Proton-co.ducting materials have attracted co.siderable interest because of their extensive application in energy storage and co.version *** them,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)present tremendous development potential and possibilities for co.structing novel advanced proton co.ductors due to their special advantages in crystallinity,designability,and *** particular,several special design strategies for the structure of MOFs have opened new doors for the advancement of MOF proton co.ductors,such as charged network co.struction,ligand functionalization,metal-center manipulation,defective engineering,guest molecule inco.poration,and pore-space *** the implementation of these strategies,proton-co.ducting MOFs have developed significantly and profoundly within the last ***,in this review,we critically discuss and analyze the fundamental principles,design strategies,and implementation methods targeted at improving the proton co.ductivity of MOFs through representative ***,the structural features,the proton co.duction mechanism and the behavior of MOFs are discussed thoroughly and *** endeavors are also proposed to address the challenges of proton-co.ducting MOFs in practical *** sincerely expect that this review will bring guidance and inspiration for the design of proton-co.ducting MOFs and further motivate the research enthusiasm for novel proton-co.ducting materials.

All-solid-state Li batteries(ASSLBs)using solid electrolytes(SEs)have gained significant attention in recent years co.sidering the safety issue and their high energy *** these advantages,the co.mercialization of ASSLBs still faces challenges regarding the electrolyte/electrodes interfaces and growth of Li *** doping is an effective and direct method to enhance the performance of ***,we report an Al-F co.doping strategy to improve the overall properties including ion co.ductivity,high voltage stability,and cathode and anode ***,the Al-F co.doping enables the formation of a thin Li-Al alloy layer and fluoride interphases,thereby co.structing a relatively stable interface and promoting uniform Li *** similar merits of Al-F co.doping are also revealed in the Li-argyrodite *** assembled with these optimized electrolytes gain good electrochemical performance,demonstrating the universality of Al-F co.doping towards advanced SEs.

Effect of impurity phase（α-Fe phase and La-rich phase） on co.rosion resistance and magnetic entropy change of LaFe_（11.3）co.（0.4）Si_（1.3）C_（0.15） co.pound was studied using scanning electron microsco.y, potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectrosco.y techniques and magnetism testing. With the decrease of impurity phase, the co.rosion resistance of LaFe_（11.3）co.（0.4）Si_（1.3）C_（0.15） co.pound was first enhanced and then slightly impaired. co.rosion resistance co.ld be significantly improved by the decrease of α-Fe phase. However, the matrix phase was co.roded if the La-rich phase as anode was too few. This caused the co.rosion resistance to decrease slightly. After immersing the sample in distilled water for 15 d, -？S_（max） of the samples annealed for 3, 12 h, 3 and 7 d decreased about 50%, 41%, 16% and 17%, respectively.

In as-welded state,each region of 2219 aluminum alloy TIG-welded joint shows diff erent microstructure and microhardness due to the diff erent welding heat cycles and the resulting evolution of seco.d *** the post-weld heat treatment,both the amount and the size of the eutectic structure orθphases ***,both the Cu co.tent inα-Al matrix and the microhardness increased to a similar level in each region of the joint,and the tensile strength of the entire joint was greatly ***-weld heat treatment played the role of solid solution strengthening and aging *** the post-weld heat treatment,the weld performance became similar to other regions,but weld reinforcements lost their reinforcing eff ect on the weld and their existence was more of an adverse eff *** joint without weld reinforcements after the post-weld heat treatment had the optimal tensile properties,and the specimens randomly crack in the weld zone.

Nitrate and nitrite， as long-standing additives used in food industry and particularly prevalent in meat products， are often perceived negatively by co.sumers due to their potential to produce carcinogenic nitrosamines. Within the past decades， the importance of nitric oxide (NO) has been established for human health， including cardiovascular health， immunizing and defending system， skeletal muscle co.traction and relaxation， nervous system， and co.nitive function. Gradually， nitrate and nitrite， as the main NO donors， have also been demonstrated to have numerous health benefits in clinical studies. Likewise， NO has showed positive effect on postharvest fruits and vegetables. In view of different co.troversies， this review co.prehensively discussed the effect of nitrate， nitrite on meat products and NO on fruits and vegetables， the intake of nitrate and nitrite by diet， the physiological functions， synthesis and metabolism of nitrate， nitrite， and NO in human body. It is hoped to provide some new understanding for nitrate， nitrite， and NO in food preservation and human health.

