＜正＞Introductory statement: Knowledge of Energetic imbalance because of inner and outer causes is extremely important in Chinese medicine, above all in acupuncture. Right interpretation of onset and evolution of these processes is at the base of diagnostics and therapeutic choises. Then according to Chinese medicine, we can say that this is the first and the most important approach in ill-health inter-pretatian. Therefore we can restore welfare only with energetic redress. This is essential in the first approach with the patient.

Objective: TO study the mechanism of cancer, theDNA for BAC was cloned from an ascites hepatoma cellline Hca-F25lCL-16A3 using PCR. Methods: The nucleotide sequences were determined using ABI PRISMTM377 DNA sequencer. The expression of hcf-2 and CDK4gene were determined using im munohis tochemis ***: The sequences of BAC segment on Hca-F25lCL-16A3 have nearly identical sequences withhuman BAC. The hcl-2 and CDK4 are highly expressionon this cell line. Conclusion: The highly expression ofhcf-2 and CDK4 may the one of mechanisms for tumorgrowth.

A female patient,13 months old,suffering from limited extension of the right thumb for 7 days,diagnosed as stenosing tenosynovitis of the thumb in ***(Chinese massage) therapy was adopted,in which,stimulation was applied with fingers instead of needles,including pressing and kneading,twisting and kneading,plucking,dorsal extending,rotating as well as pushing and rubbing *** whole procedure of manipulation lasted around 15 min,once every two days,3 times ***,the parents were advised to bath the child patient's right hand into warm water every day and fix the affected thumb with splint at *** 12 treatments with tuina therapy,the flexion and extension function of the affected thumb were returned to normal and the thumb motor function was *** 2 months of follow-up,the thumb motor function was normal and the stenosing tenosynovitis was not *** this case,tuina therapy is adopted in treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of the thumb in *** an alternative method of surgery,tuina therapy has a satisfactory clinical effect.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of penetrating moxibustion on migraine without aura(MO)*** Totally 60 MO patients from the Acupuncture clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine were collected from November 2015 to February *** patients were assigned to a treatment group and a control group using a random number table,30 cases in each *** treatment group was treated with penetrating moxibustion,and the control group was treated with mild moxibustion,thrice a week for 4 consecutive *** total effective rate,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,headache intensity,and Migraine Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(MSQ)scores of patients after treatment were compared between the two *** moxibustion sensation and reaction after moxibustion were observed,and the adverse reactions were *** patients were followed up at 4 and 16 weeks after *** The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.33%vs.80.00%,P0.05).Conclusions Penetrating moxibustion can significantly relieve pain and improve quality of life of MO *** penetrating moxibustion,flushing and sweating of patients were obvious,and the curative effect was superior to the mild moxibustion.

Objective: Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease that is prone to recurrence, and the proinflammatory factor, cysteine-rich protein 61(Cyr61), is important in its pathophysiology. Long-term clinical practice has shown that Sancao Formula(SC), a Chinese herbal compound, is effective in the treatment of psoriasis, but the precise mechanism remains unknown. In this study, we investigate the mechanism by which SC extract alleviates imiquimod(IMQ)-induced ***: The expression of Cyr61 in psoriatic lesions and normal healthy skin was detected using immunohistochemical analysis to investigate the biological role of Cyr61 in models of psoriatic inflammation. A psoriatic mouse model was established by topical application of IMQ, and the effect of topical application of SC extract was evaluated using the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) score,hematoxylin-eosin staining, and histopathological features of the skin. Next, a HaCaT cell inflammation model was established using interferon-γ(IFN-γ), and the effect of SC extract on the mRNA and protein levels of Cyr61 and intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) was confirmed using Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction ***: Immunohistochemical staining showed that the expression of Cyr61 in psoriatic lesions was higher than that in normal skin samples(78.26% vs 41.18%, P < 0.05), and the number of Cyr61-positive cells in psoriatic lesions was also significantly higher than in normal skin(18.66 ± 2.51 vs4.33 ± 1.52, P < 0.05). Treatment in mice with IMQ-induced psoriasis showed that SC extract could significantly improve the inflammatory phenotype, PASI score(10.875 ± 0.744 vs 3.875 ± 0.582, P < 0.05),and pathological features compared with those in IMQ model group;SC treatment was also associated with decreased levels of Cyr61 and ICAM-1. Objective： To observe the effect of Da Huang（Rheum Officinale） application at Shenque（CV 8） on constipation after operation for lumbar vertebral ***： Seventy-four patients with constipation after operation for lumbar vertebral fracture were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table, 37 cases in each group. The two groups both received ordinary treatment（including healthcare guidance, emotional care, diet arrangement, and defecation nursing）, while the observation group was additionally given Da Huang（Rheum Officinale） application at Shenque（CV 8） for 6 h each day. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after successive 3-day treatment. Results： After 3-day treatment, it took significantly less time for the observation group to conduct the first flatulence and defecation than for the control group（P〈0.05）; the therapeutic efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Da Huang（Rheum Officinale） application at Shenque（CV 8） is effective in treating constipation after lumbar vertebral fracture operation, and it＇s easy-to-operate and well accepted by patients, hence it＇s proper to promote this method in clinic.

