This article introduces gear whine at 720 Hz when motor rotates around 4880 rpm/*** result shows that motor control unit（MCU） shell’s vibration is the largest around 720 Hz among several points,much larger than that of source vibration（gearbox）.Therefore,there is a conjecture that the whine is mainly radiated through MCU shell and a butyl rubber is added to this shell to demonstrate this *** test result shows that the whine reduces about 10 dBA,thus that the shell has great influence on the whine is demonstrated.A shell,whose thickness is 5 mm（called ’shell B’）,is adopted to reduce the whine and road test result shows that the whine *** A’ s natural frequency is 678 Hz,close to the frequency of ***,it is possible that shell A and the whine resonate when motor rotates at 4880 rpm/*** conjecture is demonstrated by a shell whose thickness is 4 mm（called’shell C’）.The durability test of butyl rubber is done subsequently,and the three countermeasure（C/M） are compared,and butyl rubber is chosen as the final C/*** article could give a guidance for analyzing and reducing the whine of gearbox.

The influence of structural adhesive on static strength,fatigue durability and impact performance under stripping,stretching,shearing and bending conditions was studied by combining simulation and experimental *** a BIW as an example,the influence of structural adhesive on the structural performance of the body was also *** with topology optimization,less structural adhesive distribution was achieved to obtain better structural *** this basis,lightweight design of the body was carried ***,a weight reduction of 11.6 kg was achieved for the BIW,with a reduction of 102 solder *** torsional stiffness,bending stiffness,and torsional modal frequency were significantly improved,while the bending modal frequency remained basically unchanged.

Knock is an abnormal combustion in the engine cylinder,which reduces the engine power output and fuel economy,and worsens the engine *** this research,the knock of turbocharged engine was divided into conventional knock and super *** knock judgment was mainly based on the knock signal collected by the knock *** knock detection strategy mainly adopted CIC（Cascade Integrator Comb） filter,FIR（Fine Impulse Response Filter） filter,and offset compensation,which were used to process knock *** the characteristic quantity rnock was used to judge whether knock occurs under the current working *** value of this characteristic quantity showed the current knock *** result described that no knock misjudgment occurred under steady-state and transient conditions,and omission judgment rate was less than 5%.This meets engineering error *** knock control was accurate and no limit torque and no super knock caused by abnormal identification,under extreme working *** simulated preignition working points,preignition can be *** Spark angle,fuel enrichment,temporary reduction of air,fuel cut-off and continuous gas reduction can effectively eliminate knock.

In the process of electric vehicle operation,the heat generated by the battery charge and discharge will cause the temperature of the battery to rise,and the temperature will affect the performance,service life and even combustion explosion of the *** the development of power battery pack,it is necessary to simulate and analyze the temperature field in the battery pack,and combine the test of the battery-bed to ensure that the thermal performance meets the requirements in the operation *** this paper,the thermal simulation analysis model of the battery pack based on the coupling of equivalent circuit and the heat flow was established,and its simulation results wereagreement with test *** is shown that the simulation method is correct,which can provide advices and suggestions for the design and development of EV power battery pack.

To explore the relationship between the supply air rate and the resistance of the cooling module itself,this paper provides a simulation method for cooling front module andsingle cooler supply air rate and wind *** the matching method,the monomer with the same characteristic structure is simplified to porous medium,and its characteristic parameters are obtained,the CFD is used to simulate the problem,and the accuracy is verified by the test;and the wind speed-resistance characteristics are simulated by the super position of multiple monomers,and the results are *** method can accurately predict the wind resistance of the cooling system during the design stage,and provide a basis for the selection of the scheme.

In engines,it is inevitable that the torsional vibration is produced by the fluctuation of the engine ***,the torsional vibration damper is necessary to establish preventive measures to diminish the torsional *** this paper,an experimental study was carried out in a gasoline engine to analyze the bolt tightening of torsinal vibration *** influence of the friction coefficient of the bolt of the torsional vibration damper,the material properties of the torsional vibration damper and the axial force calibration were *** results show that the changesinthe friction coefficientof the bolt and the material of the torsional vibration damper have great impacts on the bolt *** is effective to improve the bolt tightening state by checking the axial force and establishing suitable tightening parameters.

The performance of a 3-phase 6-pole 400 W inverter-drive induction motor was investigated using a variety of non-oriented electrical steels for stator core at PWM inverter fundamental wave frequencies of 30 to 300 Hz. There existed an optimum Si content of the material depending on the tooth flux density. Both reduction of material thickness and stress-relief annealing of the stator core improved the motor efficiency. The influence of Si content on the efficiency was small at lower PWM frequencies, while at higher frequencies the motor efficiency increased with increasing Si content. The Cu loss WC increased and the Fe loss Wi counteractiveiy decreasedwith increasing Si content at lower frequencies; while at higher frequencies Wi had dominant effect on the efficiency. Newly developed materials RMA, having lower Fe losses after stress-relief annealing and higher flux densities with lower Si contents, showed motor efficiencies superior to conventional J1S grade materials with comparable Fe losses.

Due to the nonlinear characteristic of turbocharger and engine operation conditions changing rapidly,the overall theory of boost control is put forward,low speed acceleration capability based on torque request and current engine combustion torque possibility is improved,the algorithm of ’feed forward+PID+I item self-adapting’ is ***,boost control response accuracy and torque control *** result shows that the behaviors of boost pressure control and torque response can meet engine dynamic performance.