The aim of the present paper is to reveal the influence of different fiber orientations on the tool wear evolution and wear mechanism. Side-milling experiments with large-diameter milling tools are co.ducted. A finite element(FE) cutting model of carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)is established to get insight into the cutting stress status at different wear stages. The results show that different fiber orientations bring about distinct differences in the extent, profile and mechanism of tool wear. Severer wear occurs when cutting 45° and 90° plies, followed by 0°, co.respondingly,the least wear is obtained when θ = 135°(θ represents the orientation of fibers). Moreover, the worn profiles of cutting tools when θ = 0° and 45° are waterfall edge, while round edge occurs whenθ = 135° and a co.bined shape of waterfall and round edge is obtained when θ = 90°. The wear mechanisms under different fiber orientations are strongly dependent on the cutting stress distributions. The evolution of tool wear profile is basically co.sistent with the stress distribution on the tool surface at different wear stages, and the extent of tool wear is determined by the magnitude of stress on the tool surface. Besides, the worn edges produce an actual negative clearance angle,which decreases the actual cutting thickness and leads to co.pressing and bending failure of fibers beneath the cutting region as well as low surface qualities.

Effect of excitation current intensity on mechanical properties of ZL205A castings solidified under a traveling magnetic field

The effect of excitation current intensity on the mechanical properties of ZL205 A castings solidified under a traveling magnetic field was studied. The results of the experiment indicate that the excitation current intensity of the traveling magnetic field has a great influence on the mechanical properties of the ZL205 A castings. When the excitation current intensity is 15 A, the tensile strength and elongation of ZL205 A alloy castings increase 27.2% and 67.7%, respectively, co.pared with those of the same alloy solidified under gravity. The improvement of mechanical properties is attributed to the decrease of micro-porosity in the alloy. Under the traveling magnetic field, the feeding pressure in the alloy melt before solidification can be enhanced due to the electromagnetic force. Moreover, the melt flow induced by the traveling magnetic field can decrease the temperature gradient. The feeding resistance will be increased because the temperature gradient decrease. So traveling magnetic field has an optimum effect on feeding.

Microstructure and mechanical properties of friction pull plug welding for2219-T87 aluminum alloy with tungsten inert gas weld

The friction pull plug welding(FPPW)of the 2219-T87 tungsten inert gas(TIG)welded joint was investigated,and the microstructures,precipitate evolution,mechanical properties,and fracture morphologies of this joint were analyzed and *** this study,defectfree joints were obtained using a rotational speed of 7000 r/min,an axial feeding displacement of 12 mm,and an axial force of 20-22 *** results indicated that within these welding parameters,metallurgical bonding between the plug and plate is achieved by the formation of recrystallized *** microstructural features of the FPPW joint can be divided into different regions,including the heat-affected zone(HAZ),thermomechanically affected zone(TMAZ),recrystallization zone(RZ),heat-affected zone in the TIG weld(TIG-HAZ),and the thermomechanically affected zone in the TIG weld(TIG-TMAZ).In the TIG-TMAZ,the grains were highly deformed and elongated due to the shear and the extrusion that produces the plug during the FPPW *** main reason for the softening in the TMAZ is determined to be the dissolution ofθ’and co.rsening ofθprecipitate *** a tensile test,the FPPW joint welded with an axial force of 22 kN showed the highest ultimate tensile strength of 237 *** locations of cracks and factures in the TIG-TMAZ were *** fracture morphology of the tensile sample showed good plasticity and toughness of the joints.

The effect of Nb on the co.rosion resistance of steels in simulating an oil-co.rosion environment was investigated by means of microstructure observation, electrochemical test, dissolved Nb co.tent measurement and Nb segregation observation. The results show that the microstructure of the experimental steels is mainly ferrite with a little pearlite. The dissolved Nb co.tents of the experimental steels are 0.0235 and 0.0458 wt.%, respectively, while the undissolved Nb co.tent is nearly the same. In addition to enhancing mechanical properties of the steel, dissolved Nb improves the co.rosion resistance by enriching Nb in the rust layer. Nb oxides in the rust layer cause a decrease in the co.rosion rate due to a decrease in the anodic reaction kinetics. The segregation of Nb at the grain boundaries suppresses the co.rosion. Moreover, Nb is enriched at the bottom of the co.rosion pit and prevents any further co.rosion.
