Objective To evaluate the predictive role of ETV6-RUNX1 fusion gene in protocol CCLG-ALL-2008 as well as identify the prognostic factors that influence the outcome of ALL with ETV6-RUNX1 fusion *** One hundred and seventy-eight patients newly diagnosed with pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia with ETV6-RUNX1 rearrangement from April 2008 to April 2015were enrolled in *** follow up period ended in July 2018;we performed retrospective analyses of their data to determine the efficacy of the regimen and the prognostic factors.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and potential value of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)in elderly(≥60 years)patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia(AML)in *** The CGA results of 83 newly diagnosed AML(non-APL)patients from 16 hospitals in Beijing and tianjin between March 2016 and December 2017 were prospectively collected and *** clinical data,treatment and follow-up information were also *** Of 83 newly diagnosed elderly AML patients,81 patients(97.6%)completed all designated CGA *** median number of impaired scales of the CGA assessment in the studied population was 2(0-6).Sixteen patients(19.3%)showed no impairments according to the geriatric assessment scales implemented by this *** distributions of impaired scales were as follows:impairment in ADL,55.4%;IADL impairment,42.2%;MNA-SF impairment,48.2%;cognitive impairment,15.7%;GDS impairment,31.7%;HCT-CI impairment,19.5%,*** patients with“good”ECOG(n=46),the proportion of impairment for each CGA scale ranged from 6.5%to 37.0%and 32 patients(68.9%)had at least one impaired CGA *** analysis showed that the number of impaired scales of the CGA was significantly correlated with median overall survival(P=0.050).Conclusion CGA was a tool with feasibility for the comprehensive evaluation in elderly AML patients in *** with age and ECOG,CGA may be more comprehensive in assessing patients'physical condition.

Objective To analyze the risk factors of pulmonaryinfection in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG). Methods The clinical data of 1 414 patientsundergoing coronary artery bypass grafting were analyzedretrospectively. The diagnosis of pulmonary bacterial infectionwas made according to the typical clinical manifestations,chest X-ray examination,and positive respiratorytract analysis. Univariate and multivariate regressionanalysis were performed on possible factors related toperioperative period. Results There were 42 cases(2. 97%) postoperative pulmonary infection. The riskfactors of postoperative pulmonary infection included: oldage,preoperative long-term smoking, left ventricularejection fraction 48 h (OR =7. 457,95% CI: 3. 44 - 16. 161),preoperative longtermsmoking (OR = 2. 20,95% CI: 1. 018 - 4. 825),and left ventricular ejection fraction < 40% ( OR =3. 524,95% CI: 1. 203 - 10. 325) were independentpredictors of pulmonary infection after CABG.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and tolerabilityof ruxolitinib combined with prednisone,thalidomide anddanazol for treatment of in myelofibrosis (MF). MethodsPatients of MF according to the WHO 2016 criteria,received ruxolitinib (RUX) combined with prednisone,thalidomide and danazol (PTD). The response,changesof blood counts and adverse events were evaluated. ResultsSix PMF and one post-ET MF patients were *** patients presented JAK2V617F mutation,one CALR mutation,one MPL mutation,one triple-negative .Responses per IWG-MRT criteria were clinical improvementin 5 patients,stable disease in 2 ones,spleenresponse in 6 ones. All of 7 patients were symptomaticresponses,four patients achieved at least 50% improvementfrom baseline on MPN-SAF TSS. Three patients initiallywere treated with RUX alone,all of 3 patients experiencedtreatment-associated anemia and thrombocytopenia.

Objective To investigate the prognostic significanceof detection of minimal residual disease after first inductiontreatment (MRD1) in adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) patients treated with autologous stem celltransplantation (auto-HSCT). Methods The clinical dataof 87 ALL patients who underwent auto-HSCT duringFebruary 2006 to April 2017 with MRD1 detection databy flow cytometry were analyzed retrospectively. The relationshipbetween MRD1 and relapse and survival ofALL patients after auto-HSCT was studied. Results Of87 patients,26 (29. 9%) were MRD1 positive. The proportionof high-risk immunophenotype ( pro-B,pro-T,pre-T,mature T) was significantly higher in MRD1-positivepatients than that in MRD1 negative patients(34. 6% vs 14. 5%,P = 0. 038). There was no significantdifference between positive and negative MRD1 patientsof age,sex,lineage ( T /B),immunophenotype(standard risk /high risk),high white blood cell count(B-ALL > 30 × 109 /L or T-ALL > 100 × 109 /L),highriskchromosome /gene ratio,the time from first completeremission to transplantation and pre-treatment regimen.
