Currently,both regulated and deregulated power trading exist in China’s power system,which has caused imbalanced funds in the electricity *** this paper,a simulation analysis of the electricity market with wind energy resources is conducted,and the calculation methods of unbalanced funds are investigated *** detail,the calculation formulas of unbalanced funds are illustrated based on their definition,and a two-track electricity market clearing model is ***,the concept of the dual-track system is explained,and the specific calculation formulas of various types of unbalanced funds are ***,considering the renewable energy consumption,the market clearing model based on DC power flow is constructed and solved;by combining fitting methods of mid-and long-term curves,the unbalanced funds are calculated based on clearing results and formulas.

The application of traditional synchronous measurement methods is limited by frequent fluctuations of electrical signals and complex frequency components in distribution ***,it is critical to find solutions to the issues of multifrequency parameter estimation and synchronous measurement estimation accuracy in the complex environment of distribution *** utilizing the multifrequency sensing capabilities of discrete Fourier transform signals and Taylor series for dynamic signal processing,a multifrequency signal estimation approach based on HT-IpDFT-STWLS(HIpST)for distribution networks is ***,by introducing the Hilbert transform(HT),the influence of noise on the estimation algorithm is ***,signal frequency components are obtained on the basis of the calculated signal envelope spectrum,and the interpolated discrete Fourier transform(IpDFT)frequency coarse estimation results are used as the initial values of symmetric Taylor weighted least squares(STWLS)to achieve high-precision parameter estimation under the dynamic changes of the signal,and the method increases the number of discrete ***,the accuracy of this proposed method is verified by simulation *** show that this proposed method can accurately achieve the parameter estimation of multifrequency signals in distribution *** approach provides a solution for the application of phasor measurement units in distribution networks.

The problem of hydrodynamics of the three-leaf dislocated floating-ring bearing was studied by means of boundary element *** law including the distribution of pressure on boundary surface(axial,bearing and floating-ring)and its friction loss in different eccentricities was *** results show that the inner friction of three-leaf dislocated bearing increases from 390.875to 1 091.65,and the inner friction of three-leaf dislocated floating-ring bearing increases from 94.2523to 114.5069with eccentricity varying from 0to 0.075in *** changing the pressure and flow field of bearing by adding floating-ring is more stability and less wasted work of friction than three-leaf dislocated bearing.

In order to deal with the special spatio-temporal environmental changes encountered in the process of open-cast mining,taking Huolinhe No.1 Open-cast Mine as the research object,this paper studied its typical problems in river reconstruction and cultural relics *** study focused on eight key core aspects,including the design optimization of the spatial layout of the mining area,the accurate estimation of the mineral resources reserves,the scientific theoretical demonstration of the mining scale,the fine analysis and calculation of the stripping ratio,the comprehensive consideration of the transport distance and efficiency,the accurate judgment of the best time for the implementation of the transformation,the analysis and evaluation of the slope stability,and the overall planning of the production *** results show that the extracted problem-solving strategies and scheme system for special mining conditions can not only provide specific and practical guidance for Huolinhe No.1 Open-cast Mine,but also serve as a valuable reference and practical reference for other open-cast mine enterprises facing similar challenges.

To explore the optimal evaluation mechanism of open-cast mining procedure,this paper takes the actual operation status of Huolinhe No.1 Open-cast Mine as the research basis,and makes a deep analysis of the four representative mining procedures proposed by this mine.A detailed and comprehensive evaluation system is constructed using rank-sum ratio(RSR)*** system covers 17 key indicators and aims to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme in an all-round and multi-angle *** the calculation and analysis by RSR method,the comprehensive evaluation of the four types of mining procedure schemes is carried out,and finally the secondary river improvement project is determined as the optimal mining implementation scheme,and the joint mining scheme of the south and north areas is the alternative *** research results of this paper are objective,clear and definite,can not only reveal the effectiveness and feasibility of RSR method in solving the problem of open-cast mining procedure optimization,but also provide a strong technical support and decision-making basis for the future production development of Huolinhe No.1 Open-cast ***,this study is expected to further promote the scientific and refined process of mining operations.

This paper primarily concerns the effective coordination of the procedures and methods employed in open pit mining operations under the background of river *** central objective of this study is to identify a viable approach for ensuring rational and efficient development of open pit mineral resources while simultaneously protecting and restoring the ecological environment of the *** approach should facilitate the realization of a harmonious symbiosis between mining and river *** intricate mutual influence relationship between river management and open pit mining is first analyzed in depth,which provides a solid foundation for the subsequent coordination strategy *** light of the aforementioned considerations,a set of coordination procedures for open pit mining based on river management conditions is *** procedures emphasize the integration of river protection into the overall layout of mining at the planning *** implementation of scientific mining schemes,accompanied by rigorous control of the scope and depth of mining operations,has proven to be an effective means of reducing the impact of mining activities on river *** approach has also facilitated the achievement of a balance and coordination between mining and river management.

The IES dynamic time-scale scheduling strategy based on multiple load forecasting errors

Considering the complex coupling of multiple energies and the varying load forecasting errors for an integrated energy system(IES),this study proposes a dynamic time-scale scheduling strategy based on long short-term memory(LSTM)and multiple load forecasting *** strategy dynamically selects a hybrid timescale which is suitable for a variety of energies for each *** is obtained by combining the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)curve of the load forecasting with the error restriction requirements of the *** on the day-ahead scheduling plan,the output of the partial equipment is selectively adjusted at each time-scale to realize multi-energy collaborative optimization and gives full play to the comprehensive advantages of the *** is achieved by considering the differences in the response speed for each piece of equipment within the intra-day *** study uses the IES as an example,and it dynamically determines the time scale of the energy *** addition,this investigation presents a detailed analysis of the output plan of the key equipment to demonstrate the necessity and the advantages of the strategy.
