Exosomes derived from microglia overexpressing miR-124-3p alleviate neuronal endoplasmic reticulum stress damage after repetitive mild traumatic brain injury

We previously reported that miR-124-3p is markedly upregulated in microglia-derived exosomes following repetitive mild traumatic brain ***,its impact on neuronal endoplasmic reticulum stress following repetitive mild traumatic brain injury remains *** this study,we first used an HT22 scratch injury model to mimic traumatic brain injury,then co.cultured the HT22 cells with BV2 microglia expressing high levels of *** found that exosomes co.taining high levels of miR-124-3p attenuated apoptosis and endoplasmic reticulum ***,luciferase reporter assay analysis co.firmed that miR-124-3p bound specifically to the endoplasmic reticulum stress-related protein IRE1α,while an IRE1αfunctional salvage experiment co.firmed that miR-124-3p targeted IRE1αand reduced its expression,thereby inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum stress in injured ***,we delivered microglia-derived exosomes co.taining miR-124-3p intranasally to a mouse model of repetitive mild traumatic brain injury and found that endoplasmic reticulum stress and apoptosis levels in hippocampal neurons were significantly *** findings suggest that,after repetitive mild traumatic brain injury,miR-124-3 can be transferred from microglia-derived exosomes to injured neurons,where it exerts a neuroprotective effect by inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum ***,microglia-derived exosomes co.taining miR-124-3p may represent a novel therapeutic strategy for repetitive mild traumatic brain injury.

Mainlobe jamming(MLJ)brings a big challenge for radar target detection,tracking,and *** suppression of MLJ is a hard task and an open problem in the electronic co.nter-co.nter measures(ECCM)*** parameters and target direction estimation is difficult in radar MLJ.A target parameter estimation method via atom-reco.struction in radar MLJ is proposed in this *** proposed method can suppress the MLJ and simultaneously provide high estimation accuracy of target range and ***,the eigen-projection matrix processing(EMP)algorithm is adopted to suppress the MLJ,and the target range is estimated effectively through the beamforming and pulse *** the target angle can be effectively estimated by the atom-reco.struction *** any prior knowledge,the MLJ can be canceled,and the angle estimation accuracy is well ***,the proposed method does not have strict requirement for radar array co.struction,and it can be applied for linear array and planar ***,the proposed method can effectively estimate the target azimuth and elevation simultaneously when the target azimuth(or elevation)equals to the jamming azimuth(or elevation),because the MLJ is suppressed in spatial plane dimension.

Application of GNSS-PPP on Dynamic Deformation Monitoring of Offshore Platforms

Influence of bolt dynamic installation on topography characteristics and mechanical behaviors of CFRP interference-fit bolted joints

As the co.trolled research of Dynamic Installation(DI)and Static Installation(SI),a new interference installation method was developed based on electromagnetic loading to enhance the mechanical properties of co.posite *** different interference-fit sizes were co.sidered,ranging from a net fit to 2.0%.The experiments were co.ducted to evaluate the installation resistance and the mechanical behavior of the joint under external ***,an FFA model to model the stress distribution and damage behavior of the bolt-hole co.tact interface was *** load-displacement curve and damage modes of experiments were used to verify the FEA *** results show that the installation resistance during DI process was remarkably lower than that of SI process co.responding to all interference-fit sizes,and the stress amplitudes induced by interference were larger and widely *** damage of the hole wall was positively co.related with interference fit size,but DI can significantly reduce the damage co.pared to *** performance tests,DI enhanced the static bearing capacity and extended longer fatigue life of the joints than *** methods can be an effective way to achieve highly reliable interference joints in co.posite structures.

The long chain branching(LCB)polyglyco.ide(PGA)was successfully prepared by the successive reactions of the terminal hydroxyl groups of PGA with triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)and pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA).The influence of LCB produced by functional group reaction on rheological and crystallization behavior was studied and discussed through linear rheology,uniaxial elongation and DSC(differential scanning calorimetry).The much higher visco.ity and the more notable strain hardening behavior of modified PGA indicates the LCB with high degree of entanglements are *** melt strength of PGA is finally improved greatly and can make su re that the supercritical co.(2)foaming can be carried out successfully.

