Background:Insomnia is a high-incidence complication in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Auricular therapy can effectively improve sleep with few adverse *** selection affects the impact of auricular ***,there is currently a lack of analysis on the standards of acupoint *** study used data mining technology to investigate the acupoint selection principles and characteristics of auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related ***:The objective of the study is to explore the standards of acupoint selection in auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia through data mining *** and Methods:We searched three English(PubMed,WOS,and Embase)and four Chinese(CNKI,VIP,Wangfang,and CBM)databases for studies on auricular therapy for MHD-related insomnia from self-establishment to November 14,***:Eighty-one publications were involved,which included 33 *** most common auricular points in patients with MHD-related insomnia were the Shenmen,heart,and kidney *** applications involved the visceral,nervous system,and specific *** effective clusters and two clusters were obtained through cluster analysis,including specific auricular points for insomnia,such as the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,deep sleep point,and anterior ear *** network analysis showed that the core auricular acupoint combinations for the intervention of MHD-related insomnia were Shenmen with kidney,Shenmen with heart,heart with kidney,heart with Shenmen,and heart and Shenmen with ***:The selection of auricular points for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia was guided by the heart theory of traditional Chinese *** treatment attaches importance to the use of the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,and other acupoints.

[Objectives]To establish a gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)method based on multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode for the analysis of the major components in Cang-ai volatile oil(CAVO).[Methods]An ultrasensitive gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)method was developed and validated for the determination of three highly abundant components in rat plasma *** was used as an internal standard.A multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)model was employed for the quantification of the three major components of CAVO.[Results]The method demonstrated linearity over the range of 0.25 to 50μg/mL with a correlation coefficient(R 2)greater than *** lower limit of quantification was 0.25μg/***-day and inter-day accuracy and precision were within 15%.Extraction recovery and matrix effect values ranged from 90.1%to 110.6%and 0.1%to 2.1%,respectively.[Conclusions]This method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of the three components in high-level CAVO plasma samples,providing a basis for subsequent studies of CAVO.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the hemostasis effect of spleen-invigorating, Qi-replenishing and blood-arresting formula, on a zebrafish models with simvastatin-induced hemorrhage, and with symptom pattern caused by spleen failing to control blood, in terms of theory of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).METHODS: In the first experiment, 60 AB strain wild type zebrafishes were randomly assigned into two groups: normal group and model group. The model group was treated with 50 μM simvastatinfor 24 h. The second experiment: The melanin allele mutated Albino strain zebrafishes were divided into normal, model, A group and B group. The observational parameters were as follows: blood flow, velocity of movement, hemorrhage ratio and improvement ratio of ***: Hemorrhage ratio: in the first experiment, brain hemorrhage ratio was 75%. In the second experiment, heart hemorrhage ratio was 65%.Blood flow: compared with the normal group,there was a significantly decrease in the model group(P < 0.001). Velocity of movement: in the first experimental, compared with the normal group,there was a significantly decrease in the model group(P < 0.001). Improvement ratio of hemorrhage: agents A had little effect in heart hemorrhage of the zebrafish; agents B could reduce heart hemorrhage ratio of the zebrafish, and increase the improvement ratio of ***: The manifestation of zebrafish model with simvastatin-induced hemorrhage is basically similar to that of the clinical symptom pattern caused by spleen's failure to control blood. The Spleen-invigorating, Qi-replenishing and Blood-arresting Formula can reduce the heart hemorrhage ratio of zebrafish induced by simvastatin, and increase the Improvement ratio of hemorrhage.

OBJECTIVE: To provide an objective experimental basis for the gastric mucosa pathological evolution and the transformation of different Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes in helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)-related gastric diseases(HPGD) patients, based on the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation, molecular biology and ***: A total of 203 participants were enrolled in this study. The expressions of miR-499/miR-149 and *** infection in the gastric tissues from all participants were detected. The genotyping for miR-499 rs3746444 and miR-149 rs2292832 was ***: In H. pylori positive subjects, the proportion of precancerous gastric lesions(PGL) in liver-stomach disharmony syndrome(LSDS) group was higher than in spleen Qi deficiency syndrome(SQDS) group(P < 0.001);The proportion of gastric cancer(GC) in SQDS group was higher than in spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome(SSDHS) group and LSDS group(all P < 0.001). We also found C allele of miR-149 rs2292832 was linked to lower risk of gastric atrophy [miR-149 rs2292832 C vs T:adjusted odds ratio = 0.207; 95% confidence interval(0.043-0.989); P = 0.048]. Compared with healthy control(HC) group, the expression of miR-499 was significantly increased in GC group, while the expression of miR-149was significantly decreased in chronic inflammation group,PGL group and GC group(all P < 0.05). Test for trend showed that GC risk was on a rising trend with the increasing expression of miR-499 and decreasing expression of miR-149(both P for trend < 0.05).CONCLUSION: The C allele of miR-149 rs2292832 may be a protective factor for gastric mucosal atrophy. *** may participate in the evolution of benign to malignant gastric mucosa lesions by inducing the overexpression of miR-499 and down regulation of miR-149. In addition, patients with H. pylori infection combined SQDS or LSDS may have higher risk of gastric mucosal malignant lesions.

OBJECTIVE: To assess the effect and mechanism of Sanhua Tang(三化汤, SHT) in treating ischemic stroke(IS) through the "Kaitong Xuanfu" theory by using network pharmacology and animal experiments. METHODS: The active ingredients and targets of SHT and IS were screened by public databases such as Traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology, GeneCards, and online mendelian inheritance in man. Visual network topographies were constructed using R, Cytoscape 3.6.0, AutoDockTools, a user-sponsored molecular visualization system on an open-source foundation, and other software to analyze the correlation between targets and active ingredients. The middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model was established by operation. Animals were divided into the Sham group, MCAO group(M group), aloe-emodin(AE) group(MCAO rats treated with aloe-emodin), SHT at low dosage(SL group)(MCAO rats treated with SL), SHT at medium dosage(SM group), and SHT at high dosage(SH group). 2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride staining was used to detect the volume of cerebral infarction; Nissl staining was used to observe the morphology of neuronal cells; transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the integrity of the blood-brain barrier(BBB); enzymelinked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the content of interleukin-6(IL-6), IL-10, tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) in serum. Western blot was used to detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA) protein in the cerebral ischemic penumbra. RESULTS: Using network pharmacology and molecular docking validation, four active ingredients(lignan, naringenin, aloe-rhodopsin, and β-sitosterol), seven target proteins(protein kinase b 1, IL-6, TNF, VEGFA, TP53, jun proto-oncogene, and cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase 3), and inflammatory signaling pathways were identified.
