Gut-liver-brain axis is a three-way highway of information interaction system among the gastrointestinal tract,liver,and nervous *** the past few decades,breakthrough progress has been made in the gut liver brain axis,mainly through understanding its formation mechanism and increasing treatment *** this review,we discuss various complex networks including barrier permeability,gut hormones,gut microbial metabolites,vagus nerve,neurotransmitters,immunity,brain toxic metabolites,β-amyloid(Aβ)metabolism,and epigenetic regulation in the gut-liver-brain *** therapies containing antibiotics,probiotics,prebiotics,synbiotics,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),polyphenols,low FODMAP diet and nanotechnology application regulate the gut liver brain ***,some special treatments targeting gut-liver axis include farnesoid X receptor(FXR)agonists,takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)agonists,glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)receptor antagonists and fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)*** gut-brain axis embraces cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT),antidepressants and tryptophan metabolism-related *** liver-brain axis contains epigenetic regulation and Aβmetabolism-related *** the future,a better understanding of gut-liver-brain axis interactions will promote the development of novel preventative strategies and the discovery of precise therapeutic targets in multiple diseases.

To realize the low-carbon development of power systems,digital transformation,and power marketization reform,the substation,data center,energy storage,photovoltaic,and charging stations are important components for the construction of new *** integration infrastructure represented by multi-station integrated energy systems(MSIESs)represents the development trend,and its connotation and denotation are not *** study firstly analyzed the components of MSIESs and their sub-stations and overall characteristics,and proposed an overall architecture for ***,this system was characterized in detail from three aspects:planning and design,operation control,and market *** planning and construction of MSIESs was analyzed from the aspects of planning and design process,typical fusion subsystems,supply and demand prediction,and capacity determination;the operational control of MSIESs was analyzed from the aspects of model construction,coordination control,and safety ***,the market operation of MSIESs was examined from the aspects of the business model and spot ***,the technical development trend of MSIESs has been explored in this study.

The established and ongoing prevalence of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)and seasonal human coronaviruses(HCoV)like HCoV-OC43,HCoV-NL63,and HCoV-229E,pose a continuous threat to public ***,it is urgently needed to explore antiviral drugs with broad-spectrum anti-coronavirus *** previous studies have revealed that lycorine is a potent broad-spectrum anti-coronavirus drug,a natural alkaloid extracted from Amaryllidaceae with various pharmacological and microbiological ***,it is unsafe to directly use lycorine as a clinical antiviral drug due to the cytotoxicity and induction of cell *** this study,a series of lycorine derivatives were designed and *** of them,named Ly-8,was found to effectively inhibit the replication of different coronavirus strains in vitro,including ***,Ly-8 was also shown to effectively inhibit HCoVOC43 replication in the central nervous system,and provide effective protection against HCoV-OC43 infection in mice with low drug ***,Ly-8-resistant mutants were not observed during the 30 times sequential passages in cell ***,these findings suggest that Ly-8 may be a potential candidate drug for the future development of broad-spectrum anti-coronavirus drugs.

Farmers'Willingness to Withdraw from Rural Homesteads

In order to grasp the relationship between farmers'willingness and behavior to withdraw from rural homesteads,based on the theory of planned behavior,a survey was conducted in Jizhou District,tianjin using convenience sampling method.A total of 443 valid questionnaires were collected and they were analyzed by *** results are as follows.(i)The willingness of farmers to withdraw from rural homesteads is affected by pre-cognitive factors such as behavioral attitude,subject norm and perceived behavior control.(ii)Among the benefits that can be brought by the withdrawal of homesteads,farmers value the improvement of the housing environment the most.(iii)Family members'view and relatives and neighbors'withdrawing from homesteads also exerts greater pressure on farmers.(iv)Farmers generally lack trust in the village committees or government departments'claims.(v)The cost of relocation also restricts the perceived behavior control of farmers'homesteads *** on above result,the following suggestions are made:strengthening policy publicity,raising farmers'awareness of policies related to the withdrawal of homesteads,fully respecting farmers'wishes,promoting the withdrawal of rural homesteads in an orderly manner,expanding the scope of compensation for withdrawal of rural homesteads,and enriching compensation methods.

Career identity is one of the important topics to study the psychological problems of employees,especially after the outbreak of *** a populous country in the world,China has a large number of employees from all walks of life,and its research on career identity has attracted more and more ***,this study aims to sort out the history,characteristics,and trends of the research on career identity in China through a literature review,which can help more scholars pay attention to China’s career identity *** this study,Citespace is used to statistically analyze the selected literature from China’s National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS).The results show that:(1)The historical evolution of career identity research in China can be divided into three stages:germination,development and maturity.(2)From the perspective of cooperation between authors and institutions,researchers tend to do independent research,mainly focusing on the research in the field of psychology.(3)From the key words,career identity and employability are the main high-frequency words.(4)From the cluster analysis,the research focuses mainly include social support,teachers’career identity,influencing factors,and job involvement.(5)From the emergent analysis,it can be seen that the research on roles and differences between urban and rural areas is weakening,and the research on factors such as job satisfaction is gradually strengthening as the frontier ***,according to the existing analysis results,this study predicts the future trend of career identity in China and thinks that it will extend from the fields of concept explanation,interdisciplinary research,scientific research tools,and so on.

Background:Atrial septal defect(ASD)is one of the common congenital heart *** MYH6 gene has a critical role in cardiac development but the role of MYH6 promoter variants in patients with ASD has not been ***:In 613 subjects including 320 ASD patients,we investigated the MYH6 gene promoter variants and verified the effect on gene expression by using cellular functional experiments and bioinformatics ***:Eleven variants were identified in the MYH6 gene promoter,of which four variants were found only in ASD patients,and two variants(g.3434G>C and g.4524C>T)were identified for the first *** functional experiments indicated that all four variants reduced the transcriptional activity of the MYH6 gene promoter(p<0.05).Subsequent analysis through the JASPAR(A database of transcription factor binding profiles)suggests that these variants may alter transcription factor binding sites,which may in turn lead to changes in myocardin subunit expression and ASD ***:Our study for the first time focuses on variants in the promoter region of the MYH6 gene in Chinese patients with ASD and the discovered variants have functional *** study provides new insights in the role of the MYH6 gene promoter region to better understand the genetic basis of ASD formation and facilitates clinical diagnosis.

Low-carbon economic development has become a fundamental approach to coordinating economic de velopment and carbon emissions mitigation. As rapid developing economic, aviation and navigation, and financial center of North China, tianjin's energy demand and CO2 emissions are mushrooming, with per capita CO2 emission from fossil fuel combustion exceeding 20 t in 2020, which much exceeds current level of USA. In the background of global responding to climate change, China will likely be requested to commit peaking its GHG emissions dur ing 2020 2030, which will inevitably reduce the room of development in tianjin enormously. tianjin should make deployment ahead, realizing win-win of addressing climate change and sustainable development, with low carbon economic development as important strategic mission. First of all, tianjin should devote more efforts to reducing en ergy intensity and realizing relative emission reduction. Scenario analysis shows that tianjin's future CO2 emissions will continue to increase rapidly, but they can be significantly reduced by taking measures. Second, tianjin should get ready for achieving absolute reduction of CO2 emissions as soon as possible, preparing system, technology and talent in advance, making great efforts to establish institutional mechanisms conducive to low-carbon development from now on, starting from energy conservation and emission reduction, actively carrying out low-carbon technol ogy research and development, vigorously developing the tertiary industry with low-emissions, developing new and renewable energy resources, actively promote low-carbon consumption.
