The impact of energy price fl uctuation on the macro economy is a hot issue that is continuously concerned by the academic community,but few literature have paid attention to the impact of energy price fl uctuation on housing price and the financial risks that may *** on the data of cities at and above the prefecture level in China,this paper empirically examines the impact of energy price fl uctuation on the price fl uctuation of the domestic real estate,and analyzes its infl uencing mechanism and transmission *** results show that changes of energy price will significantly affect the fl uctuation of domestic real estate price,and it is more obvious in large cities and *** price affect the demand for housing through changes of interest rate levels on the one hand,and the supply of the real estate market through the cost of housing construction on the other hand,which leads to housing price fl *** a series of robustness tests,the results are still *** the same time,the effect is asymmetric,that is,higher energy price increases the fl uctuation of house price,but the impact of falling energy price is not ***,when preventing real estate market risks,energy price should be considered as a forward-looking indicator to focus on,and the regulation and control policies of the real estate market should be scientifically *** paper not only provides a new perspective on the mechanism of housing price formation,but also enriches the research on the interconnection between energy and financial markets.

“Common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities”(CBDRRC) is the most significant guiding principle in the international climate change regime, created by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 1992 and inherited by the Paris Agreement 24 years later. This paper examines the operationalization of the CBDRRC principle in one of the cornerstone rules of the regimedits transparency provisions, both in existing practice under the convention and possible evolvement in negotiations under the Paris Agreement, from the perspectives of both international rule-making and domestic implementation. The authors have found a continuous enhancement of the transparency framework since the 1990s, and gradual consolidation of a bifurcated system between developed and developing countries into a common one. The authors argue that the transparency framework, as part of the procedural rules, should be designed to facilitate transparent information sharing in accordance with substantive commitments under international climate change laws. Thus, it indirectly reflects historical responsibilities for climate change, while the framework should also be designed as feasible and reflective of the respective capabilities of nations. Finally, the evolution of the transparency framework will aim to enact common and enhanced provisions while differentiating between developed and developing countries in the near term, and greater transparency-related capacity-building for developing countries.

On how to continue to pursue the path of peaceful development,the author proposes that China should develop "convergence of interests" and build "communities of interests" with the rest of the world.

Autonomous vehicle technology will transform fundamentally urban traffic *** better enhance the coming era of connected and autonomous vehicles,effective control strategies that interact wisely with these intelligent vehicles for signalized at-grade intersections are ***-to-infrastructure communication technology offers unprecedented clues to reduce the delay at signalized intersections by innovative information-based control *** paper proposes a new dynamic control strategy for signalized intersections with vehicle-to-signal *** proposed strategy is called periodic vehicle holding(PVH)strategy while the traffic signal can provide information for the vehicles that are approaching an *** preliminary autonomous vehicle(PAV)environment,left-turning and through-moving vehicles will be sorted based on different information they *** paper shows how PVH reorganizes traffic to increase the capacity of an intersection without causing severe spillback to the upstream *** show that PVH can reduce the delay by approximately 15%at a signalized intersection under relatively high traffic demand.

Major depressive disorder (MDD) is the most common nonfatal disease burden world-wide. Systemic chronic low-grade inflammation has been reported to be associated with MDD pro-gression by affecting monoaminergic and glutamatergic neurotransmission. However,whether various proinflammatory cytokines are abnormally elevated before the first episode of depression is still largely unclear. Here,we evaluated 184 adolescent patients who were experiencing their first episode of depressive disorder,and the same number of healthy individuals was included as con-trols. We tested the serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IgE,14 different types of food antigen-specific IgG,histamine,homocysteine,S100 calcium-binding protein B,and diamine oxidase. We were not able to find any significant dif-ferences in the serum levels of hs-CRP or TNF-αbetween the two groups. However,the histamine level of the patients (12.35μM) was significantly higher than that of the controls (9.73μM,Pstrategy for depression treatment.
