Sporadic fundic gland polyps （FGPs） account for 0.8%- 1.9% of all gastric polyps and are observed in patients undergoing esophagogastroduodenoscopy （EGD） in whom they account for more than 50% of all gastric polyps. The prevalence is increasing in recent years possibly due to decreased Helicobacter pylori （1t. pylori） infection rate and long-term proton pump inhibitor use. Generally, sporadic FGPs are assumed to be benign polyps with no risk of malignant transformation. We evaluated the feasibility of predicting sporadic FGPs based on typical endoscopic appearance in a large database of 47 771 endoscopies.

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on the balance of T helper (Th) 1/Th2 cells in peripheral blood, inflammatory reaction and intracerebral neuroinflammation in vascular dementia (VD) rats,and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture for improving cognitive function in VD. Methods A total of 60 SPF Wistar rats were randomized into a normal group (n=12),a sham operation group (n=12) and an operation group (n=36). Bilateral common carotid artery occlusion was adopted to establish the VD model in rats of the operation group. The rats of successful modeling were randomized into a model group and an acupuncture group,12 rats in each.

Objective To observe the effect of Bufei Granules on the mild-to-moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)stable phase patients,and to explore its mechanism from the perspective of regulating the serum levels of interleukin-33(IL-33)/soluble ST2(s ST2)axis and related inflammatory *** A multicenter double-blinded randomized controlled trial was *** 271 mild-to-moderate COPD stable phase patients from 4 referral hospitals were enrolled and assigned to two groups by stratified block randomization,136 in the treatment group(TG)and 135 in the control group(CG).All the patients received disease education,self-management and integrative ***,the patients in the TG were treated with Bufei Granules,while the patients in the CG were treated with Bufei Granules placebo,10 g per package,2 packages each time,2 times per *** therapeutic course for all was 12 *** scores of COPD assessment test questionnaire(CATQ),***'s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)and traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms(TCMCS)were *** pulmonary function tests including forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/predicted value(FEV1%)and FEV1/FVC,and the serum levels of IL-33,s ST2,IL-4 and IL-10 of the patients were *** Compared with those before treatment,the scores of CATQ,TCMCS,SGRQ(including the scores of respiratory symptoms,activity limitation,disease affect and total score),and the serum level of s ST2 in the TG decreased obviously after treatment(P<0.01),however the serum levels of IL-33,IL-4 and IL-10 increased significantly(P<0.01),meanwhile were superior to those in the CG(P<0.01).Compared between the two groups,the indexes of FEV1,FVC,FEV1% and FEV1/FVC of the TG were higher than those in the CG after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCMCS in the TG was 75.74%(103/136),and was superior to 9.63% in the CG(13/135,X^2=120.929,P<0.01).Conclusion Bufei Granul