Surface iodine and pyrenyl-graphdiyne co.modified Bi catalysts for highly efficient co.(2) electroreduction in acidic electrolyte

Single Fe atom-anchored manganese dioxide for efficient removal of volatile organic co.pounds in refrigerator

The efficient and rapid removal of volatile organic co.pounds(VOCs)holds significant importance for ensuring food quality and human health,particularly within the low-temperature co.fined spaces in ***,achieving effective VOCs degradation under such co.ditions poses challenges in terms of activating inert bonds and facilitating mass *** this study,we propose a novel solution by designing a cleaner module that inco.porates 1.07%single Fe atom-anchored manganese dioxide catalysts(FeSAs-MnO_(2)).The co.bination of single Fe atoms and defect-rich MnO_(2) substrate efficiently activates molecular oxygen,leading to enhanced generation of highly reactive oxygen species(ROS).Non-thermal plasma(NTP)and circulating fan are introduced to facilitate the regeneration of catalytic activity and improve mass *** FeSAs-MnO_(2) cleaner module demonstrates exceptional performance in trimethylamine(TMA)removal,achieving a co.version efficiency of 98.9%for 9 ppm within just 9 ***,accelerated aging tests predict an extended service life of up to 45 years for the FeSAs-MnO_(2) cleaner module,surpassing the expected lifespan of refrigerators significantly.

Design method of extractant for liquid-liquid extraction based on elements and chemical bonds

In the petrochemical industry process, the relative volatility between the co.ponents to be separated is close to one or the azeotrope that systems are difficult to separate. Liquid-liquid extraction is a co.mon and effective separation method, and selecting an extraction agent is the key to extraction technology research. In this paper, a design method of extractants based on elements and chemical bonds was proposed. A knowledge-based molecular design method was adopted to pre-select elements and chemical bond groups. The molecules were automatically synthesized acco.ding to specific co.bination rules to avoid the problem of “co.bination explosion” of molecules. The target properties of the extractant were set, and the extractant meeting the requirements was selected by predicting the co.relation physical properties of the generated molecules. Based on the separation performance of the extractant in liquid-liquid extraction and the relative importance of each index, the fuzzy co.prehensive evaluation membership function was established, the analytic hierarchy process determined the mass ratio of each index, and the co.sistency test results were passed. The results of case study based on quantum chemical analysis demonstrated that effective determination of extractants for the analysis of benzene-cyclohexane systems. The results unanimously prove that the method has important theoretical significance and application value.

Mechanism of a dual-phase Ti-Nb alloy exhibiting near-linear elastic deformation

In this work,the underlying mechanism responsible for the near-linear elastic deformation behavior of a dual-phase Ti-Nb alloy co.sisting of β and α'' phase with large reco.erable strain was systematically *** on in situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction(SXRD)analyses,it was found that besides intrinsic elastic deformation,a slight reversible β-α'' stress-induced martensitic(SIM)transformation,which proceeded in a co.secutive mode under the retarding effect of micro-defects,took place during the near-linear elastic *** unloading,a small amount of residual macrosco.ic strain remained in the specimen due to the inco.plete reverse α''→β transformation on *** high near-linear elastic deformability of the co.d drawing(CD)Ti-Nb alloy has been revealed to be attributed to the co.pling actions of intrinsic elasticity as well as the co.secutive and reversible β-α'' SIM *** research may co.tribute to a new avenue for the design and development of novel dual-phase Ti-based alloys with desirable elastic deformability.

Pilot Test of Preparing 2-Alkylanthraquinone Using Alkylation-Oxidation technology

To expedite the development of industrial technology for producing 2-alkylanthraquinone,a novel pilot test of alkylation-oxidation technology was *** process mainly included anthracene alkylation,separation of anthracene and 2-alkylanthracene,oxidation of 2-alkylanthracene,and product *** alkylation co.ditions yielded a 91.1%co.version of anthracene and a 71.73%selectivity for *** address the separation problem of anthracene and 2-alkylanthracene,solvent-assisted distillation technology was developed,resulting in a 98.9%purity of 2-alkylanthracene and a 91.82%separation *** the molar ratio of H2O_(2) to 2-alkylanthracene was 7:1,a 98.96%co.version of 2-alkylanthracene and a 99.94%selectivity for 2-alkylanthraquinone were achieved.A novel co.position of 2-alkylanthraquinone,including 2-tert-butylanthraquinone,2-tert-amylanthraquinone,and 2-hexylanthraquinone,was *** co.position co.ld be effectively separated and purified through a co.bination of crystallization and washing *** elemental co.position of the product met the existing standards,and its hydrogenation performance closely matched that of co.mercially available 2-tert-amylanthraquinone products.
