This study aimed to investigate the moment redistribution in co.tinuous glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)-co.crete co.posite slabs caused by co.crete cracking and steel bar yielding in the negative bending moment *** experimental bending moment redistribution test was co.ducted on co.tinuous GFRP-co.crete co.posite slabs,and a calculation method based on the co.jugate beam method was *** co.posite slabs were formed by co.bining GFRP profiles with a co.crete layer and supported on steel beams to create two-span co.tinuous co.posite slab *** methods,epoxy resin bonding,and stud co.nection,were used to co.nect the co.posite slabs with the steel *** experimental findings showed that the specimen co.nected with epoxy resin exhibited two moments redistribution phenomena during the loading process:co.crete cracking and steel bar yielding at the internal *** co.trast,the co.posite slab co.nected with steel beams by studs exhibited only one-moment redistribution phenomenon throughout the loading *** the co.crete at the internal support cracked,the bending moment decreased in the internal support section and increased in the midspan *** the steel bars yielded,the bending moment further decreased in the internal support section and increased in the mid-span *** GFRP profiles do not experience cracking,there was no significant decrease in the bending moment of the mid-span *** test specimens experienced co.pressive failure of co.crete at the mid-span *** results showed good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of bending moments in the mid-span section and internal support *** proposed model can effectively predict the moment redistribution behavior of co.tinuous GFRP-co.crete co.posite slabs.

Low-density parity-check(LDPC)co.es are widely used due to their significant errorco.rection capability and linear deco.ing ***,it is not sufficient for LDPC co.es to satisfy the ultra low bit error rate(BER)requirement of next-generation ultra-high-speed co.munications due to the error floor *** to the residual error characteristics of LDPC co.es,we co.sider using the high rate Reed-Solomon(RS)co.es as the outer co.es to co.struct LDPC-RS product co.es to eliminate the error floor and propose the hybrid error-erasure-co.rection deco.ing algorithm for the outer co.e to exploit erasure-co.rection capability ***,the overall performance of product co.es is improved using iteration between outer and inner *** results validate that BER of the product co.e with the proposed hybrid algorithm is lower than that of the product co.e with no erasure *** with other product co.es using LDPC co.es,the proposed LDPC-RS product co.e with the same co.e rate has much better performance and smaller rate loss attributed to the maximum distance separable(MDS)property and significant erasure-co.rection capability of RS co.es.

In the Davey-MacKay(DM) co.struction,the inner deco.er treats unknown transmitted bits as random independent substitution errors. It limits the synchronization capability of the inner deco.er, and thus weakens the error-co.recting capability of the DM *** order to improve the performance of the DM co.struction, an iterative deco.ing scheme is proposed, which iteratively utilizes the more accurate estimates of transmitted co.ewords. In the proposed scheme, the estimated average bit error rates and the estimated low-density parity-check(LDPC) co.ewords from the outer deco.er are fed back into the inner deco.er to update the synchronization process. Simulation results show that the proposed iterative deco.ing scheme significantly outperforms the traditional DM co.struction.

A 10-bit 80-MS/s opamp-sharing pipelined ADC is implemented in a 0.18μm CMOS. An opamp- sharing MDAC with a switch-embedded dual-input opamp is proposed to eliminate the non-resetting and successive-stage crosstalk problems observed in the co.ventional opamp-sharing technique. The ADC achieves a peak SNDR of 60.1 dB （ENOB = 9.69 bits） and a peak SFDR of 76 dB, while maintaining more than 9.6 ENOB for the full Nyquist input bandwidth. The co.e area of the ADC is 1.1 mm2 and the chip co.sumes 28 mW with a 1.8 V power supply.

The performance degradation of gate-recessed metal–oxide–semico.ductor high electron mobility transistor(MOSHEMT)is co.pared with that of co.ventional high electron mobility transistor(HEMT)under direct current(DC)stress,and the degradation mechanism is *** the channel hot electron injection stress,the degradation of gate-recessed MOS-HEMT is more serious than that of co.ventional HEMT devices due to the co.bined effect of traps in the barrier layer,and that under the gate dielectric of the *** threshold voltage of co.ventional HEMT shows a reduction under the gate electron injection stress,which is caused by the barrier layer traps trapping the injected electrons and releasing them into the ***,because of defects under gate dielectrics which can trap the electrons injected from gate and deplete part of the channel,the threshold voltage of gate-recessed MOS-HEMT first increases and then decreases as the co.ventional *** saturation phenomenon of threshold voltage degradation under high field stress verifies the existence of threshold voltage reduction effect caused by gate electron injection.

This study presents a novel method to fabricate metal-deco.ated,sulfur-doped layered double hydroxides （M/SLDH） through spontaneous redox and sulfurization *** developed Ag/SLDH and Pt/SLDH catalysts with abundant heterogeneous interfaces and hierarchical nanostructures demonstrated outstanding oxygen evolution reaction （OER） and hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） performance,achieving low overpotentials of 212 and 35 mV at 10 mA cm-2in 1 M KOH,*** both anode and cathode in water splitting,they required only 1.47 V to reach 10 mA cm-2and exhibited high structural robustness,maintaining stability at 1000 mA cm-2for 300 ***-situ Raman analysis revealed that the synergistic effects of metal nanoparticles and S doping significantly promote the transformation into the S-co.-xFexOOH layer,which serves as the active phase for water ***,ultraviolet photoelectron spectrosco.y （UPS） and density functional theory （DFT） analyses indicated that inco.porating metal nanoparticles and S doping increase electron density near the Fermi level and reduce reaction energy barriers,thus enhancing intrinsic OER and HER *** study provides a scalable strategy for synthesizing high-performance electrocatalysts for water splitting,with promising potential for broader applications.

Tri-post insulators in gas-insulated transmission line(GIL)are usually fabricated with high mass fraction of micron aluminum oxide(Al_(2)O_(3)),which will unavoidably settle under the action of gravity during the preparation process and seriously affect the uniformity.A model of filler sedimentation in epoxy resin co.posite materials was proposed based on the particle size analysis and Stokes'*** scaled tri-post insulators were prepared and tested by *** is determined that the position of density co.centration is the lower side of the two lower posts and the upper interface between the insulator and the *** density ranges from 2.144 to 2.346 g/cm^(3).The dynamic fracture simulation model of insulator was established and it is found that the insulator fracture occurs at the interface of upper post/insert under radial load,which is verified by *** co.paring the influence of sprue position on the density distribution,it is found that the uniformity of insulators is increased by 13.7% by forward pouring co.pared with reverse *** research develops an accurate method for simulating the filler sedimentation and the fracture process in epoxy-based insulators,which is helpful for the improvement of mechanical reliability of GIL.
