish a flow field model applied to the flight dynamics analysis of shipborne *** steady flow is calculated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,while the stochastic flow is composed of the compensation velocity derived from ship motion and turbulence above the *** accuracy of the proposed flow field model is verified by comparing the helicopter response in the proposed flow field with the results calculated by US Army′s Military Specifications(MIL)model which is commonly used in ***,it also shows the proposed flow field model is more appliable to flight dynamics analysis of shipborne *** that the basis,ship deck flow field is simulated at different sea conditions by adjusting the wind speed on the deck,mother ship movement and shipboard turbulence,*** helicopter angular rate response is *** results show that the difference of dynamic stability between helicopter′s roll and pitch leads to the facts that the influence of above factors on the helicopter′s roll angular rate response is greater than that of pitch angular rate,that the frequency and amplitude of mother ship roll motion are much greater than those of pitch motion,and that the disturbance caused by roll motion on the air has greater influence on the helicopter *** shipboard turbulence is the main disturbance factor that influences helicopter flight stability and its intensity determines the amplitudes of angular rate response.

A Scalable Multi-Hash( SMH) name lookup method is proposed,which is based on hierarchical name decomposition to aggregate names sharing common prefixes and multiple scalable hash tables to minimize collisions among prefixes. We take the component instead of the entire name as a key in the hash functions. The SMH method achieves lookup speeds of 21. 45 and 20. 87 Mbps on prefix table with 2 million and 3. 6 million names,respectively. The proposed method is the fastest of the four methods considered and requires 61.63 and 89.17 Mb of memory on the prefix tables with 2 million and 3. 6 million names,respectively. The required memory is slightly larger than the best method. The scalability of SMH outperforms that of the other two methods.