Objective: Tumor associated antigen encoding gene HCA520 (AF146019) was identified by screening a human hepatocellular carcinoma expressing cDNA library using SEREX technique. In this experiment we studied the effect of HCA520 on cell proliferation and apoptosis. Methods: Gene HCA520 was gained by PCR and transfected into 293 cells. The stable expression cells were obtained by G418 selection. The cell proliferation was measured by [3H]-TdR uptake and apoptosis assay was measured by FACS. Results: Eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA3-HCA520 was constructed and its stable transfectants were obtained. Overexpression of HCA520 inhibited the cell proliferation and enhanced cell apoptosis after serum deprivation. Conclusion: HCA520 is a novel tumor associated antigen that can affect cell proliferation and apoptosis.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effect of adrenergic system in the subnucleus commissuriu of nucleus solitrius tractus (CNTS) on renal nerve discharges. Norepinephrine (NE) was microinjected into the CNTS of rabbits and mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and renal nerve discharges (FRND) were synchronously recorded. The results indicated that (1) microinjection of norepinephine into the CNTS of rabbit could significantly attenuate the frequency of renal nerve discharge, and at the same time decrease markedly the mean arterial pressure. (2) Microinjection of 0.3 nmol yohimbin into CNTS had no significant influence on FRND and MAP, but could attenuate and even reverse the effects of NE on FRND and MAP. These results suggest that microinjection of NE into CNTS may activate the alpha-adrenorecptor located in CNTS and secondarily produce a depressor effect by attenuating the activity of peripheral sympathetic nervous system.

Inter-individual responses to medicinal drugs vary widely in clinic,which drives the urgent need of precision medicine for minimizing adverse reactions and maximalizing therapeutic effects among patients[1].In addition to genetic factors,increasing evidence suggests that gut microbiome plays a crucial role in affecting either pharmacodynamics or pharmacokinetics[2].In recent years,at least two ways have been demonstrated through which gut microbiome jointly affects drug metabolism or efficacy with *** is the microbial metabolism on *** et al.[3]systematically studied the direct interaction between microorganisms and *** found that 2/3 of the 271 selected orally administered drugs could be metabolized by at least one *** also verified that 30 enzymes encoded by microorganisms have the ability to transform 20 drugs into 59 candidate *** direct interaction between gut microbiota and drugs,including chemical modification(such as sulfasalazine[4]),inactivation(such as digoxin[5])or changes in toxicity(such as irinotecan[6]).Another way is the bioaccumulation of drugs in gut bacteria that alters drug availability and ***ünemann et al.[7]investigated the depletion of 15 drugs with different structures by 25 representative *** study reveals 70 interactions between bacteria and drugs,of which 29 have not been reported in previous studies,and more than half of the new interactions can be attributed to bioaccumulation.
